We were seated way back in the corner! We sat and talked long enough that we ended up being the only ones! It was perfect! Our waiter was very attentive but not obnoxious and even gave us some extra dip! The food was absolutely perfect!

The server was very polite and professional but not afraid to have an actual conversation which was amazing. His name was Chad. Very pleasant meal and everything was hot and fresh tasting when it came to the table. I was there with my fiance, mother, and grandmother and none of us could help but share tastes of our meals with each other. I ordered the mushroom ravioli and although it's not genuine Italian (shocker) it was very good with all the flavors mixing to the perfect blend.

Expensive, small portions for the price, very nice waitress but they spread her so thin with tables that she didn't have time to really pay attention to our needs. There were like 5 people standing around in the front doing nothing to help. We had to send some of our food back because the steak was so well done when it was requested med rare. When it came back it was almost rare and still cold. They should definitely work on food quality or lower their prices because it was not worth the $67 we paid (even after the steak was discounted from the bill) for two adults, two kids and one appetizer

What a wonderful dinner, complete with appetizers, wine, salad, breadsticks, salmon, fettuccine, and chocolate cheesecake... If you can't find SOMETHING you like, I don't know where else you can go! I'm usually not very "into" chain restaurants, but our service lived up to and exceeded the motto, "If you're here, you're family!" Well done! I'll be back!

The chicken breast was very small and with 3 strips of zuchini, the whole plate seemed a bit skimmpy. This was the chicken margarita. Taste was good. Price was $11.79. Then it took quite awhile for the wait staff to figure out the bill for our group of 7. So fewer stars than I'd usually give.

I've never really been a fan of Olive Garden but my mom had just gone through with a scary medical test and she wanted lunch there so who was I to complain? The soup was a strange witch's brew that had potato, sausage, cheese, and I think kale. It was startlingly good. My main meal was the Meatball Pizza Bowl which was fantastic. While the meatballs themselves were a little bland and tough, the sauce and cheese and awesome bread bowl more than made up for them. TL;DR My first good Olive Garden experience ever. Also, the test came back negative and my mom doesn't have cancer!

One of my favorite restaurants whether dine-in or takeout until recently. Ordered food to go and the new pasta dish, lobster and shrimp Mac & cheese. It would have been nice if there was actually lobster in the dish! There were a total of three shrimp and not one piece of lobster....not even one! Certainly looked nothing like they advertised in their description or photos! Also, the past few times prior to this when getting takeout, we have ordered and had to pay for extra alfredo sauce because they do not put enough sauce for the amount of pasta in the Alfredo dishes. Instead of paying 15.00 for fettuccine Alfredo, we pay 20.00! Very disappointing!

Our family standby when we are shopping in Portland. The food is always good. There isn't a menu item I have not enjoyed. My favorite is their lasagna. Coupled with unlimited salad and bread sticks, you leave satisfied. The atmosphere is light and the staff are quick and friendly.

It's an Olive Garden... You get waited on as quickly as you could around dinner because they are usually busy but the servers do a good job. The fried lasagna dish is great.

Bright Eyed With Wonder

As a vegan, I asked for an olive oil herby sauce. I'm not a huge fan of red sauce. I was given plain noodles with a jar of red pepper flakes. Either the waiter didn't even bother asking the kitchen for herbs, the kitchen refused to supply, or Olive Garden simply comes out of a bag and reheating bagged food doesn't require a collection of herbs. It was gross. But i am grateful those breadsticks were vegan.

If you stay at the Econo Lodge while travelling this restaurant is at a 5 min. walking distance. It is clean and the service is excellent. It's actually not as pricey as I would of expected!

Went to celebrate my daughter's Graduation. Party of 7. Phoned reservation in, got there and had to wait 45 minutes past reservation time. Waitress never refilled any of our drinks, even upon request. Never asked if we wanted more salad. I requested butter during our order for the breadsticks, took 3 more times asking before she brought any. Requested extra sauce on my shrimp scampi, received not only a lunch portion at full dinner time and price, but received it with no sauce on it and it dried out stuck to my plate!! Told waitress about it, she rolled her eyes at me and was huffy when I asked her to bring me some more sauce on the side as I requested when ordered. She didn't show back up until everyone else in my party was over half finished with their meal and handed me a thing with perhaps 2 tablespoons of sauce in it and left. Still didn't refill drinks...I flagged her down and told her I needed more sauce. She gave me this put out look,left and didn't show back up for another 10 minutes...my food, what little of it ...only 4 shrimp on it,(I had plenty of time to count them)there was, was not only dried out, crunchy noodles, it was stone cold by now and when she brought me another 2 tablespoons of sauce, the sauce wasn't even warm! Obviously it had been sitting somewhere. When I mentioned again about there being no sauce on it to begin with, she argued with me saying it had the normal amount, then asked how many boxes we needed!! Never refilled any of our drinks, or salad, or soup, or breadsticks. Stopped by ladies room on way out..HUGE MISTAKE! Employee standing in there as I walked past her into stall where toilet was backed up. I quickly exited that one as she said someone had been called to fix it, only to go in a different one and have to listen to her and another employee discuss in great detail about having to scoop out the toilet etc...add in the smell, and what little salad I had eaten I threw up. Neither employee stopped their commentary of poop scooping with their hands etc...(why didn't they temporarily close the bathroom while dealing with it??) Worst experience ever!! Thank you Olive Garden for ruining the celebration we had been looking so forward to.

Normally I find something to complaing about.. Ive got nothing. The wait staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. All of our food (chicken parmesan, seafood alfredo, gnocchi soup, and spinach artichoke dip) was cooked to perfection and served hot. I have never had a better restaraunt experience.

I came with about 12 people about 2 months ago. My husband had never been and always knocked it before he tried it. Finally I got him to come. He wanted to walk when he saw the prices and I told him try it. So he did and he now loves the food and wants to return. My mom has never been and also loves it and will be returning. I really wish I remembered my servers name because I would make an amazing review. I’m a breastfeeding mother and never have been able to nurse my baby in public and feel comfortable with any of my 4 children. She got hungry during lunch and I was super nervous, but my husband kept saying just feed her. Well I did. Nobody was rude. I felt like for once in my life nobody was judging how I fed my child in public. I had an amazing experience! Plus the server was on top of everything. Every 15 minutes or so kept coming to make sure we were well and everything. We will be returning as I felt welcome there and I want to thank you all so much.

We were able to go to Olive Garden in Portage. Our experience was very positive. The food was very well prepared, and our server was excellent. The only drawback was the long wait to be seated, but that is to be expected when you go to Olive Garden on a Sunday Afternoon. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our Olive Garden dining experience.

It was a terrible experience which is too bad cuz Olive Garden has always been my favorite restaurant my husband found a hair in his food the manager came over and apologized and said he would take the meal of our check which was fine when we got our check the meal was still on there the waitress never asked us if we wanted more salad breadsticks or drinks refilled she was very nice and pleasant but we tired of having to flag her down for anything we needed I doubt we'll come back there again

Vegan options are limited. Our waitress was kind enough to acomadte the 2 different salads, we went with 2 people who wanted croutons and Italian dressing and we wanted no croutons and balsamic and oil. However the pasta was sad. I did the angel hair with marinara and garden veggies. But it tasted very watery, flavorless and the veggies were clearly 95% packaged frozen veggies you get at the store, there were even peas in it!, with one fresher veggie, zucchini but there wasn't much of it. I felt like I could have made better at home and I'm not a good cook.

I'm from Tulsa, Ok, took my son, stepmother and granddaughter there for lunch. We we're sat at a half booth/table. The floor was filthy, like the people before us just left. French fries and other food under our table and chairs. I didn't want to make a scene, so sat down. How can a great business do this to visitors? Disgusting!!! Will Not try to eat at that one again. Can't tell you who was our waitress, since 3 or 4 different ones came to our table. They need to be retrained, or maybe get a different manager, that cares about customers.

Good location in South Portland area. This Olive Garden has a wonderful lay out and an excellent kitchen staff. Always pleased with food quality here. I reccomend to come when it's slow. During peak hours the wait is long and I have noticed the wait staff can be a little impatient which takes away from the experience.

Our waitress was terrible. She couldn't get my order correct. When the food came to the table, my order wasn't still right. She had to ask 2 other times to get my order correct. She must've said something underneath her breath about our table, because the table behind us heard her and reported her. The manager came out and told us how "sorry" he was and that wasn't going to be tolerated. He didn't charge us for our food and gave us anotgwr waiter. So the manager tryed to fix the problem as best as possible. I did enjoy my food after they fixed it right thou. I will return there but just won't get that waitress again.

The staff is amazing as well as the food. It is it your authentic Italian it’s Americanized obviously BUT sometimes that is exactly what you want! Soup salad and breadsticks is delicious and so is the blush sauce with ravioli and garlic shrimp! I can also attest to the mozzarella sticks being delicious when you have a picky little eater like I do !

This place is not being kept up at all which makes me think about how sanitary is the food. The smell of the bathroom walking in is overpowering. Mens restroom is disgusting with pee all over the floor.

My grandsons wanted to eat here and I don't like telling them no. The food is overpriced. There are so many locally owned Italian restaurants in the Des Moines area that compared to them this restaurant is fast food. The soup tasted like Campbell's. The salad is iceberg lettuce no spring mix or spinach just iceberg with a slice of tomato and a couple of pickled peppers.

She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly! The restaurant was clean and smelled wonderful! I would recommend this restuarant highly!

Arrived around 5 for supper we were seated right away no wait. My husband and I ordered soup salad and breadsticks and 2 alcoholic drinks. Our waitress came around once after we got our meal 20 minutes later we waited 20 minutes for her to come check on us again. After we ordered more soup another waitress came over to take our empty plates we waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to come back maybe it was a bad night for her just a lot of money to spend on lack of service. She did apologize for our wait because she had to find change for someone just disappointing for our anniversary dinner food and drinks were good though.

This location has a nice atmosphere and good decor. It's located conveniently on Rt.13 near Dover Mall. The wait staff was very nice. Our waitress -Brooke was very attentive and made great suggestions. She offered to box up our meals which is rare at other locations in the area. Definitely will come again.

I really like Olive Garden, so this review pains me to leave, but it's necessary: On my most recent visit, my ravioli looked old and hardened, and sure enough, this was the case. The edges were rough, as well. Now, I'm sure this sounds very petty. But I've just had countless good experiences here. Total bummer this particular meal.

I was there May 2nd I ordered salmon. I sent it back because of a off taste and smell. Brocolli was tough like it was microwaved and had no flavor. They did cook another not much better but didn't have the off smell. The other dish which was braised beef ihad very little beef in it but I was told it had flavor. The childrens pasta and butter was dry and brocolli tough. By the time my remade meal came out the other person and 2 kids were finished. They did offer free desserts for the 2 adults as compensation and the waitress was very good. But I will not return

Our visit was pleasant but the portions have been getting smaller over the years with very high prices for pasta. The hostes placed me and my fiance in a crowded and loud room. We had to almost yell to hear each other. While there was another room that was almost empty. The waitress was very happy and pleasant. She was attentive and on the ball. The food is great as always. Not that lasagna is hard to get right, and $12 for one slice is crazy. Might stick with local restaurants from now on. Portland chain restaurants seem to be heading down hill.

We were here tonight and can confidently say that we will not return any time soon. Our waitress was good, but what used to be a very diverse menu has been seriously whittled down. Given the fact that we couldn't really find anything interesting, we opted for the endless soup, salad, and bread sticks. While the salad was good enough, the soups were not very good. I had the chicken gnocchi and the gnocchi was mushy as well as the soup base being thin. My Special Ladyfriend had the zuppa and the sausage did not taste the same; it was probably different than the last time that we were there. The final blow was the extraordinarily salty bread sticks. I like salt quite a bit, but it was too much. We were disappointed because we used to like going there, but we do not plan on returning.

Went here with the fiance for dinner. We were expecting a wait for a Saturday night but we got seated right away. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. Our food was AMAZING. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but I love Italian food! Olive Garden serves great Italian dishes! I had the chicken parmesan and it was delicious! But what unnerves me is when they brought out the "unlimited" breadsticks and salad they brought three breadsticks. Don't they know we will probably eat more than three? So we each had one with the salad, so one was left. When they brought our entrees they didn't ask if we wanted more, which really made me mad. They will make you ask for more rather than be convenient and offer one or two more. Their costs are more important.

Enjoy coming to this restaurant. We always have good service. My kids like macaroni but the macaroni and cheese here is very bland and barely tastes like cheese. Also, we tried the new tortellini alfredo with chicken. It looks so full and big on the commercial, in person the pasta does not top over the edge of the dish. You get just enough to fill the bottom of a very tiny dish. For $18 I expected more pasta and chicken.

This Olive Garden has definitely found a distinct niche market in our region. Their location and accessibility make it an easy choice for a night out. They have a lot of different options, even for those who do not like pasta. Beware, the prices are rather high; a family of 4 can easily cost upwards of $60. On top of that, there can be a bit of a struggle to get a few extra breadsticks to eat with your leftovers. I would recommend it on the basis that the food is good, but I would caution against the high prices.

We got Olive Garden to go for 10 people. It wasn't ready when we arrived about 10 minutes after the time given to us (25 minutes) and we had to wait about 10 more minutes. The salad portion was large and with 2 dressing packs per person, croutons and Romano cheese it was delicious. Bread sticks were hot and plentiful. Every one enjoyed their meal.

Another party was already there and they were actually next and we had a 10 min wait. Our server Anthony was horrible. I ALWAYS tip and if I had paid I would not have left anything. He arrived quickly to take our drink order. My wine came quick and my wife ordered water. He never brought it, she had to remind him, and then it took another 10 to 15 mins to get at which time he brought salad and bread with dirty plates. I ate the salad out of the bowl. We placed our order after he brought my wine. My wife had an entree seafood and I had an appetizer as my meal. A family of 4 that came after us got their food and we almost done before our food arrived. 2 other tables who came after us got their food before us. We literally waited half hr for food. We were on the verge of getting up and leaving. Once the food finally came we asked for to go containers and the check because of how long it took to get the food. We asked for 3 containers and got 2. We weren't given any bags to put the food in. He never checked on our table. When we requested a bag after 4 mins no bag. We just took our stuff to the front and asked for a bag. Now it was the 4th of July but this places closes at 10 and we left at almost if not a little after 9. It was not packed.

This location is very stingy. We spent $85 there last night. 3 entrees, drinks, 1 alcoholic beverage and a boat of Alfredo. We let the waiter know early on that we love the breadsticks and Alfredo so asked for the large Alfredo and to keep the breadsticks coming. He brought us a large bowl with less than what you would normally get in a small one so maybe 2 ounces. We asked later for more breadsticks which didn’t happen so we asked again. Initially we were given 4. The second time when he finally brought them as we were finishing up he brought 3 overcooked hard as rocks breadsticks. He also let me know that per his manager they do not honor the $4 off 2 adult entrees coupon I had or any other for that location. We won’t be coming back. My advice to this manager, $4 just cost you $80-$100 twice a week when we’re in town because we won’t come back again. Customer service should always be your #1 product. It builds trust and respect. We are those customers that never complain or make a scene when mistakes are made, we just don’t come back.

Always awesome. Great food, quick service. We did not have to wait for a table more than 5 minutes which usually on a Friday or Sat evening you do since this is such a nice place to eat. Atmosphere is quieter than many other popular restaurants around which is nice. Waiter actually tended to us well, and frequently enough to be useful. He did not smother us and that is appreciated. The food was delicious as usual. I am sad that one of their specials had disappeared as it was amazing, but I understand things change. I chose cheese ravioli and it was cooked very well. The ravioli casings themselves could have maybe slightly been more tender but I am not going to even say it was a negative. Olive garden has gone with the order'entertainment tablets at the tables for a while now, so its just good to remark that is there, in case its a big turn off for some people. I'm sure the wait staff would remove it for the duration of the meal.

Stopped in on Saturday, 7/20 for lunch. I had put my name in on the online waiting list and when I added it, it had said it would 6-10 minutes. When we arrived, I said we would have two and the hostess abruptly said 'its 30-40 minutes'.. I replied and told her that I had checked in on the waiting list so she didn't put us at the bottom of the list or something.. she did not acknowledge what I had said, did not look up at me, nod, say okay.. nothing - she just repeated again that it would be 30-40 minutes .. I tried to say again that I had already checked us in and she again said it would be 30-40 minutes and started handing me the buzzer.. I asked her if she had heard that I already checked in and she then rudely looked up and said 'yes, but it's still 30-40 minutes'.. I asked her if she would still need my name or anything to acknowledge we were checked in and she then rudely said 'you're the only one on the waiting list and it's still going to be 30-40 minutes'.. I then told her that all she had to do was tell me that I was the only one on the list.. her communication was terrible and then the attitude that followed due to HER lack of communication was ridiculous. We were them seated within the 6 or so minutes the online waiting list had initially told me. I'm not sure if she was just unfamiliar with how the waiting list process works or what but her attitude was definitely uncalled for. As a hostess, you're the first face/experience guests get and you set the tone on a whole visit and she completely ruined that for us. Luckily, our waitress did great but I think the hostess needs some additional training. I did not see her name tag but she was a younger african-american girl. I'm hopeful the next time we stop in, we will be greeted by someone more helpful!

My wife's cheese ravioli was good and the bread sticks were very good this time. 3.5 star's today. I know in restaurant cooking one different cook could make a big difference. Really, the food tastes great and there are plentiful servings, you will go home stuffed and with leftovers. They do serve alcohol here but they are also very family friendly. I was @ this restaurant July 7th, 2019 with my fiance. We were served dirty dishes and inside my drinking glass not only had water spots, but food stuck inside of it. My salmon also had bones inside of it. I was very disappointed and had informed the manager. She apologized and offered to give me the meal for free. I paid for our meals and still gave our server a tip. The manager gave my fiance a voucher for our next visit and told us that she wanted to show us that wasn’t the way they treated their customers. The next week, we went back to that restaurant. We were seated at a table with food on the seats. A male manager came and brushed the food off with a dry rag. For our salads, we were given dirty dishes and the glasses had food stuck inside of it as if they saved the same utensils for us. I asked the server for another plate, I showed her the reason why. My server returned with different plates and glasses and they both had the same thing as if she returned with the same dishes again. I asked for the manager and another server. The server walked out of our area dropped the tray and menus on the floor near the door. I told and showed the manager the second set of plates and glass. She told us like the previous manager that they would take off for the meals. I again told her I will pay for it because I have known people try to get free meals. The server came back in our area and told other customers about my not wanting her to serve us. One customers even threatened my fiance. The complaint was sent to the corporate office where I was told by them nor the general manager could do anything about it, but was offered a free meal. ??????

Love coming to olive garden for the soup and salad. For our family of 5 the dinner menu gets a little pricey, but the lunchtime soup and salad is just right. The all you can eat option is nice for a couple bowls of soup. The atmosphere is great. Music isn't overpowering, and staff is ALWAYS amazing. Very interactive with the kids, which is a plus in my book. Bathrooms are always clean, and usually seated fairly quickly. I've noticed from watching other customers that any errors or special requests are always dealt with very quickly and politely. Have never walked away disappointed. Stay amazing!

The noodles were rubbery like they had been over cook, the server brought three plates to the table when there was four people and it took her twelve minutes to bring it back once she did I was a saucer plate, another server started dusting the wine rack while we were trying to eat dinner and dust flew everywhere, our cups stayed empty 90% of the meal, and I just feel they have stopped caring all together and the service has went down hill bad.

Order was supposed to be ready at 4:00 and I arrived at 4:05. The hostess gave one comment and said she would tell the back. Went on a Friday evening and were seated immediately. Rarely does this happen. Ordered our standard soup, salad & breadsticks with fried calamari. Soup, salad, and service were good. The calamari was smaller (size not portion) than past visits and slightly over cooked, which would be fine if you like your calamari crunchy, I prefer it more tender. With 2 iced teas the total was $33.

Horrible service. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where servers don’t clear their patrons table. A busser came up to me and asked to clear my table for them. There’s more of them than bussers. Food is mediocre. Great lunch specials. Would rather eat somewhere else.

Olive garden is not typically where I would pick to go out to eat, but My husband and I got a gift card from out wedding and we just moved into town so we figured we would use it. For not being an Olive Garden person, I was very impressed! Our server was so sweet and was on the ball the entire time. By the time we were seated and by the time we paid the check, we were there for 30 mins. The food came out so quickly, but we did not feel rushed at all. We got a app platter with pasta chips and pork ravioli and split a tour of Italy, which of course came with breadsticks that were bomb!

I was taken there tonight for my birthday. We arrived at about 5:30, were seated quickly and drink orders taken quickly, along with our food order. Drinks arrived quickly. We waited over a half hour for our bread and salad to arrive, and the-meal came right after we got our salad, and were cold. When we had finished the meal to go boxes were-given, and out bill came at the same time. We were never asked if we wanted dessert, which I was looking forward to as it was my birthday. The other party with us had asked the waitress to have happy birthday sung to me, but she only laughed. I love OliveGarden, and figure this waitress was overwhelmed with her three tables, or having a bad night. I had a great time with my friends, but was disappointed in the meal and the service. I will still go back, as I love Olive Garden, and figure it was an off night for me.

I live next door to this particular location and we always order to go. The servers are very pleasant and the food is generally very good. The last time we ordered food my mother's steak was under cooked and inedible. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He sent my mother a gift card to make up for the mistake. We've never had a bad experience otherwise.

My second time here, the food was good our server was nice. Down fall, our server was nice but, he hoovered around the table. Now if that's what you like then great. But if you wanted a nice romantic dinner not happening with him. He hovered so much it was almost like a third wheel on a date. And yes it was 830ish at night but the bathroom was a disaster. Thank God I can use a urinal because there was no way I would sit down.

Was travelling through the area a few months back and stopped here for lunch. We got in quickly, the server was nice and on top of her game. Food came quickly and was very good. Next time we are in the area we will probably stop by again providing it's time to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Said they had no wait list but we still had to wait 15 min for a table. Once at the table we tried to order 2 meals with separate salads (due to allergy issues) and we were informed that the "Salad Natzi" would not let us do that. Little weird but the server said she could work around the issue for us. 5 min later our server returned to tell me they were out of the braised beef for dish. This surprised me as it was not even 6pm and the restaurant was not busy. I tried to order my next favorite steak gorgonzola, which I was told they no longer serve. At this point the server said we were having bad luck and suggested we go to the Longhorn restaurant down the street. A very strange experience.

Went here for lunch during my visit to Jonesboro from Memphis. Order the pizza bowl and soup. I ate the pizza bowl and decided to eat my soup later that day at home. When I was finally ready to eat my soup I took a bite then noticed a very long piece of hair in it. I quickly called the restaurant where I spoke with someone who said she was a manger at this location. She was pleasant and apologized and asked me for my name and said she would replace the soup. I told her I'm a national account manager and only come to my store there maybe once or twice a month, she said that was fine and that all I would need to do is let them know and that they would have my name for the replacement soup. A month or two went by (a little longer than expected due to me going on short term disability) I go there looking to get my replacement soup that I paid for which was contaminated. The lady up front went to get the general manger whose name is Kathy. I tell Kathy about my situation with the contaminated soup and that I spoke with someone that said they would replace it the next time I came to town. Ms. Kathy then tells me that that's not how they handle situations and that she can't and will not replace my soup. I then tell her I have zero reasons to lie about this nor do I have to. She says well sir anyone could just come her and say that and get free soup. I'm thinking in my head really! You really aren't going to replace my soup that I paid for with my hard earned cash even if it was a couple bucks right is right and wrong is wrong and that's just not right nor how you operate and run a business. Because it was casual Friday I was dressed down and I told her that I believe she was judging me which was why I believed she wouldn't replace (what I'm sure may cost her business $1.00 or less soup) my soup. So I looked at her in her eyes and said you really aren't going to replace my soup and she said sorry. I then said I need to speak with whoever is over you, she then says she will contact him but never gave me his number only name. Then she says she spoke with him and that he would be giving me a call (which he never did) I then take out my phone and start recording and she saw where my phone was in my hand and saw that I had begun recording this incident. And only then did she offer to replace my soup but unfortunately by then I had already felt degraded and like I was lying about some SOUP! For me to take time out my very very hectic and busy day to come lie about hair in my soup is just utterly ridiculous. So I told her I no longer want the soup and now it's beyond the soup it's a matter of principles or how I was treated. I turned around and left and wanted to make sure she seen that I was driving my Tesla that day which shouldn't even matter but she made me feel like I was lying about a $2 or $3 dollar soup! All I was asking for is to replace the soup that I purchased and nothing more. Heck its cost me more to sit here and write a review and speak to managment and drive to that location then it was to just replace my soup! Luckily and unluckily for me Google photos keeps all my pictures I've ever taken and I was able to find said soup where the hair was in it (shows the date as well). Treat people better if you're in management, don't judge people by what they wear or race or gender etc. I know it's hard as humans but always try to do what's right! I will probably never eat there again due to this situation because I work hard for my money and I will not eat where they make you feel the way she made me feel. Update: Olive Garden management is incredibly responsive and nice. They've apologized for her behavior and what happened at this location. Thanks Olive Garden.

As I sit here at Olive Garden on the toilet on this frigid January afternoon having just finished my meal and pondering the greater things such as the meaning of life, the universe, and everything - and I can't help but make three distinct observations: first, that the bathroom is kept quite warm, in pleasant way, second, that the bathroom ambiance is quite classy (sophisticated music with a great beat, decor with a refined sensibility), and third, that American bathrooms are exceptionally odd with their wide gaps between the panels (I MEAN WHY DO WE DO THAT AMERICA?!). Oh yeah, and the food and service warrants spectacular praise and my repeat (and repeat, and repeat, and repeat...) business!

My wife and I drove 35 miles to eat at your restaurant on Tuesday July30th. We are originally from Chicago and like Olive Garden from previous experience. We were greated at the door by a sweet young lady whose name escapes me but was very pleasant. I would like to give a shout our first the cooks as the food was absolutely excellent. Our waitress Gizeth H was one of the best we have ever had and the reason for review. I would like to say Gizeth provided excellent service and should be recognized for being so helpful even with what seemed like a busy night for her. Let's keep it real. As soon as you walk in all you can smell was the dirty mop smell. So, we contemplating to eat there. But we were out of town. So, we sat down. Waiter wasn't the greatest and the hostest seemed like she wasn't happy to be there. Never was offered the sample wine as we always are by other waiters whenever we come. They always take care of me. They fix there mistake if you bring it to there attention. I get carry outs and there always right, or get fixed. The manager Chris is awesome. I had a soup explode on me. The handles suck in the container, not olive gardens fault the company that makes the plastic container. They fixed there issue, I never have a problem. But im.not afraid to tell the truth. Its all the people who complain to each other, if you never bring it to the establishment attention they cant make it right.
