I asked for an Americano not a black coffee from the pot. I drink coffee everyday and know what’s what. The portion, quality, and price are not in line. I’ve been consistently disappointed with Scooters underwhelming product at an overwhelming price.

This was our first visit here, what an amazing place. Staff(Starla and Lexie) was super friendly and they are the part of reason I will definitely go back and suggest others to go. My girlfriend love the ambiance and their cinnamon rolls of the place and it can be definitely a place where you can do some of your work with coffee on the side they have open WiFi too. I was looking for a place like this where I can do my work and hangout.

Customer service is like the coffee, decent. Do not order the breakfast unless you want a freshly microwaved burrito or sandwich. Cinnamon rolls are okay at best.

While they're coffee may still be as good as it's been 4 years, the breakfast sandwiches leave little to be desired. Frozen and pre-packaged. Chewy Bagels and powdered eggs. Not my cup of tea.

Today i decided after looking at scooters everyday for 4 months i was going to try them. I had 17 min to get to work. 3 min away. But Boy was i wrong. As u pull in u come upon one window..so i pull up & after 2 min i was greeted by a girl. I asked her the sizes of the cups bc i had never been & was clueless. So she tells me and i ask for my latte she says "oh there's actually a diff. Place you order from on the back of the building see ya there" so im the ONLY customer but i have to drive around to order? Ok. I do it. I order. Same thing i tried to order at other window. I pull back around to same window i was just at. 5 min. And i havent been talked to. Mind u she already knew i was ordering a small latte and a slice of banana bread. Another woman finally comes up after roughly 5 min. and asks if i need a drink carrier. Well no i have ONE drink. I wait another 5 min. And this girl comes up & takes my card. Hands it back with my latte that is lacking. Looks nothing like the picture and has raw cinnamon dumped on top. And proceeds to get my banana bread. Comes back and hands it to me.. IT WAS ALMOST FROZEN!! I am so disappointed in the service i received today i will not be back or recommend this place.

I have to update my review as I haven't been back in several months due to 1 disappointing experience in which they were REALLY SLOW at the drive thru and sometimes they have what you want to eat, sometimes they don't. It's a good location with nice booths to sit in, but it's one of those places that I'm afraid to go back as I'm going to end up feeling like a chump when the service disappoints again. I may try them one more time, but I dunno. They need to put more effort out and make the place look more fun and lively. It always looks like nobody is there. They should give out a few freebies to keep people interested. I haven't been back in months due to one slow experience. Other people left the line on the same day. I wonder how many others have never come back?

Tried it for the first time, they offered me to add an extra shot to my drink. Even with the extra shot it still barely tasted strong enough. It's not coffee enough for my taste

Coffee is so good. Got the small black coffee dark roast, loved it for $2.38 I also bought a in-house keurig coffee with a cinnamon taste for $8.99 I had the sample and it was great, can't wait to taste it at home. Great friendly place to get coffee!

Awesome employees and drinks. I didn't try the coffee. But, I enjoyed a tasty sweet minty ice chocolate drink. Oh and the atmosphere and environment was so cozy I could have sat there and just read a book. I enjoyed Scooter's Coffee Shop. I will be going back. Perhaps next time I'll try one of their cupcakes.

Small portions for a big price - and service is incredibly slow. Management needs to hire more servers as there's usually only 1-2 people it seems running the whole store. I have tried twice now and it's the same experience, first time being shortly after they opened, till now well over a year. I will say the server at the window was more friendly than the one who took my order - kudos to her for making the best of her day!
