You know that we do not usually stop to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

The food was pretty good and they had a nice selection of teas. The tea is not sweetened or prepared in a cup for you so don’t be fooled by all the fancy names, it’s just blends of loose leaf tea. Not bad just not necessarily the flavor you expect from names like “raspberry nectar” and “ iron goddess of mercy”. I liked it because I always like tea but a lot of people would probably be disappointed. The food also seemed a bit overpriced for what it was
Trendy artisan coffee and tea. Nice place
Another beautiful way to enjoy the historic architecture while sipping on caffeine and thoughtful treats made by friendly humans behind the counter.
Can't wait to return for WEDNESDAY NIGHT POETRY, just celebrated, the friendly barista said "THIRTY YEARS" of open mic night and the evenings featured poet! Food smelled DELICIOUS and Cafe has a warm home like setting. Beautiful decor.
Great coffee shop. Coffee was fresh and good quality. Bagel was well-prepared and a good price.
Just went with my friend. Great calm atmosphere, I got hot chocolate and my friend tea. We enjoyed it. Great experience, we will definitely be back!
16% or more user fee if you use a credit card for purchasing your coffee. When I suggested the fee was exorbitant the reply from the barista was "that is the rule, like it or leave it". I will leave it and take my business to the better coffee shop just up the street on Park Avenue. Word of mouth means something and free advertising on my radio show will not be repeated.
Great spot! The first establishment with vegan options I have visited. My family also enjoyed. Wonderful tea selection.
A great selection of bites to eat as well as coffees and teas. A great spot to meet a friend, play a game, read a book, study, or just enjoy a uniquely relaxing local coffee shop!
It took forever to place our order and then no one told us that our drinks were ready. We had to go searching for the drinks after waiting way longer than most places and found that they had been sitting on the counter until they were luke warm
The word that comes to mind based on my visit, is hipster. This place is very unique and while not typically my jam - I really enjoyed it. It was clean and they had comfortable seating options. Literally nothing in the building had a chain feel to it The back of the building has exposed rock so you can see the building is connected right to the mountain behind. The coffee was good and the food was surprisingly amazing. We had a scone and huevos rancheros. It provided the perfect little pit stop for our family - highly recommended.
Visiting from out of town and absolutely loved this place. Staff, coffee, food, atmosphere and quality... all 5 stars
Pretty good overall, good lighting, nice vibe. Lots of food options, great tea selection, and they had vegan options for both alt milk and food. I had their cortado, a bit on the foamy side but the espresso was excellent, a great flavor not acidic or bitter, very smooth. The vegan blueberry muffin was good, as was their blissful balance vegan style was good, very freshly made. Service was quick and friendly overall, although the barista with the purple hair wasn’t very friendly and didn’t even greet us or smile at us when we walked in. The blonde barista who worked there was extremely friendly. Would come back for sure.
Wonderful coffee! We enjoyed the organic coffee and the lunch options. We have gluten issues so we were happy to find they had delicious sandwiches with gluten free options.
Great coffee and teas as well as great breakfast/ brunch food options. Very chill atmosphere with a friendly and efficient staff.
Love this place. The owner is awesome. The staff is friendly. The food is great. The decor is homely. You could be comfortable there all day people watching
For one, the coffee is amazing. I just got a plain ol' drip but there's nothing plain about it. Very flavorful all on its own; no need for creamer. Secondly, very cute little shop with very sweet employees. Highly recommend!!
We stopped at Kollective twice, giving it two chances. Both were in the hope of getting a little breakfast and some good coffee. The first time, no food was available other than cookies. The second time, they were out of avocados. Each of their dishes seemed to feature avos, so we again passed. The real problem was the coffee. The nitro iced coffee was the worst we have had anywhere. It tasted rancid. The latte I ordered was luckily lacking any kind of taste at all. It was like I had a cup of warm water. You are better off getting a free cup of coffee down the street next to the pancake place. That's actually pretty good.
Solid coffee shop with good basics as well as a great host of seasonal specials. Staff was incredibly friendly (even to lame tourists like myself) and the shop is tucked away at the end of central so it was a nice quiet stop on our way in in the morning.
The first time I came here, everything was wonderful. But today, they messed up the order twice and I am still waiting for my food... The place is beautiful and wonderful, but I am definitely disappointed. Please fix this because this place has potential.
Super chill place at the end of bathhouse row. Good coffee. Good vibes.
Great coffee and atmosphere. My son (4) enjoys it also since they provide legos and a chalk wall. Good food cooked in house and outdoor seating for those nice weather days.
Love the Wednesday night poetry night! The food is amazing, coffee and tea selection are great! The ambiance is perfect for the downtown district. Love it!!! (A larger selection of healthy food options would get the 5th star.)
Good cappuccino after a morning run. It was quite this morning. Had a walnut "muffin" that was great. I ordered a cappuccino but with an extra expresso shot. With that extra shot the flavor seemed about right for me. Without it I feel it would have been a little weak. But that's my personal opinion and taste. But it was great tasting flavor to the coffee. Host was nice also. I'll visit again when back in town for sure.
We stopped in for a coffee and snack to do a little work. We enjoyed our coffee, the weather was great so we had it outdoors. The staff member was very friendly and informative, he shared tips on where and what to do in Hot Springs.
This place is great. As a vegan I never get to have breakfast options when we travel and this place offered several. I had the vegan Blissful Balance and it was so good. Just the right amount of spice. Had amazing coffee to go with it also. Planning to come back this weekend for lunch too.
Super cute coffee shop in downtown Hot Springs, AK! They have coffee, a huge variety of teas, and a nice small fare menu!
Coffee is decent, but service is terrible. They charged me two different amounts for the same coffe.
Great Huevos Rancheros and also recommend cinnamon raisin bagel. For coffee, go elsewhere. Nitro cold brew was very bitter, and the iced mocha was nearly tasteless.
We were visiting from out of town and happened to come across this place. Our first experience was great! Our barista recommended a London Fog and it was delicious. We decided to come back two days later. They got all three of our drinks wrong (we ordered three London fogs) so they remade them. They tasted nothing like the one from before. Their tomato basil tasted like marinara. And they also got one of our food orders completely wrong after it took 30 minutes to come out. Two of us finished our food more than 10 minutes before her corrected order came out. Not sure if it was this different barista causing all these issues but we were EXTREMELY disappointed with our second visit. Only giving two stars because of the first good experience, however, the second visit would keep me from ever visiting again.
Wow! Fantastic coffee (Arkansas roasted Onyx) and excellent, healthful food plus great service and good tunes. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and everything I had. Wish I'd going there when I visited HS this summer but I bet it's insanely busy then so maybe this was better. Highly recommended
Kollective never fails to do good work! I highly recommend a Kalita pour over with a single origin or a latte. My favorite tea that I always recommend is Happy Tea, iced.
Love this coffee shop! They carry onyx coffee which is one of the best in the nation. The staff is great!! Perfect location to stop by and grab a cup during your downtown walk or before or after a mountain bike ride!
Great tasting sandwiches, very good tasting coffees, and a nice quiet atmosphere that is pleasing to the senses.
Unpleasant experience here. Simple bagel order took 30 minutes, once they arrived at our table he had made them incorrectly. Our only bad experience in Hot Springs.
Loved their many vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast, and was so thankful that they were inventive with the meal!! Their espresso was en pointe as were the cortado and black tea! A bit pricey but so worth it!
Koffee was really good. I had a cappuccino. My daughter's loved their bagels and my wife's soup was great. I thought my vegan burger was just okay. Tasted "out of a box" rather than home made. Ambiance was very nice. I'd go back.
Great place to sip coffee and have a nice breakfast salad. Food is prepared as ordered so not fast food, but really good food! Coffee will wake you up!
