Anything from the grill runs the risk of cross contamination, but this is a very common issue for me. Staff was helpful with safe options

We were traveling through and desperately needed good coffee. if you need coffee and have time for a bite to eat, please give this place a try! It's a bit out of the way but WORTH IT! The two girls that were working are so sweet. Very friendly and they had fresh squeezed orange juice and they said they could make me a menosa!! So good! Food is great, coffee is amazing, ppl super friendly, and above all they made u feel welcome. Well worth the stop, we r going back on the way home. :-)

Coffee has always been good. When I say coffee I mean an expresso, a mocha, a frozen or cold coffee. They have it all. Compared to the national coffee chain this is hand downs the best. If you are hungry they also have food. Anything from a quick bite to a gourmet meal. Of course leave room for desert because they have some of the best in town . My fav is the carrot cake, just the way I like it and yes you can tast and see the carrots. The chocolate cake is moist and always good also.

I went in when main Street was having the crawfish festival on May 5, 2018. I ordered a sweet peppermint ice tea. It was very good. The place is dark and has a secluded feeling inside. Good place to feel alone if out with someone. High booths where other people are not seen too well. The darkness of the place keeps you from seeing others inside. I personally like lighted areas but to those that like dark places this might be the place to go to. Would I return to the business, yes, but not on a consistent manner, maybe once every two months. By the way, this was the first time in there for me. Thanks.

Food is ok. Prices went up a lot! Food was already pretty expensive now it's up a dollar?!? You guys aren't that great. The way the owners treat their employees is utterly horrific! The way they pay them is illegal. Do yourself a favor DO NOT TIP, the employees don't get it. The owners do. I know someone who works there and apparently the cakes and pies are old , like months old. What a disgrace.

We stopped here for coffee and breakfast as we were leaving town. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches were very good. The fresh fruit is cut fresh everyday. They have fresh squeezed orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this place.

Man this is such a cool little place. The coffee was great. We had a breakfast panini and breakfast wrap. Both were interestingly done and plated professionally, which was a nice surprise. Great place with the best folks ever. Coffee is very much over the top. It doesn't get any better. Good food, excellent menu. My wife and I met my son there, i haven't seen him in 18 years. We stayed several hours, as it was cold outside and we were treated like family. Always welcome. They didn't rush us out, even after they locked the doors they told us don't rush, stay as long as we like. I'll always come back here when I'm in town for some great coffee and food. It's great having a place like this to depend on to treat you like family.

Service was nice but confusing. Menus are located on the opposite side of store from where you order. Store presentation is a cross between hippie and Arkansas Razorbacks collectibles. The store is stuffed to the gills with random stuff for sale, mostly in haphazard fashion, with no discernable theme. The food and drink was pretty good, though it took at least 20 minutes for two sandwiches. The eggplant panini was mostly disappointing, though full of flavors...it had the equivalent of an entire tomato on it, and with three sauces on it, it was impossible to hold. Tasted good, though. The coffees are really great, but they have no list of their flavors (and weren't very willing to tell me what they were, either, instead telling me "that's a big question to answer..."). I might would try it again.

Breakfast was so greasy! Over med. eggs tough greasy brown. Toasted bagel was soft and greasy. Jelly old and like rubber. OJ came after we were done eating and had reminded them several times we didn't have it yet. Bacon like jerky. No reason to ever go back!

Great stuff! The food is always been incredible. Comes out in a nice timely manner. Was in there pretty late at night and they were still bright and happy. Great place to eat whether you by yourself or with a group of friends! To mention it is a coffee house and the coffee is tremendous.

Super friendly, informative staff! We were greeted by everyone working when we walked in (even the kitchen staff). They do all they can to help you with the menu and make sure you have a great dining experience. Great extensive menu with lots to choose from. Super fair prices. Something for everyone, ranging from breakfast to lunch, and including a long list of specialty coffees, traditional breakfast options, yummy waffles, sandwiches, Panini's, soups, salads, original unique sides, gelatos, super delicious sounding pies and many other desserts. The decor was very loud, but interesting, cute and original. They display lots of Louisiana and Arkansas team spirit and sell unique wall decor and other merch. It gave us something to look at while we were waiting for our food to come. Great restaurant and coffee shop! If we ever come back to Hot Springs, we will definitely be back!

There's not much seating inside, and people have a tendency to take up the few 4 person tables with just 1 or 2 people when there is a bar or 2 person tables that they could use. I suggest getting your food to go if you are more than a party of 2.

There is something about this place I do not like. Overall, I think it is alright and definitely better than Starbucks. I would like to give this place 3.5-3.7 stars because they do a lot of things right and the staff is helpful. I think their location just throws me off, it is in the middle of sprawl run amok, a great location for business because of the traffic. The coffee is good, you can get an excellent cup of coffee here. They have a broad food menu of brunch, lunch, and dinner items. Desserts like gelato, everything smells wonderful. As far as the food, I have only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was not bad and about what I would expect. I want to try the gelato but any of their other desserts look just as interesting.

Arkadelphia's downtown is a quaint place and JavaPrimo certainly adds to the charm. They offer beautiful desserts, wonderful paninis (had a good old fashioned Turkey myself) and all 4 of us were just impressed. It's a little cramped, but it is homey. And they have local items for sale, such as scents and tumblers. The menu is unexpectedly large, so there is plenty to try next time.

Nice place, good food, clean and modern bathrooms. It is the only place in Arkadelphia where you can trust the food and won't catch some kind of disease from the bathroom. It is a bit pricy. Update: they serve hamburgers that are raw in the middle, and that could make you sick.

Amazing friendly service. Featured in photo is the double shot of espresso, the biscuits and gravy with bacon, and the everything bagel sandwich with a side of breakfast potatoes. Coffee tastes great and everyone working there is sweet and responsive. Definitely recommend!

JavaPrimo employees were very friendly, and made me feel at home there. The young lady who took my order helped point out some standout items on the menu. I really enjoyed the Greek gyro, a tasty, wholesome and balanced sandwich ($9); the frozen hazelnut latte, and the Caribbean colada smoothie. I will be back soon.

WONDERFUL coffee! Our medium lattés came in genuine pre-heated ceramic mugs, which made the coffee taste better and last longer. Good variety of delicious, handmade frozen gelatos to die for. Love this little eatery!

EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! The atmosphere is very casual. Not full service, order at the bar. Staff is very friendly! I ordered a Chai latte and add hazelnut - best decision ever made!! It was the best Chai latte I've ever had! I ordered a turkey panini with loaded potato salad, but I think I got chicken? Either way I loved it! The potato salad was scrumptious! My boyfriend had a strawberry banana smoothie and a waffle and it was great too!!! We can't wait to come back!!

Came to hot springs on a short weekend trip, and found this little gem. Food is fresh (witnessed them cute the potatoes myself) and coffee is delicious. We love out breakfast and will be coming back.

We came here after our dinner (from a different restaurant) for a quick pick me up (coffee). It looks like a gift shop on the inside. But the coffee is good! I had no idea they offered food. They have a FULL menu. We will come back to eat another day. I wish they had better marketing to let people know they offer food. "Java Primo & Urban Cuisine"

This is a sad little place with poor customer a service. The owner is rude to his employees in front of the customers. The salads are over priced and had wilted lettuce. The waffles were under cooked. The coffee tasted burnt. The place was loud and dirty. Sad sad sad
