This place is great for fresh made healthier food! I love to come during the day while the kids are in school and visit with a friend from church. I just really wish they had high chairs because I usually bring my 15 month old with me and she has to sit in my lap. The food is always good! Service is wonderful. Everyone there is so kind. Only bad experience I've had there was when I ordered a turkey and avocado and apparently they were out of turkey so hey substituted my sandwich with ham. They didn't even bother to tell me. I was not happy about that because I don't eat ham or any pork. So very disappointed in that experience. But overall a great place and I will continue to come here!!!

What a great find! We visited Heber for the day and sought out ice cream in the afternoon. This cafe was AWESOME. Eclectic, quaint, and cozy. The girls were all very nice (more importantly - patient with the kids) and engaged with all the guests coming and going. I'm slightly particular about my coffees, and yours was really good. Cannot wait to be in town again - this will be a MUST for each visit.

Jitterbug, located in a small, hip town in Heber Springs, AR, is a great place to grab a nice cup of coffee and relax for a little bit. It is located fairly close to a couple colleges including Harding University and ASU- Heber Springs which will draw in college students looking for a chill place to get some studying in. They offer free wifi along with a lot of tables, recliners, and outdoor seating, along with a sunroom and closed in patio. Their coffee here is very good and ranges from a simple cup of black coffee to blended and iced coffee's such as the Turtle Mocha. They also serve delicious Cream Sodas, have a wide selection of ice cream and shakes, smoothies, and lunch served from 11am-2pm Monday through Saturday. All- age friendly including young children who can pick from their bookshelf of games and cards. Would recommend to anybody close by!

What a cool place to visit! I came in with my service dog and was immediately offered water for her. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. The walls are covered with what looks like art from local artists. Oh, and the coffee is fantastic! I highly recommend you stop in for food, ice cream, or delicious coffee beverages.

Awesome little shop and nice for Heber Springs. My wife and I went after a hike to unwind and the outdoor seating was pleasantly quiet given the town's small size. I highly recommend the mushroom brie soup if they have it when you go. I'm still talking about how good it was a week later.

Starting with a positive: tastey food and acceptable coffee. Real talk now: Lunches are all small portions and very expensive. Almost a snack size really. Every time I've been there I feel like I overpaid for such a small lunch. Coffee is mediocre at times, but "okay". I do appreciate the variety. Negative: They seem to have a high turn over rate. There is almost always a new person being trained every time I go. Which means, there is a lot of mistakes on orders. Ending with a positive: I have liked jitterbug in the past and will continue to go. The workers that have been there a while are all really nice.

Had a chicken salad sandwich. Didn't see on the menu that it came with a side of veggie fries or chips so I bought chips then I got a side of veggie fries. I would have subbed kettle chips and not bought extra had a known. Long story short, the chicken salad, while tasty, didn't make up for the fact that staff didn't greet me, or say anything but the cost during our interaction. There are cool puzzles on the wall.

So the other day I went to the local coffee shop, it's a really cozy place and the woman that owns it is a really nice lady but the day before her espresso machine caught fire so she couldn't do coffee like normal. And I always get a caramel machiato because it tastes soo good there,butwhen she told me the machine was broke I got a sad face and she told me to hold on a minute. She came back from the back room with a HAND made machiato, and it was thebest cup of coffee I have EVER had! You've got to try this place.
