I really had low expectations of Piccadilly. I haven’t eaten at one since I was a kid many years ago. Also, I thought it would be another Luby’s. I’m glad that it was the opposite! The turkey and dressing was delicious, the green beans, roast beef, everything was delicious! And the service was great also and you know it’s hard to find good food AND good employees that know what they’re doing.

As usual, my food was delicious! This is the best location to sit & have lunch on the go or a good ole Sunday meal. This location has been here since I was a kid! My waitress was a sweetheart. If you want a good home cooked meal where it want break the bank; this is an excellent choice! They also have the best "red velvet cake" you ever wanna sink your teeth into!!! Most of the times I visit, the carryout section, lately, thier food is old, not fresh, I ordered liver, potatoes, yams, last time I was there, about a week ago, it was dried out, tangy taste, as if it had been there a lot longer than normal, I had to request a refund, everything was sour, so they definitely need to step up management.

Some of the best food I have had in months. The roast beef was cooked just right. The pea salad was delicious. If this place had Mtn Dew they would have to kick ne out every night. This is one of the few restaurants that I dont mind saying, I will be going back. The dining room was spacious and kept very clean. Oh, and the people were very nice as well.

Fried chicken too hard. Young lady got an attitude because I didn't want gravy on my Hamburger steak. This has happened before people wanting to fix your food the way they want to on a plate that you are paying for. Not cool.

Piccadilly Express is exactly what it's says. I went to order my entree + sides along with the choice of drink & dessert. The selections are good. Beef, Fish & chicken. Along with the basic sides such as mashed potatoes & varied veggies. $$ bring your bag fill with coins. A simple plate without drink or dessert was $11.00! This is the shortened line of Piccadilly. One quickly makes your choices & keep the line moving.

The chicken is starting to be under cooked, not the frist time either. The portions are small. The server's act as if the food is their own and don't wanna give a full scoop and when you ask for your full scoop -you get attitudes. I love Piccadilly, however sometimes their dishes can be a hit and miss. Like the macaroni and cheese will be baked to perfection one day and then the following week it’ll have too much nutmeg and be mushy. Overall a great place with a variety of home cooked meals but can be inconsistent in taste.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I got beef chopped steak veggies jalapeno cornbread and red velvet cake. The corn was AWESOME. THE RED VELVET CAKE WAS AMAZING!! MY SERVER KEISHA WAS AMAZING! OTHER THAN THAT OVER PRICED AND NOT THAT GREAT. IF I RETURN IT'LL BE FOR THE CORN AND RED VELVET CAKE ONLY!

Loved it! Plenty of good food. Waitress was very attentive to our needs. Even tho line was long, it moved very fast. Many choices of dishes. I chose oxtails in gravy and onions over rice sides were okra and greens and i ordered a salad too. They fix a beautiful salad which was a meal by itself.

Decent food at a reasonable price! Sundays may be a long line but other days are usually walk in and be served. Nice atmosphere and nice desserts. Here's a plus: if you are not pleased with food choices they will allow ONE time change without ectra charge IF same price exchanges! Enjoy!

While I like having the variety for breakfast at their breakfast buffet, the quality was not the best. I know it's hard to keep a buffet line clean when people are constantly spilling food over the chafing pans. But, this is important and more attention was needed, so the restaurant didn't appear nasty. Also, the staff was not mean, but not nice either. There are no signs directing you where to go when you enter or a person to greet you. So, the cashier allows me to get all the way down the way and then yells out loud you not getting any food if you go that way. I had to figure out where the buffet was setup, because it's behind a wall and I was no sure. I walked up to the omelet station only to be roughly told to sit down the server will help you. I sat down and ordered an omelet and drink. After it came, I never saw my server again. I sill tipped. I was disappointed, but I would try it again just to see if this was just a bad day or if this is their norm.

That food was disgraceful to the franchise and disrespectful to my tongue! This location is the worst in Memphis. The chicken and dumplings where 75% sauce but it had a good taste. The macaroni was bland and disgusting. My 10 year old swears by Picadilly for their macaroni but that was a mess; we all sent it back. The sides were limited, the bread was old and we waited a long time for the replacement sides. I will never visit the Elvis Presley location again.

The service is usually great i will not stop coming just because the manager at the time was rude and constantly giving us dry watered down apologies that didn't hold out to anything. I just blame it on her being intoxicated during work hours on her shift, but her waitresses was holding it down. They made that shift what it was. Because of them i will not stop going to my favorite family restaurant

I’m from out of town and we heard great things about this place, but my experience was not so good. I honestly got sick after I left, and I didn’t finish any of my food. The macaroni was probably the most unappetizing I’ve ever tasted. I had fish that was battered in something-looked good, but left me sick for a couple of days. I had others with me and their experience was not so great either. So, it’s a no go for me. This may be a great place for others, but we had a not so great experience.
