Moe's is usually pretty great. This location, in particular, was pretty stingy with their toppings. My usual mountain of nachos barely covered the bottom of the plate yesterday, but it was still delicious. Very clean location.

It's been a couple of months since I have eaten here and I decided tonight I wanted some yummy food. Unfortunately I waited about 5 minutes for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge(not even a Welcome to Moe's). Finally thinking maybe they were trying to close down at 7:30 I made my way to the door and then the guy yelled out Ma'am I can help you now....No Thanks! Slim Chickens was the better choice tonight!

The food is great and fresh. We came at 6:40PM and most the booths were dirty with leftover food from previous patrons, but we finally found one table in the back which was clean. Expect a messy busy fast food environment with little care to make the place nice and clean. But, good fresh food... That's the trade off.

The restaurant was all around dirty. I came during a time that wasn’t busy but had to wait 5 minutes before being helped. There was nobody else in the restaurant. When I got to the register to pay I was very rudely told by a manager that I would have to wait because she was busy. Then I was told that I couldn’t get a student discount because it wasn’t the right kind, and then was charged extra for extra queso and a drink after I told them I didn’t want it.

I only ever come here for "Moe Mondays" which is the day burrito type entrees are a flat fee of like 5 bucks. That said of allllllll the "burrito stations" I've come to call them(like Chipotle) Moes is by far my favorite. Their complimentary salsa bar always has new varieties popping up - even if sometimes they're a miss. And I've never been displeased about the freshness or quality of their product like I would at other assembly line places like subway.

First time eating here and I got the steak bowl. They add two full cups of rice and one half of cup of meat(the lady even tried to spread the meat out to look like its a nice amount). I was not satisfied at all. Ima buy a steak bowl from Chipotles and let Moes employees see exactly what a steak bowl looks like.

The food is ok but I cannot go to a restaurant where the front employee's pants are below his ass and the underwear is wayyyyy too visible. How can I take my family there? If the manager cannot get his employees to pull up their pants, I wonder if he/she can get them to maintain quality/hygiene. My first visit was my last.

Fast food, but barely. Not in the sense that this team isn't quick, it's one of the more efficient eating experiences in the area. It's because the food quality is beyond what you would expect what you could get instantly. I'm probably preaching to the choir. Everyone knows Moe's is amazing. The female manager of this place is an exceptional member of the team. She always has an incredible attitude, positive and smiling, and this attitude trickles down to the team , as everyone I've dealt with seems to be on the same page. Great food and a great team is all I need to fulfill my Moe's rewards obligations. Thanks for the experience :)

I just discovered Moe's and it's soo good! It's super tasty and the employees are really nice. Plus you can build your own burritos, bowls, etc. I love that free chips and salsa come with each purchase. It's great!

I like the food at Moe's but the one in Conway is hit and miss. You never know if the food is going to be good or fair until you sit down and eat it. Not the cleanest place to eat, always needs attention.

Food was great, service was also good until checkout. The young woman manning the cash register was a bit grumpy. I assume its just been a long day for a homie. Food- seemed fresh even though it's on a food line. I ordered the Wrong Doug, steak and enough toppings to satisfy a gorilla, as you do, and was full after half! Freestyle Coke machine - not my thing, but I know it's a draw for some including my husband. Restaurant seemed frazzled and unkempt, could use with sweeping and tables definitely needed attention. Overall not a bad stop. 8/10 Would grub again.

They move a little slower compared to their cross town competitor. I only went in because I had a coupon for a free birthday burrito. It's not my first choice when I want a burrito or burrito bowl. My biggest complaint is they put the burrito (wrapped in foil) on the counter and then put your chips in the bag and place your burrito, that's been on the counter and in someone's hands, on top of your chips. Next time I'll just ask for my chips in a separate bag.

I’m giving this Moe’s one star because Google won’t allow anything less. I made an order via Bitesquad to pickup, and I arrived at the requested time. Around this time, my card had been charged, and the Bitesquad app told me that my order had been “completed”. The employee asked us to have a seat and they’ll have the food right out. 30 minutes later, the employee came to us and said that they didn’t have an order from us, despite me showing them that my order had been “completed” and that my card had been charged. After some time later, they made the food and told us that they were told that the order was cancelled. This is not the first time that I’ve had issues with this particular Moe’s, and I anticipate that if I continue to go here, that I will continue to be disappointed and unsatisfied. Until they can figure out how to operate a business, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Blows more than a few more high end local Tex-Mex Restaurants out of the Water. Great Portions, friendly Service, clean Restrooms and Dining Area. Employees were wiping down when not working in Orders, always a plus for me. My Burrito and my Wife's Salad were on point and tested great. Looking forward to coming back again, real soon. Only wish the Employee would have asked me if I wanted it Grilled, love therm like that but forgot until too late.

WORSE. MOE'S. EVER! Super dirty, not one clean table, about 10 staff and only one helping customers! Others wouldn't even acknowledge anyone's existence. So disappointing considering the Moe's in Baton Rouge was so good. Let me know when they get new management- cause we won't be back till then!

Scolded for asking for a water. Picked up a to go order and asked for a water. The lady who served me tried to give me an absolutely microscopic cup, smaller than my hand. I thought she was joking, so I laughed and said I'd drink that in five seconds. She replied to me (with the most hateful tone she could manage while still being technically professional) that "I don't give out free drinks". Yeesh. The food and all the other employees were nice.

It's moes. I only go when the group says we're going and I can't over turn the decision. It was mostly fresh just lacking in flavor. And I can't stand the coke machine they have. It's frustrating and makes the experience less enjoyable. There are other burrito places in town that I'd rather go to.

Ordered Quesadilla and ended up with a giant burrito blob that was on the cool side ta boot. Wife didn't care for the pork nachos. I don't like the thin chips that taste floury. Bathrooms were on the messy side and needed attendance.

I never leave reviews but the bald guy who works here was unprofessional to the next level. First, he didn't tell what options they had (beans, etc) he asked me if i wanted anything on my quesadilla.. then he barely put any meat on it.. then he acted mad when i asked for help.. there was me and two other people and he took 15 minutes to get our orders taken.. he acted as if the place was packed. dude was mad at the world , go home if you feeling that way

Moe's Southwest Grill is one of my favorite places to go it's only competition in Conway is Chipotle and it's way better than Chipotle it has way more options and the atmosphere is 10 times better I would go there at least once a week and I never get tired of it. There are even ways to make your food lower in calories and healthy you just pick what you want.

So a friend of mine was talking about how good Moes Momdays are, and after trying to eat here I would have to disagree. My wife called in an order, and was told to give them a 20 minute lead time to pick this order up. We arrived 20 minutes later, and was told our ord er r hadn't been started. After waiting almost 30 minutes in store we left. That evening I called and talked with Pam about this experience. She was supposed to call back two days ago.
