I really enjoyed this place. We had breakfast and it was very good. This is an old train station... It is absolutely beautiful inside if you like the old-time look. I definitely would go back again

March 4th 2018 we just left the restaurant, got there when it first opened, there was no biscuits yet it was going to be another 30 minutes, the toast wasn't hot enough to melt butter, bacon was burnt and cold, coffee wasn't hot. It wasn't a 5 star rating for us more like 0.

AMAZING! Genuine, hometown diner atmosphere. Attentive, friendly service. Spotless (restaurant and restroom). We had daily special: ribeye sandwich (delicious and tender), fries, tea, and BEST honey bun cake I ever ate!!! All for $9.99. My husband asked to buy a whole cake it was so good! I enjoyed the complimentary dry roasted peanuts on the table with my tea! I would eat here everyday if I lived in town.

Was glad they had a salad bar! Lots of veggies for the salad.. Didnt have much as far as options for vegetarian besides salad and fries. Sour cream and chive Fries were yummy and hot. Service was good and friendly.

Had a good lunch. Went there and had the lunch special. On the day I was there they were having fish. It came with hush puppies and fries. All we're good and there fish were American, which was nice to find. It also came with dessert which was a brownie. It was also good. Service was good and price was appropriate for the area. Only reason I didn't give it five stars was the tablecloth was a little sticky but that was it. Thanks and we will come again

This was absolutely ridiculous. We waited 30 minutes and left without being served. Watched a waitress walk out with our food (the special) and attempt to serve it to the wrong table. When she realized they hadn't even ordered yet she started towards our table, the customer said he would take it from her, and she gave him our food! Not only that, she served them four more specials, and then began serving another table that placed their orders after us. Apparently you need to be from Fordyce to eat here!
