We haven’t been back to Louise since December since last time we went we had slow service, so we decided to try it again. This time was the worst service we have ever had. The waitress with the long brown hair tied in a pony tail with glasses took our order (Louise?). We told her we wanted to put in our two year old daughters breakfast/lunch since she was starving. We asked for the kids chicken tenders and my husband asked for a cup of coffee and I asked for a latte. My latte and her kids chicken tenders came out but my husbands coffee never did. He then asked for it again which she gave it to him. The chicken tenders were so spicy (for a child) so we asked the manager a short guy with blonde/red hair what happened. He didn’t know and went to ask the kitchen. Apparently they were using the same recipe that they were using for Bite (a NWA food event). Not kid friendly at all. He comp the meal (thanks) and gave her fruit; however, the damage was already done as our daughter didn’t wanted to eat anymore because of the spicy chicken. My husband wasn’t very hungry so he asked for the mini breakfast plate. She wrote it down and went her way. Once the food showed up it was a huge plate of food. We asked her what is this? She said it was the breakfast plate but not the “mini” because the it was only for kids. She did not explain this when he ordered she just said okay and went about her business to take the order to the kitchen. We waited a while before we saw her and she rarely checked on us. Our glass water bottle she left on the table was empty. The food took forever, she forgot my husbands coffee and had to ask again for it way after my latte was served, the chicken was way to spicy for our child, the server failed to tell us we couldn’t get the breakfast mini plate until after the food was served and it was an overall bad experience.

Unique spot for a restaurant, not many places with plane parking. Solid brunch menu with Chicken and Waffles. Take time to check out the show planes. Cool to see them take off and land while you eat. I think they will have a great patio spot when the weather is warmer.

Came for Sunday brunch...Great setting at the Bvillle airport...but seating is limited...staff wasn’t real quick to clear tables...seating area was full so hung out in the lobby...hostess didn’t come out to lobby and skipped over our party on the waiting list... when asked about our wait she wouldn’t explain why she didn’t come out to the lobby...Chicken and waffles were terrible... waffle was over cooked and hard...chicken was bland and prepared in old cooking oil.

Have had 2 dinner meals at Louis at Thaden Field and have been very impressed with both. The specials are so far spectacular. I have had the braised chuck roast and spicy pork chop. This will be a regular stop when I am in town.

Came for Sunday brunch and had a wonderful waiter, Benji, who couldn't be nicer. I had the quiche of the day...bacon, arugula, red bell pepper and smoked gouda. Amazing!! My husband had the traditional ham steak, eggs, hashbrowns and sourdough toast. Enjoyed bloody Mary's. And then walked out to see planes land and take off. Only concern was my husband's food was only lukewarm so felt like it had set for a bit. The flavors were great thought. Can't wait to return.

A friend mentioned a restaurant at the airport so we decided to look it up. What a great spot. The view of the airport and the lake is great. The food we had for brunch was great. We already checked out the lunch and dinner menus for our next visit. I want to go after dark to see the view is then.

Unfortunately didn't get to try the menu. When we arrived for Saturday brunch, we were promptly laughed at by the kid working the counter who then mumbled underneath his breath about seating our party. We definitely expected the wait, was just shocked by the attitude of staff. Not the sort of snobby establishment I'm looking to spend time with my family at on a Saturday. Happy to give someone else our business!

Great views to watch airplanes land and take off while enjoying a drink or eating. 2 decks to choose from and a nicely landscaped grass area to enjoy as well. For pilots you can pull right up to the restaurant in your plane. Nice open ramp. Service and food were top notch. We'll be back!

Wonderful atmosphere and great staff! We will definitely be coming here again. My husband had the chicken and waffles and we thought It was one of the best we’d ever had...not too heavy and the waffles were cooked perfectly. I had the avocado toast...not your typical avo toast and lacked a little flavor if you got a bite without the halloumi cheese but overall still good!

Incredible atmosphere that transports you into a vintage diner housed in a 21st century airport. You can see the planes take off and land while enjoying local cuisine and craft beverages. The cafe will just get better as Osage Park and Lake Bentonville are expanded. Looking forward to the west side of bentonville steadily getting cooler. Insider tip: Go upstairs to see local artist George Dombeck’s original watercolor paintings of barns in the state. They are incredible. #arkansasinsider

This place has a lot of potential. The setting is good. The decor is tasteful. The wait staff was nice. We had the breakfast tacos and the presentation was good. Taco itself was a tiny bit bland, but coffee was good and again the setting is unique so it's interesting in a good way. We'll give it a couple of months and go again.

This was our 4th dine in visit and we keep coming back as we enjoy the delicious food and ENJOY watching the airplanes touch and go, but if you were looking for somewhere that the servers take good care if you this is not place to come. Once you are seated and have ordered they very rarely check on you until you are ready for the check and don’t expect to be asked for a cup of coffee at the end of meal or anything extra for that matter. Hopefully this will get turned around!

Tucked away and hard to find but totally worth the journey. It's located inside the aviation building. Recommend walking in through the first door closest to the parking lot. You will walk pass a few museum items and the cafe is on the right side in the very back of the building. Very modern and clean cafe. The views are great as you face the runway. Staff is fantastic and welcoming. Every dish comes out looking picture perfect and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommend this place. Great place for a date or even a business luncheon. Don't forget to sign the blue aviator book when they bring out your bill.

Visited Louise at Thaden Fieldhouse today with my aviator brother. His color commentary blended with the airport view, fantastic weather and great cafe food (I had the catfish po-boy special) made this a great outing. No doubt we'll be back.

Not many tables, and they don't take reservations, but the food was great! Brunch prices were reasonable, and the space is very cool. Huge plane inside to look at, a small playground nearby, and the deck with the pond is nice. Overall, good place to take kids (for the neat experience - few offerings for "kid food" and no coloring pages available). Watch the planes take off and land! My 2 and 6 year olds loved it!

First time eating there today. We went for breakfast, and it was amazing. We tried the hippie hash, biscuits and gravy, their pancakes, fruit bowl, mimosas, and a vanilla latte. Biscuits are wonderful, and they don't overdo the gravy. Only thing would be to make an option without the sausage pieces in there for those of us that don't eat meat. The hippie hash is great with their spicy sauce. Pancakes are huge and taste great. The fruit bowl was shares between my 3 kids. Wait was long, but worth it. It's our new favorite breakfast spot.

Best meatloaf over ever had - it's not exactly traditional, but it hurts the spot, especially when served with the Gouda grits. There's a really nice outdoor seating area with to levels, and some outdoor games like corn hole, blocks, and more for kids and adults. Friendly staff, clean restrooms. Solid pick for a meal! Oh, and the French fries ain't slouches either!

ok, so place looks amazing with great location. lot's of natural light, right there at the local airport. Wait stuff was nice and attentive. However, food was not so good. I've had Grilled chicken Club and it was rather tasteless. Chicken was small and dry. It came with fries that were warm and no hot. I'll definitely come here again because of location but not food.

Top Notch! We have been here several times for Breakfast. The atmosphere is awesome, we have been able to see a couple jets take off from the runway while we were there. Having tried various dishes we have not been disappointed by any if them. If you haven't been here, get here!

For how beautiful of a location this restaurant is in, I was very disappointed with my dining experience. After producing a valid ID, they refused to serve me (which put them off to a bad start), and my dinner was overdone, dry and plain. I’ve had better fish and potatoes at more reasonably priced restaurants. I will not be coming back.

They had a rough night with us. 20 minutes after ordering was told they were out of the skirt steaks so switched it up to filet. Meanwhile wife's burger sat in window so long it got gross. They said they would re-fire it but when it came out a few minutes later with my steak, it was obviously the same one. Way overcooked. So she sends it back for a filet. 35 minutes later (I'm done eating at this point) we finally get her filet to go. It was so rare when we got home it was disgusting. Good points for the manager who was very helpful and tried his best by comping 1 meal and giving us a gift certificate for a return visit. Bad points for the disorganized kitchen and our waitress that never even bothered to clear my plate or coffee cups from the table and really caused the whole thing by not knowing the menu. All said, we will be back to give it another chance as the food was amazing and the manager did try his best to make things right.
