This is a great place to meet friends, have a work meeting, study, or simply pickup a coffee to go! They have a "text in your order" service, which I use when I am in a hurry - this offers such great customer service! Also, the customer rewards incentive program keeps me coming back. My only complaints are that there is little heating and AC inside the shop, so its freezing in the dead of winter and really hot (especially by the windows) in the middle of summer. Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather if you plan to stay in the shop for awhile. Also, the alternative milk lattes (soy, almond, etc.) are too milky. You can barely taste the coffee. Its definitely hit-and-miss sometimes though because I have had an excellent latte here. I'm guessing it just depends on the person making the drink? Regardless, I do recommend this shop! It's the best in Siloam.

This is the place to hangout in Siloam Springs. Awesome coffee and great service. Have a meeting, study, enjoy a book, meetup with friend, enjoy a 2 dollar waffle on Wednesday, and the list goes on. So far one of our most special valentines memories is taking a game with us to Pour Johns and just playing our game while enjoying some great coffee!

I really enjoyed this place. I bought a record here, got some coffee, and enjoyed the view of the outside. The only thing I wish this place would do is fix the draft by their windows. It gets a bit chilly when you sit at the desks by the windows. Though, I guess that won't be too much of a problem when summer comes along.

Excellent atmosphere, adequate seating quality, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly employee, amazing food and coffee. Asked the cashier for something coffee, sweet, and iced; his recommendation delivered, wished I’d gotten the larger size. They have house made strips that are delicious (bet you couldn’t make a wrong choice) Waffle was incredibly good. Breakfast sandwich on a free Asiago bengal was exceedingly delicious. Had the garage door open which kept the air comfortably flowing and enhanced the already modern rustic vibe, also added the perfect amount of white noise to help others conversations shrink into the background. Great place to sit and do some work. They have WiFi that gets the job done. Overall I am so impressed and 10/10 would recommend to a friend, will definitely be back should I find myself in Siloam again.

Really great place for hanging out with friends or studying. The coffee is good and the hot chocolate is probably the best you'll get in Siloam. All the food I've had has been great and the staff are friendly. Overall it's great. The restrooms are a little hard to find but that's all part of the adventure.

Really cool atmosphere, you come in and feel like you could just stay forever. They play alternative emusic on the background and let you draw on the walls, both pluses in my book. Prices are in line with every other coffee shop, so nothing crazy. Only thing is the employees are kinda rude, and they only hand out the password to the 'free' wifi if you pay for something, which feels deceptive. Other than that, I really love coming here.

Pour Jon's may very well be the last of a dying breed. They embody the vibe of a true coffee "house" while providing the quality coffee of most coffee "shops", "labs", "bars", etc. From the waffles to the incredible breakfast sandwich I just had complete with goat cheese and chorizo to the pourovers and more, this place has it all while making you feel comfortable/welcomed. I hope many others strive to reach this vibe and service. Cheers to many more years and hopefully prosperous ones at that. I highly recommend you spend some time at Pour Jon's if you're ever in Northwest Arkansas or Siloam Springs for that matter.

Absolutely love the atmosphere and the quality of the food and coffee. However, depending on the employed crew, the crew one particular night (Jan. 25 2018) was especially lazy. I attempted to order a blended ice drink, admittedly late (9:28pm), and they tell me that it can not be made due to the crew turning off all the machines/shutting down the kitchen at 9:00pm (so that they do not have to clean them I assume). This to me just sounds like lazy workmanship. If the menu closes at 9:00pm and the seating closes at 10:00pm, please advertise so. As well as, one of the baristas was glued to her phone where as the other was working very hard. Hope not have this experience again with this place, because I love it. It is these small things that can leave a sour taste about wanting to come back. Strong work ethic is essential.

However, this one is bigger and allows them to serve more people and will probably allow them to expand their menu. The last time I was there the menu was the same. I've not been there in a while, simply because of weather and location. It's sort of, out of site, out of mind!

After moving to a new location Pour Jons is becoming even more of a local favorite for their coffee, community, music, and events. Their coffee may be good, but their baked goods and sandwiches are also pretty delicious. Pour Jons is dog friendly and wheelchair accessible.

I love Pour Jons. I have been coming here since it began. I even worked here for a short spell. Right now I am sitting in the upstairs with a pour over at my own table with seven windows providing light from two directions. It is the perfect working environment. The coffee and tea is wonderful. There are always at least three different beans to choose from and at least 20 different teas. If you start drinking coffee at Pour Jons, your tastes will change. They consistently make high quality drinks. Though, Pour Jons is not just for snobby coffee connoisseurs. The espresso is phenomenal, and you can get a great latte with any number of quality syrups. If you just want coffee, without "an experience," get the drip brew! You walk in and hand them a few bucks, they give you a cup, you pump the hot coffee, and you leave. Done. If you became a regular, I'm sure that this process could be streamlined so that you do not even have to speak. The service and the people are wonderful. Chris, the owner, and the baristas are more than willing to give you whatever experience that you want.

Pour Jon's consistently delivers excellent coffee, tea, in-house baked goods (try the bagels- they're the best!), and sandwich lunches. They source their coffee from a local roaster, and will generally have several styles of beans to choose from if you're a black-coffee drinker. If you like the sweet stuff, they have lots of latte flavors, and they'll usually have a few fun seasonal drinks on the menu to try out. If you're in a hurry, or wanting to beat the morning rush, you can text your order to the number listed online. Upstairs, they host a small vinyl shop. Chris (the owner) has a wide range of music knowledge, and can give advice for tracking down specific records if he doesn't have one in stock.

Pour Jon's is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and talk with friends, or to get some work done. The atmosphere is open and airy, and there is an abundance of natural light. When you walk in you will be greeted by some sweet tunes from the record player that they always keep spinning. There is no pretentious attitude about the coffee they serve (which is as good as I've had anywhere), and whether you're a coffee nerd like me and enjoy pour over and espresso, if you prefer something on the sweeter side, or even if you love tea, there is something here for you. Killer breakfast sandwiches too! All things considered, Pour Jon's is my favorite coffee shop / hangout in Northwest Arkansas.

Great looking place and great coffee, too. However, no cream/creamer was available without asking for it. Also, when I was asking questions (like a first time customer) no clear sales options or upselling happened. I would likely have purchased food with my coffee, or gotten the "bottomless" coffee had it been explained. Rather, it was assumed that if I wanted something, I would know how to ask for it or where it all was. Not the best way to interact with new customers...

1st off, it's not Starbucks. Therefore there are less impatient soccer moms taking up space and/or looking for reasons to complain before they "hurriedly" ferry kids to the next local. Also, the quality of coffee, tea, and food is top notch. It helps that the owners and baristas here actually know how and possess the skills sets to properly brew various manual brewed coffees. The atmosphere is also nice. A bit "hipster" but far from off putting or snobby like some establishments I've encountered.

Unlike any other coffee shop anywhere. They're not trying to be anything they aren't. They serve delicious coffee however you like it (classic drip, pour over, cold brew, you name it), house made bagels, waffles, pastries, sandwiches and more all while spinning vinyl records. The owner's collection takes up an entire room and includes a little of everything. I've been there hundreds of times and haven't heard the same song twice. There's also a variety of seating indoors and outdoors which means you always have an option for sitting alone if you like or gathering with a large group of friends.

Pour Jons is a killer coffee shop out in Siloam. It's kind of out of the way, but the coffee and tea are great, the food is good, and the service is quick and friendly. They're also a music venue that will host anything from acoustic acts to prog metal bands and everything in between. Do yourself a favor and stop by, grab a drink and check out a local band.

They make a killer cappuccino with homemade scones, muffins and cookies. Inside and outside dining. They roast their own beans and play some really unique vinyl to enjoy during your visit. And to top it all off, they know what customer service is all about. I love the staff and they do it right. Stop in and support a local business. You’ll be glad you did!

Stopped by here for the first time to grab a coffee & a chai to go on the Saturday before Christmas. My chai was good & my friend enjoyed his Carmel Breve. They have a couple good seating areas inside & weather permitting, outdoor seating as well. We did noticed that they do have some nights when they have live music and that there is plenty of parking. Honestly only gave them 4 stars because they didn't offer extra large beverages to go. I will be stopping by here more often now that I know they are conveniently located close to our friends house.

I came "here" several years ago when they were still in the old location, and I just recently visited again. My latte was delish, perfect foam, and served fairly quickly despite the fact that the place was PACKED. It could've been the time of day, but this definitely isn't a "study or read a book" coffee shop anymore, but it's definitely a great social environment. Lots of sunlight, lots of seating, and apparently they do trivia night? How neat. Drop in if you haven't already!

Pour Jons new location is excellent. While I loved their old one, this place is very bright with several windows allowing in a ton of natural light. Their menu hasn't changed much from what I can tell, the only thing I noticed is that they are now selling bowls of cereal.
