I've been here few times great experience every time. Amazing atmosphere. My wife loves the cafe con miel and highly recommends it. They can do a good pour over and I'm never disappointed. The chocolate muffin was phenomenal. I've had the French toast and it was good but I think it could be better with some other bread besides a traditional grocery store White bread. My wife had the breakfast burrito and loved it. I would recommend and will be back

Fancy Skittles

Everyone is so nice there and the cafe is warm and cozy, it has a nice feel. The coffee is fresh and sweet. The food is also very fresh, its very tasty & perfect for any time of the day☆

I usually get the Mayan mocha and sometimes a sandwich. People are always friendly, there are sufficient seats despite the crowds during peak hours. It's easy to get in and out of parking out front. The food is always tasty.

Bob Redd

If your looking for a great sandwich this is the place.

Bryan Martin

Hipsters........Good mocha

Keith Sheeley

Mugs is ok. Quite a long wait for just average food. The coffee was really good and the wait staff was nice. I was excited about the fried baloney sandwich, but it was nothing special. The baloney was sliced so thin you could read the newspaper through it.

Top Dogg

Stopped here for a quick bite before a concert. Pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere and really good food. Moderately priced. Can't speak to the drinks but the sandwiches and wraps were delicious. Nice staff, also.

Daniel Pack

Great atmosphere for business lunch and quiet focus time after. The Lavender Vanilla Latte and Smoked Salmon Club were fantastic as well.

D Xo

Give you stars for your decor. Do not give you any stars for your coffee. Not a fan of Onyx.... Way too overpriced thus you have to charge more. Did not feel the atmosphere was real. Food did look good but came for the coffee. (Used this review on Hub coffee in Memphis.... Same group of people) Note: not hating but Starbucks has better energy.

My husband and I visited Mugs on a Sunday morning. I’d been there once before and had a good experience, drinking the bottomless coffee and chatting with a friend. The lounge area is nice and comfy and the coffee is good. However, this morning we waited over 45 minutes for our food. All we ordered was the biscuits and gravy and a bagel — nothing fancy. People who had ordered after us were done eating before we even got our food! And my husband’s food wasn’t even hot by the time it was delivered. There were no apologies for the long wait; other places I’ve been where there was a wait, the employees apologize and/or do something to make it up to the customer. They didn’t seem to care. All in all, it was very disappointing and we won’t be back.

Quentin Hollon

Cool little coffee swag. Great selection of coffee brews cold and hot. Great desserts selection as well as brunch options. Neat little wifi set up

John Boles

Good but expensive and taste is inconsistent. I had two Cafe con miels and both tasted very different. The first was really good, but the second was almost undrinkable and at $7 per drink, that's not good.

Tyler Bushong

Great atmosphere! Delicious breakfast food and my coffee was just right!

Vanessa Plescia

Had French Dip ... delicious! Sweet tea and regular coffee is just like home! Y'all gotta stop for a bite!

Karen Baxter-Rhoades

We had to wait 65 minutes to get our food. It seemed as though the telephone orders were given priority not the customers who were in person. The food was good, but service was terrible. 65 minutes is too long to wait for a simple salad and veggie wrap. Won’t be going back

Matt Justice

Great food! Excellent staff!

Seth Lindsey

I'd had my eye on trying this spot ever since arriving in Little Rock, and ultimately would say it's ok. Had a little difficulty choosing between the pancakes (All you can eat for $6 on Saturday) and the breakfast burritio, and in a moment of indecision, went with the burrito. Go for the pancakes. The burrito was definitely good, but also pretty small... although my hunger was satiated longer than anticipated. The pour over was pretty good, but think it was made too early, as it was lukewarm by the time they called to go with the burrito. There's plenty of room to sit, with a couple comfy looking armchairs and couches with a coffee table between. Arriving shortly after opening on a Saturday, it was pretty quiet, but by 0900 it was pretty well packed and rather loud. When I got up to leave, the gentleman next to me commented about the noise, and how I'd made the right decision to bring ear buds. The decor's nice, but something to absorb sound would make it friendlier on the eardrums.

Kaitlin McGee

Went in to get food 1315 and the lady at the register says that we cant order food because they close at 1400... why would you close your kitchen an hour early?

Rew_FitBit

Pretty chill when I was there and plenty of space to get in the groove for work or relaxing.

Christopher Blackall

The food is alright but service is generally on the slow side and it's too pricey for such a simple menu. The coffee is above average, but a pound of in ground beans is outrageously priced. It was $12-16 if I remember correctly. I'm sure some people like it but it's just not my sorta place.

Ray White

Muggs or Mylo? Hard to say.

Liliia Walsh

I loved the friendly service and brightly lit space. Many cafe's have a dark, warm atmosphere which is great. But sometimes sitting in a room well lit is what helps inspire productivity. This is also a great place to meet friends, work associates, and family for whatever reason. The food and beverages that I've had were great. I tried one of their specialty coffee drinks on their menu and was not disappointed. It was a drink you wouldn't expect to find in Arkansas.

Andrea Melgar

Not going back. I ordered a matcha for there, they gave me a to go cup and then said it was because “there weren’t any clean mugs”. Then when I went to order my food, they were out of everything, it took FOUR attempts to get something from the menu. The staff didn’t even seem apologetic. I was there at noon, and they close at 2pm, so they should not be out of food so early. My ordered took at least 15 mins longer than my friends, and then the French toast was burnt and cold at the same time. Nice atmosphere and good bacon though.

This is the best quality, artisan-coffee place in town and we've tried all of them we can find! Great tasting, near-third-wave coffee set next door to a fantastic Asian restaurant called Kamikaito's. Close to down town and a short drive from the waterfront and stadium. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Joe Berdaus

First time, friendly people, good food and coffee.

Patrick McKelvey

Been here several times now. The food is a little slow to come out, but worth the wait. Breakfast tacos are awesome. Americano, extra shot... also excellent.

Craig L. McCloud

Very good coffee and breakfast selections. Staff were polite and eager to answer questions.

Joshua Tucker

Poor service, coffee/food better than average. My last visit I was welcomed by a staff member slamming chairs to tables and making an ungodly racket. He couldn’t have cared less! The same gentleman made my Thai latte and it was not how it usually tastes. I believe he didn’t care to be at work or put any effort into his work. On a high note, lunch was good. I had the Cuban, and while it had very little ham, the rest was tasty. In closing, this experience has finalized my personal opinion to never return. While some items have at times been fantastic, consistency is the cafes downside. You really never know what you will get.

Harley Quinn

The coffee beats Starbucks and any coffee and their food o.m.g you must try the food

Joseph Kready

Always a great experience

Diane Rose

The coffee was good. A bit of a wait and since it was afternoon on the weekend there was no problem parking. Only 4 stars because there was nothing about it that makes me want to go, again. Too busy in the front area with the food lines backing into the customer tables, nearly, but the back looked much more roomy.

KeelyRenee

This is hands down my favorite cafe in Little Rock. You have to try the burger or breakfast tacos. As far as coffee the myan mocha is really good!

Kaylin Gordon

We came in for the first time today after hearing wonderful things about this place. There are two things I would like to state. 1. The girl behind the counter who took our order was absolutely fantastic and didnt make us feel rushed. She was very friendly and did make us feel comfortable and answered the questions we had. Annnnd then theres the second one. 2. After we ordered, my fiance then recieved his coffee and I was told mine would be done soon. The place, though looking comfortable and chill, was hectic and messy. After ordering, we tried to choose a table only to realize you were responsible for cleaning your own tables, which quite a few people did not do, so we had to wipe down our own seats and push their plates away after the person who sat there was long gone. I then waited about 30 minutes to even get my coffee, and another 20 to get our food. Needless to say, we will not be going back. I appreciate the girl who took our order, but everything else was a mess.

Isaac Kenneth

Enjoyed my time at Mugs Cafe. The omelet was tasty and I really liked the cranberry orange muffin.

Jennifer Johnson

Great service and food!

Margaret Macklin

Saw it featured on the news. Great omelet!

Trevor H

Quick, tasty and the iced coffee was strong!

Lily Wilson

Very poor experience at this place. I worked in the food industry and would never have treated customers the way we were treated there. Unconcerned staff who barely give you any attention. This place is not clean, the front glass door was filthy and it always makes me wonder about the kitchen..., Very hairy guy cook not wearing anything on his hair or beard. We spend nearly $20 on a breakfast that was subpar, my husband threw away his sausage biscuit after tasting it, full of sugar. I like to know in advance when my protein is cooked with sugar and what if I am diabetic or follow a no sugar diet... Needless to say we do not recommend this place and will not be back and I did not even mention the long wait for food since a lot of other people said it. Here you go, no reason to give your money there and If you read my review all the way to the end let me recommend another friendly place instead- Boulevard bakery on Main street just past 630 and not the one on Kavanaugh where staff is not very friendly.

Alana Lambert

Nice environment and friendly staff. I ordered omelet and French toast. It came with strawberries with mold on it. Not very appetizing. The other food was tasty.

Bonnie Mickles

Lunch consisted of a Veggie Wrap with Apple slices and Hibiscus Tea. The Veggie wrap was Humus wrapped in lettuce with sun dried tomatoes and gouda shreds ad large avocado slices. Full of flavor and delicious. Great and relaxing atmosphere. Quick and friendly service. My friend had the Chicken salad sandwich with chips and Hibiscus Tea and she enjoyed her meal as well.. .. Great place for lunch..

Kevin Robbins

Awesome coffee. Good food. Great atmosphere. Worth the trip.

Darin Morrison

My drink was delicious! Cool & modern interior design and great eats too.

Aly Paegelow

The pancakes are wonderful as is everything else we have tried here. My go-to favorites are pancakes for breakfast and the grilled cheese for lunch. They've got big tables perfect for large groups. There are also two small tables out front which are nice if you bring your dog. Buying coffee by the pound here is a little pricey.

Hien Nouanesengsy

This place has delicious food and coffee, but waiting an hour for a sandwich is absurd. They've never been quick, but this past visit my husband and I sat for an hour waiting on 2 small breakfast sandwiches. They were good, but not worth the price or wait.

Hannah Frey

This is my favorite coffee place. I come here with a friend often to study, do homework, or work. I love the regular coffee, the lattes, and the food. I do wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options. I've been on a no meat, no dairy diet and found it was SUPER hard to order anything off their menu except their veggie wrap (wasn't a fan). We normally go during the week so the wait time for food isn't bad, but we have been on the weekend when it took almost an hour for food. We didn't mind since we are there all the time and they were really busy, but with the amount of people giving low ratings about the wait time for food on weekends, I hope they come up with a plan to fix it. Hate seeing so many negative reviews on my favorite coffee place!

Tyler Treadway

The staff is amazing, but it seems they are understaffed and it was very warm in there almost as if the a/c was broken, the food and drinks were very good though.

Jeremy Clements

The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, and the food is fantastic. The coffee is wonderful and I had one of the best cups of pour over I have ever had. If I could add a 6th star I would!

Quang Nguyen

We came here at 1:45pm on a Saturday and had a bad experience. It took our order 40min to come out. We ordered just a turkey sandwich and a BLT. People who arrived after us received their food. We sat next to the order window and sat patiently waiting to hear our names called out. After 30min I asked the staff when will our order would be ready. They did not apologize for our long wait or lost order. They just said it will be ready soon. We waited another 10min and it came out. This has happened twice to me. Overall, the food was mediocre.

Whitney Williams

Food was average and wait time was waaaay too long. I wouldn't say no to eating here again but it wouldn't be a hell yes.

Jerry Harrell

Great atmosphere and awesome service. Free Wi-Fi and comfortable chairs. Right in the heart of downtown North Little Rock.

Mike Fender

Good food in a nice location. Was pretty busy when we went mid morning. Despite being short staffed, we were met with friendly faces. I got the bottomless coffee. I wish I didnt have to weave through the line to get to the self serve creamer station every time though. Maybe should be away from the front counter. Not a bad experience. Would be back if were back in town.

Daniel Fryer

Coffee was amazing, food was very bland, customer commitmented on how me and my wife were dressed in a VERY negative manner which I know is no fault of the business but disheartening when we first walk in on our first visit to this location. I am unsure if we will return to this location. Food portions are very small but fairly priced.

Troy Lawrence

This was one of my favorite stops in Little Rock. I had the Cherry Bomb coffee which was fantastic!

James Catalano

Good spot for breakfast/brunch. Staff was super friendly, despite having a line out the door. We waited a long time for our food (they looked short staffed at the time), but it was worth it. Nice to go to a cafe that actually has adequate seating.

Jason Comstock

I tried this place based on haveing good reviews. I thought it might have been a sit down restaurant but it wasn't. You order at a counter and then they call your name fornyou to pick up your food. The food was really good I ordered the breakfast burrito and a mocha both were very good. I was actually full with these 2 items, I was suprised because it looked rather small when I picked them up. I still wish there were different sizes on the mocha. On Sturday's they have all you can eat pancakes they looked very good a person I was sutting next to really recommended the biscuits and gravy and she said she nirmally doesnt lije them but they are great here.

Serifatu Walton-Buford

Awesome space! Atmosphere was wonderful.

Casey Smith

Such a cool place! Laid back coffee shop feel with modern gourmet cuisine. The Thai latte is remarkable. I sank into invigorating relaxation with every sip. Go on Saturday and get perfect pancakes! Fluffy, stretchy and the perfect size. The breakfast burrito was awesome too! I’ve never felt so distinguished whilst eating chorizo and eggs.

Wayne Owens

This is one of my favorite places to work. The thai latte is a real treat, you can’t go wrong with the breakfast menu (served all day), staff are always friendly, and there is plenty of seating. The WiFi has been a little spotty in the past but I think it’s been fixed.

Tyler Hall

Coffee and food wasn't bad just wawasn worth the 45 minute wait for it didn't really feel all that busy either

Rose Whitfield

Amazing coffee and environment!

Andy Fleming

Great place for meetings, one-on-one's or chill alone.

Tabatha Chaney

Great coffee shop to work from. Lots of tables, lots of open space, never feels over crowded.

Elizabeth Hughes

Got to try the grill cheese. Super good

Shane Nichols

Good cold brew.

Tom W.

I would say this is definitely one of the top coffee shops in town. The baristas are on point when it comes to making your brew of choice. Prices are about average for drinks but I will say the pour over is a steal. I've only had breakfast items here and I can say they all are worth a try and I've never been disappointed. Like other reviews you may read it can take a bit to get your order at certain times of the day but it will be worth it. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a true coffee shop and seating is plentiful. Definitely add this one to your to do list.

Enshina Hudson

Love this place. The food and service is always good.

alexia dominguez

Loved the food and the atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.

Glenn Williams

Good food

Donna Wagner

Good coffee, friendly service, nice atmosphere

Jason Smith

Chic, urban coffee space with generous work space, big beautiful tables, and great coffee and food. Great spot to connect with friends (or connect on WiFi).

Garrett Frisby

Good coffee, albeit expensive. The breakfast food is okay. Pancakes are good and the breakfast burrito is also really good. When busy, the wait for your coffee can be 10 to 15 minutes.

Ner S

A lot of the food was sold out. Chai tea was cold. Eggs had shells in them. The breakfast sausage is delicious and the bacon is cooked perfectly!

Imari Dellimore

Great food, atmosphere and staff but the wait was long (place has gotten so popular!)

Tom Sizemore

This restaurant was less than satisfactory. Coffee, their specialty???, was bad. The person working the counter and the kitchen staff are not on the same page (i.e. yes we have sugar free syrup/kitchen, no we don't). I then have a choice to leave or have them make something else.

Marisol Kilgore

So glad I found this gem. Great place to study and everyone is super friendly! Breakfast Biscuit: 10/10 Breakfast Burrito: 10/10 Biscuits With Gravy: 8/10 (a bit too spicy for my taste but they are delicious)

Catherine Youngblood

Got a few things to say. 1) The coffee sucks. Vanilla latte wasn't made right and tested like watered down drip coffee 2) Waited 20 minutes to order and 25 to get our food (not complicated orders either) 3) Very pricey for the shoddy quality. 4) Not enough seating 5) Filthy table we had to clean ourselves 6) Beware, the sausage is SPICY

Rosemary Jesse

SLOOOWWW! We arrived about 9:00 on a Saturday morning, waited in line almost 30 minutes just to order and it took another 20 minutes to get coffee. The prices are great for the amount of food you get, BUT, we realized later, that we had been charged a TIP UP FRONT for ordering at the counter, going up several times to look for our coffee and then bus our own table! I have never heard of such a thing and will never do so again.

Doug Wadley

Great place to stop and get a lite breakfast and a great cup of coffee

Marshall Klaus

Very pleasant place. Friendly service and an enticing breakfast menu. Plus -- easy on street parking!

Tommy Anderson

2.5 stars .Stopped in for breakfast and coffee around 10. Took about 20 minutes to get the coffee which was really good but they forgot the tea we ordered. Breakfast took 45 minutes to arrive and there was not a ton of flavor, the buscuits were bland and the sausage was over cooked. We will probably not return

Marion Carter

Love the French toast & the atmosphere.

Lucila Gill

Great place to get brunch!

Christopher Vaughan

I Stopped in for a few hours to get some work done, while traveling through little rock yesterday afternoon, and it was a great place. deceptively large on the inside, and both counter people I dealt with were very pleasant. During my time there I had two caramel lattes, which were delicious (obviously, since I ordered a second lol), and not overly sweet. I also had the biscuits and gravy.. it was so good! and really well portioned for a light breakfast/lunch. Be warned though, the sausage is spicy. I enjoyed it, but I wasn't expecting it. So if you don't like spicy, this is just a heads up. all in all, an excellent experience. I'll definitely stop in again if I have cause to spend a few hours working in Little Rock.

Logan Panhorst

fun atmosphere, but me and my girlfriend ordered pancakes and coffee when we went. coffee was good, however pancakes were still raw inside. willing to try this place again one more time if we pass by.

John Slaughter

Love their Ultimate Cuban Sandwich. Awesome place to drink coffee and eating. Highly recommended.

Alex Holladay

Best place in dogtown. The Cuban is my favorite drink of all time. Perfection every time. I’ve had a great breakfast or lunch each time I’ve visited. Pretty quick considering how small the kitchen is as well.

Eugene Jones

Good food, slow service. Not the place if you are in a hurry.

Ben Gilbert

Food was very good. Lots of healthy options. Sweet tea was especially tasty.

Phil Matthews

Found this great breakfast joint after riding the Big dam bridge 100. We got there a little early and good thing. By the time they opened it was crowded. Three egg omelet was delicious with choice of meats, veggies and cheese. Coffee was fresh and tasty. Really a treat.

Santino Cozza

Coffee was outstanding, but the internet was not. It was difficult to get work done with spotty WiFi.

Shannon Borchert

Staff was professional, food was delicious, and coffee was great. The atmosphere there is very chill and I always enjoy popping in to get a little work done or to just have a calm change of scenery.

Benjamin Martin

I'm being honest....items are a bit overpriced but taste great. The staff and even customers here seem aloof and look down at someone who is new there or doesn't fit in. I just got bad vibes all around. Decor is great but vibe, not so much.

Megan Murphy

Favorite coffee place. Best coffee around and a good atmosphere

Marc Phan

Good variety of coffee brews

J B Cross

If you just want coffee and a place to sit, this okay. If you want breakfast, this is not your place. An omelet was just that and an orange peel on a plate. There are no condiments other than tabasco, ketchup, salt and pepper. You order at the counter, pick up your order when they call and then clear your own table. They expect a tip for this despite offering no service. Something must have changed after the positive reviews I saw.

Cat Rondelli

We always stop here when traveling between Texas and Michigan. Good food, better service, great coffee! Love it!

Alec Martin

Absolutely disappointed in this place. After about 45-50 minutes of waiting, our food finally arrived. Not only was our meal cold, but we were so confused as to why a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit took so long. The problem with this cafe is the kitchen staff I believe. The people who took our order were nice enough. The kitchen staff seemed unbothered when asked multiple times by several people where their food was. I watched them for about 30 minutes as they stood around, talked, and lazily did their job. For what I paid for and received, this was a horrible experience. Food that average tasting should not take close to an hour to prepare. I could of made similar food in less than 20 minutes. The only redeeming factor of Mugs is that they serve Onyx coffee. But they even forgot our coffee order the first time. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

Nathaniel Abdul-Hameed

If you are ever in the Argenta area of North Little Rock this is a must stop for breakfast.

Clifton Fleming

Great coffee, fun relaxing atmosphere.

Arjuna Larson

Pleasant atmosphere and good food. It's a nice place to grab a quick breakfast, or enjoy a long conversation over coffee.

Sarah Scott

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place and I was EXTREAMLEY disappointed. It took them an hour at get my food after me and my friend incessantly asking where my order was. My friends order came out quick meanwhile my order took an hour and ten minutes and when i finally got it, it was wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.

Matt Brown

Great food and amazing coffee. I will be going back.

Yemi Lekuti

I thought the place was decent. Very cute and modern. My boyfriend was upset that they cooked his eggs on a dirty stove and said the tea smelled like fish. He was probably upset about his breakfast because he didn’t eat it.

Ace P

Discovered by Accident while walking the streets of Little Rock. The Pancakes were nice and warm, but I did wait about 20 minutes. The menu is simply and easy with a very healthy crowd, it seems to be a popular spot, therfore, be prepared to wait.

SJ Collier

Passing through Little Rock, I was eager to try this place (based on the great reviews). I love my espresso and make it a point to find local favorites when traveling. I have never waited so long for an espresso (cappuccino, to go), which was puzzling as there was no one in front of me in line. There were only a couple orders in front of me, but nothing to explain the over 15 minute wait. The espresso was not exceptional (but better than Starbucks) and the milk was turning.

Tayylynndunn

Great little spot to grab a coffee and relax

Zzavvalynn Orleanski

While my daughter and niece enjoyed their drinks I did not. The worker who helped us seemed annoyed because I had never been there and neither had my niece so it took us a minute. She interrupted rudely said there was no coconutmilk after my daughter told me they could make my coffee with it. So no coconut milk meant no special coffee for me. She also was rude when I asked about splenda for my coffee. The drip coffee was old eventhough I pushed through a cup of it. When I went for the second cup she had to stop and pull her pants up then she grabbed my cup and filled it. Needless to say I didn't drink the second cup, which means I paid $5 for a cup of old brewed coffee! Highly disappointed with this. We were there from 3:45 to 4:50 this afternoon.

I very rarely am bothered by poor service. I worked in the restraunt industry for 10 years. The kitchen staff here is not equipped to put together more than one order at a time, and there did seem to be any rush. After almost 40 minutes of waiting on our breakfast it still wasn't ready. They kept telling us we were up next, then 4 more orders went out. We asked for a refund and left with no apologies or concern we were unhappy.

Audrey Paladino

Mugs is a great place to grab a cup of coffee or to sit and eat. They are usually pretty busy on a Sunday for brunch but everyone that works there is really nice and the food is always great. They have a great variety of coffee drinks and they even have some beers.

ej belknap

Not very friendly staff. Very standoffish. Does not make you feel welcomed. Food was good though. So if you dont care about the atmosphere come eat here

John Hunter

DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Most terrible food I have ever had. We simply ordered eggs. It took 35 minutes for them to bring them out and they looked disgusting - not cooked well, yolk was flowing all over the plates. We paid our check and left Without Eating.

Deric Schnelle

Quant little coffee shop - a good stop when in town

Amelia Mackey

I love Mugs with my whole heart. I’ll go out of my way just so I can get a coffee from them. Their food is amazing and the vibe is so chill. It’s busy on Weekends so you’ll have to wait a bit. I think that’s a good sign to say how much the Argenta district loves them.

Rob Maldonado

Had a white chocolate mocha and French toast that was amazing.

John Poole

Only eaten here once, but the food was petty good. They use fake syrup, and I'm a big fan of real maple syrup. The coffee selections were on point.

Ben Davis

Waited forty minutes for my food. The place wasn’t even busy.

clintcamclint

I come here all the time and usually I put up with the issues but this time was the last straw. It took an hour and ten minutes for her food to come out and when it FINALLY did, it was the wrong order. She ordered before I did and I got my food, ate all of it, and sat with her for another 45 mins while we waited. They refunded her food, as they should have, but we sat and watched people continuously get their food even though they kept telling us hers was "on the grill". Absolutely ridiculous I'm not sure I'll ever return and I was a regular! Also the manager/cook stood there and glared at my friend while she was getting her refund which is UNACCEPTABLE. Terrible customer service, the only good part of this endeavor was the nice girl who took our orders and how she handled things. She needs to be manager not the guy in glasses.

Jesus Flores

Great quick delicious breakfast/lunch options. Coffee wise I recommend the Cuban! It's smooth yet bold with both bitterness and hints of sweetness from honey. Large tables and couches to lounge on as well and walking distance from new Argenta Park and downtown.

Jeremy Groce

Best damn chicken salad I've ever eaten. Please don't tell my mom I said that

Andrew Cox

Excellent food, coffee, prices and vibe for hanging out with friends or getting work done. The staff are super friendly and the service (wait time, cleanliness of the place, etc.) is great. Highly recommend the $6 breakfast burrito. Way to go Michael and team. Thanks! You guys were an awesome start to our travel day in Little Rock.

Lester Ng

Great coffee.

P Miller

Great breakfast and coffee in a mug! Atmosphere was wonderful.

Matt Jacobs

We stopped by on our way back to Texas. It was a refreshing change to the junk food from the gas stations. The cold brew was great, and the lunch options were perfect. The location was pretty cute and gave us some more appreciation of the different areas of little rock. We will definitely be back here.

Heidi Mackey

I love Mugs!! They’re so friendly and and it’s the perfect place to hang out or study. I go every year during my finals week and grab coffee and study for hours. The food is really good too! Get the tacos and or pancakes

D Par

Slightly unassuming, yet expertly executed latte and pour over. They use Onyx coffee, which in my opinion is the best of the best. The food selection was pretty nice, and was tasty. The Mayan mocha really shines.

Robert Steck

Friendly service. Crowded but line moved fast. Good coffee and biscuits and gravy was fantastic. Will be back.

Brent Morris

Really "hipster" vibe, which is fine if you know that going in. I had a GREAT Mexican Mayan Mocha with cayenne pepper, chocolate flavor. My wife had the Caramel Macchiato and it was a let down, outside of the visual effect, any gas station coffee was of equal quality. The breakfast looked great but we had the fruit and Greek yogurt parfat. We will be back if for nothing more than for a relaxing, laid back ambiance and craftsmanship in the coffee.

Amanda Moore

Atmosphere is nice and people are friendly. My main problem is I have been there 6 different times specifically to try a certain coffee with ice cream. EVERY time they were out of ice cream! BUMMER Probably not going to try again, waste of time.

Scott Landers

Under Staffed, the staff that was there was stressed and rude.

Shawna Martin

Delicious. I paid $5.50 for a caramel latte and wasn’t disappointed. Saturday mornings are BUSY! You might want to go early just to get a seat inside. Def a must go to!

Jack Son

Great menu, great coffee, and great atmosphere. Music selection is on point!

Timothy Dowty

Funky downtown coffee shop - great breakfast items including their biscuits and gravy - be there early , they sell out on that item. Also they have original art for sale. Friendly staff and service too.

James Eaton

Great atmosphere, good food, and friendly employees. The wait was a little long for our food but it was extremely busy during brunch. We will definitely visit again!

Ashley Deen

Best Café Cubano maybe in the state. The muffins are omgable, too.

This has to be one of my favorite places in Argenta. I can come here to relax or to work. I have held meetings for business here as well as met friends for relaxation and good times. Some days I work from here all day! The staff are friendly and the establishment is clean and inviting. You never know who you may run into here either. I cannot recommend Mugs more. Try the Spam egg and cheese! As well as a Cuban or a cold brew.

I stopped in for breakfast on my layover to Montana. I had my giant military bag with me and looked a little rough after traveling all night. I was not looked at as some kind of straggler but was greeted by a woman named Courtney, who was by far one of the nicest and most friendly person I’ve met on my trip thus far. She was nice to everyone and made them feel like a Star! The food is pretty good but it’s really up to you to make it your own once it’s served to you. It can be a little under seasoned but it was good overall. It’s a great environment thanks to Courtney. Also the coffee rocks!

Great coffee shop in the area, really good food. The breakfast tacos and the biscuits and gravy are the bomb. Usually a few people in line, and the food can take a bit to come out, but totally worth it. Always bring friends and family here when they come for a visit.

Had a pretty good breakfast burrito. Good, strong coffee.

Coffee is great. Food is ok. A little less than friendly staff but, I'll definitely go back for more coffee.

Great place. Good food. Stop by here, you won't regret it. Great place for quiet computer time, or small study group.

Food was good and people were friendly. Loved the atmosphere!

Love this place! My favorite coffee shop in North Little Rock! They also serve breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is awesome, they have unlimited pancakes and a small little table area for toddlers. It's always packed.

Their espresso is the best and it even comes in a cute tiny espresso cup. When I needed that extra caffeine jolt to finish projects at work, this spot was my savior! Cute little decor on the inside - lunch time seemed a little busy at times.

Reasonably meh, not recommended. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The food is pretentiously simple, and not that good. In a less than half full restaurant, an omelette took 30 minutes, was dry, and for some reason, the bottom of the plate had random food on it.

A+ atmosphere

I've been coming here for a breakfast at least once a month since they opened and while the food and coffee are very good the service is a dumpster fire. Wait times have been getting longer and longer and longer. I do not see myself returning.
