To be fair this was our 1st visit, about 2pm & we got leftover lunch items. My husband was not happy with portion sizes & said the chicken fried steak is nothing to write home about. I got an all vegetable plate & it was wonderful! I would encourage adding more butter to the mashed potatoes, Dale makes a mean marinated salad

Standard diner selection of plate lunches, burgers, and sandwiches, which are all quality and competitively priced. Nice, quiet, place to enjoy a good lunch or dinner.

Had the plate lunch with chicken fried steak, fried potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I was excited for the fried potatoes because you don't get that very often on a plate lunch. Had eaten there once before and had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Haven't had a chance to eat breakfast there yet, but here it is awesome as well.
