Excellent shakes & cookies. The Cookie Cake Decorator is Ashlyn Pillow and probably the Best Cake Decorator in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Beautiful, Unique Cookie cakes for all occasions.

Absolutely friendly staff, I had a great experience and delicious food with just a perfect Smoothie! If you are in the area be sure to stop by, their coffee is better than Starbucks.

I specifically ordered one type of cookie cup that was in the case and labeled, and when I arrived at work discovered that the employee had given me something totally different. When I called I was told that unless I could come back there was nothing they could do. The girl I talked to was not helpful at all and didn't seem to give a damn. Since I'm at work, I couldn't leave so I'm out $5. Talk about poor customer service. They have lost my business for good!

My husband and sons walked up to the counter. And the worker went behind the stand and made a phone call. We said if we were an inconvenience we could go to American Cookie. She finally came and helped us. My son ordered a cookie and the other ordered a scoop of ice cream. She plopped it down on the counter and said the total so fast we had to ask again what she said. She had attitude and wasn't very helpful. But the kids enjoyed their treats so 2 stars.

Hands down the GREATEST cookies and ice cream around. The stuffed ones are the best. Got some different ones and a coffee to go with it while doing some homework

Everyone is always really friendly there! The guy that always helps me is super nice and always asks me how my day is going. Ice cream is bomb and the wraps look super good, too!
