From the outside it's hard to tell how to get in, but turn off the main road and there is plenty of parking. The coffee is great, and everyone is friendly. The place is a big house, great open feel with a couple of rooms, local goods, and board games to play. Also there are quite a few instruments around so it looks like a good place for a jam session? Coffee is great; they roast their own here and have plenty of options. Not as much food, but there are some nibbles.

This is the best coffee shop in the state of Arkansas, and among the best I've ever visited. The coffee is first rate and the staff can pull a perfect shot of espresso. They do pourovers and rotate their batch brew between all their excellent beans. All of the coffee is fresh roasted at the roastery two blocks away. If you love coffee you can't let yourself miss this place. They also have very good tea, snacks, and lots of gluten free options. And they sell locally made art and Larkmartin soap.

This place is the coziest and sweetest coffee shop in downtown Hot Springs. It's just out of the way which is a little inconvenient but it's well worth it. Staff are always lovely, the coffee is perfect, and the porch is the best place to take a quick breather away from the city. Hop in and grab a pastry while you're at it. You'll be happy you did.

Ummm...i visited from Chicago and this is still probably one of the best places I've ever been. Everything about it. Location, decor and atmosphere, quality and taste of coffee, speed and kindness of service, and enthusiasm for helping local vendors. They sell and advertise for a ton of local artists/ businesses! I got (lots of) espresso and it was great. I also went home with a growler of cold brew which made for a week's worth of great coffee. They were also selling a bourbon barrel cold brew i think? If I'm ever in Hot Springs again I'll definitely be here any time i need a drink!

The owner took the time to show me where he roasts and explain his process. He sold me some beans that were bourbon barrel aged. I these beans back to our local shop along with 15 or so other bags of beans and his were the first we tried and the first we ran out of! The atmosphere is wonderful.

This is a genuine coffee roaster. They purchase high quality green coffee beans and roast them on-site. That's important to note because it's very rare to find a place that does that! The machine is very expensive and it requires an expert roaster. The owner has a degree in agroeconomy and is very talented. Everybody there was very nice and my fiance and I really took to some of the regulars. After discovering the place, we went everyday the whole time we were in Hot Springs! Everyday there's a new daily coffee! My first day there I drank a coffee from Ethiopia that reminded me of the coffee that I loved in Hungary and never could find again- until now! The coffee shop also sells local art and be aware that after coffee there are dozens of incredible restaurants down the street!

Best coffee in Hot Springs. Located in beautiful "Uptown"...they roast their own right out back. The coffee house is a gorgeous, remodeled Victorian with a wonderful porch for relaxing on the veranda. They have several special events such as art openings, live music events and offer some beautiful crafts like jewellery and hand-milled soaps from local artisans.

Wife and I have passed the place a number of times running around Hot Springs and decided to stop and have a cup of coffee. I was introduced to Sambuka (Spelling?). Glad we stopped. The coffee was bright and flavorful and the Sambuka was a good experience....now one I will repeat. See you guys again soon....your our new little weekly AM habit.

They seemed disappointed and annoyed we arrived....i don't know...maybe their dog just died ...anyway, we would never go back there simply because we did not feel welcome. When my husband requested whip cream, the gal just gave him a very stoic look and monotonously replied," we have no whip here." Okay....sorry to ask....

There's merchandise you can buy Main area & a side room for meetings. The main requirement for a good coffee shop is here...you can get you hot drinks in mugs (vs everything being given in to go cups) Prices are the same as any other coffe shop

This is the best coffee in a 250 mile radius. The beans are roasted on site, they're fresh, and they have a good selection. On top of that the service is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Also the best patio in Hot Springs. If you like a quality cup or coffee, this is where you need to be.

I love this place. Great coffee, atmosphere, staff, and frequenters. I'm here every time I go to Hot Springs, and when I head in on a day off, I'm usually there for a couple of hours. It's a great place to decompress and get the work week off the mind. They've got a piano and guitars which is AWESOME, (although, I'm sure Jen and Sky have got to be tired of hearing me play and sing the same songs by now.)

New in town? Cruising through? Visiting for a weekend? Red Light is where you want to be. There's no better place to find out all the happenings in Hot Springs than this cultivation center. Coffee, friendships, the arts, and the community are just a few things that you can find on the hearts the Red Light team. They have a way of making Hot Springs feel like a well renowned big city, with all the comforts of a small town. I am so happy to have wandered into this place. RLR is where I want to be when I'm away from home. My kids are always welcomed by Bri and her box of blocks. My husband--after making his rounds, speaking to everyone--grabs one of the coffee shops guitars (available for the public to play) and serenades the place while I check out the latest publications, both local and national. I don't visit as often as I'd like because my twin toddlers and their 2 month old brother keep me pretty busy at home, but that doesn't keep me from visiting in my daydreams. I have left out tons of information about the things you can find inside, everything from art by local artist to zebra cakes homemade by the amazing Jen, (they aren't really homemade zebra cakes, just wanted something that starts with a 'Z') you're bound to leave with goodies and a delightful experience. Thank you Bri and Adam! You are some of the rarest, most prescious stones that hold Hot Springs together.

Very homey vibe (literally in a house built in the late 1800s, very cool). Coffee quality is clearly their main goal and they do it very well. You can buy a growler of their cold brew and they have some french presses you can buy. There are some light breakfast options. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Board games and books. They've got some guitars and a piano that anyone can play. I would frequent this place if I lived in Hot Springs.

This was one of the best places in Hot Springs to get a cup of coffee a real cup of coffee. If you're a coffee not like I am I highly recommend stopping by this place and their food was really good too they had a breakfast muffin that was good.

UPDATE - this place is still wonderful!! Our pups were welcomed and well-loved on the porch, and my husband loved that there was a puzzle inside, and what a lovely idea to have community instruments for an impromptu jam session. The coffee is delicious, and I love that they have macadamia milk. Their gluten free poppyseed muffin was so yummy, but can I just RAVE about their savory muffin for a sec - chicken sausage, italian seasoning, maple syrup, light, fluffy, I'm drooling. I fell in love with breakfast all over again. Seriously, though, can I have that recipe? The service was fantastic, always so warm and welcoming - everyone was so patient and informative with my multiple unique dietary inquiries. I highly recommend a visit here, and I can't make it back soon enough! ORIGINAL - THE best brew in Hot Springs! The service was wonderful, informative and genuine. You might miss it, but its on the steep little hill! Parking is limited, but I never had trouble finding a spot. There's a small outside area, leashed dogs are welcome on the porch, and water bowls are out. Inside is just what you would expect from an eclectic coffee house. Coffee, latte, espresso, you name it, they can make it. They've also got dairy-free alternatives. Red Light also sells baked goods, including house-made granola bars and ridiculously delicious gluten-free breakfast muffins. My husband and I will definitely be back, and we highly recommend stopping in for your caffeine recharge!
