I enjoy this Schlotzskys, but they are not all the same. The manager here is awesome. The workers come by and ask if your food is good and if you need anything. The food is good consistently.

Gross. French au jus was NOT prepared with food safety in mind. The au jus was most likely sitting around below 141 degrees since they opened for business the day I ate there. Got sick after eating there, within 15 to 20 minutes I was seriously regretting choosing this restaurant. Do not eat here

Service was good. The "original" is my wife and daughters favorite sandwich from anywhere. Skimped on the ham a bit for one of the deluxe sandwiches...but typically they don't. Really like the dill pickle spears, they will add one to each sandwich if you ask.

Web site and door says close at 9 PM in Jonesboro Arkansas. Not on our visit. 8:30 PM we were told the lobby was closed. Asked even for to go orders. Yes was the answer from the worker standing at the front door smoking. Get image of my first visit to your restaurant. Guess next time I'm will try a TOTALY different location.

Another fast food chain that shows only one price on a sandwich which turns out to be the small version and upgrades you to the bigger, higher dollar version that's not advertised, without asking. Sandwiches are tasty though.

Driving through town was looking for a pizza hut, could find one decided to stop here instead. Got the BBQ chicken pizza, yum yum. Glad i didn't find the Pizza hut.

Managers special was broccoli and cheddar soup. It was hand written in the dry erase board...so I ordered that but they were out. So I ordered my usual chicken avocado flatbread. 5 minutes after ordering and paying I find out there is no avacodo. Asked for a refund and she was nice about it (although having trouble figuring out how to do it). Probably won't make it back there. If so maybe during lunch.

I couldn't have had a better experience! The atmosphere, the customer service, the food, every little thing about this place was so perfect. I'm not sure if it's his place or if he's the manager or what but he was eager to help, he was personable, he was cheerful, he was just wonderful. My food was to die for. My one year old was so enthused with the lights and music that I let him get down to look and when he tried to run into the kitchen he interacted with him (again very cheerfully) as if he was family. I'm just so happy to have found my new favorite lunch spot!!!

Usually I don’t come here! But since the management change I gave it another shot! It’s been phonominal so far.Today I waited at the window of over 5 minutes no one around. Keep in mind the have no customer inside due to remodel. The gentleman who served me did give an eyeroll when I asked for the what I assumed was cook onions with the Mac since they forgot it no big deal right? Also, they forgot the bread w the Macbut, no worries I always check now. Was handed raw onions and apparently Cameron’s bad day! I’m not askeing for over the top requests! If. Had Cameron had a positive attitude and didn’t make it a terrible experience, I might actually eat the food that was wrong. However, I don’t feel safe eating it. I am a patron and was not given the top notch service that should be served with a smile! He was really happy when I asked for his name. Hope this doesn’t happen to anymore of your patrons!
