Great location; nice compliment to Crepe's Paulette (though they have coffee). Gluten-free desserts (a bit costive). Plenty of seating, including booths around the corner as well as reading chairs. Perfectly acceptable for quotidian consumption if dwelling is within proximity.

I like the simple menu and sizing options. The atmosphere is chill and personable. The latte I had was a little weak and tasted mostly of milk. The seating was nice looking but uncomfortable as is typical with coffee shops that go for the modern wooden seating, however, there is a couch and two chairs towards the back that are nice. Friendly staff and standard pricing at $5 to $7 for a specialty drink and $3 for average cup of joe. I am picky about coffee shops and for some reason prefer my drinks in mugs, which they accommodated

Pretty decent coffee at a convenient location. The service was a bit slow, due to one barista working the coffee bar and register while about 8 people were in line. It took over 15 minutes to get our coffee. My cold brew wasn't very good, but my friend's latte was much better. I would try this location again, but I don't think I would recommend it.

My first time in and very glad I did! My first experience with Heroes was meeting a "smiling" employee as I pulled in on my bicycle! She had me at hello! The value of a smile! Inside, it is nice and cool, comfortable, great employees and great coffee at a good price! I recommend this to bike riders and all you others! Rick

This was my first stop at Heroes. The barista was happy to make recommendations. They don't use overly sweet syrups.. the taste was excellent. The atmosphere is great! Quiet, open, and some pretty unique seating in the back! I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely best drip coffee, espresso, and lattes around, hands down. Service is exceptional and super friendly, excellent recommendations. I know when ever I'm here I'll get good coffee fast, plus good Wifi and lots of seating. First place I recommend for anyone to get coffee.

If there is one thing I love more than coffee shops that buy locally roasted beans, it is coffee shops that ROAST THEIR OWN BEANS. This place has delicious coffee, but take note readers I only drink real coffee (black, no cream, no sugar), so I cannot attest to their mixed drinks. Hopefully I will be able to make it back, but there are several other shops I need to try before I leave Bville.

Pretty good coffee shop with a cool vibe and great prices. Within the coffee shop, patrons can watch Hero roast their own beans. My wife tried their dark-roasted brewed coffee, while I tried a medium-roasted Chemex coffee (total cost: $4.26 before tip.) My wife really liked her coffee. My coffee was good, but not super noteworthy. We had been grabbing coffee at the nearby Onyx Coffee Lab (perhaps my favorite coffee shop of all time), but we didn’t feel like shelling out $10-$12 again for our morning coffee, so we opted for Heroes Coffee because we knew the quality of the beans are good (if second rate to Onyx) and its cost was much more economical for us on this day of our trip.

Half dozen trips so far and each have been great. Very friendly staff, chill atmosphere that’s welcoming of a little laptop time and the coffee is insanely tasty. Easy to get to and plenty of car parking. They also have a bike rack!

I stop in here sometimes when I'm working in Bentonville. I just get black coffee and it's great for plain ol' brew. The beans are freshly roasted and I don't know if that's what does it but it's unique coffee and sometimes I purposefully forget to brew my morning batch for this stuff!

Heroes Coffee is what every cute hipster coffeshop aspires to be. The atmosphere is great and the seating is very unique with elevated almost treehouse-like seating and incredible coffee. There are also good options for those noncaffeine drinking people. Overall a fantastic place to hangout.

Great service, plenty of delicious options (including non-dairy, tea, and caffeine-free), and a laid-back, quiet atmosphere. Plus, their smoothies are the best I've had in a coffee shop (great for summertime or when my kids are along with me). My new favorite place for a "coffee meeting"! Update July 2019: they recently added some of the coolest seating ever (see photo).

This coffee was way too sweet. I like more of a traditional coffee without all the syrups added. I also tried a plain cappuccino and I wasn't super impressed with their blend. Not terrible, just not that good.

Im not a "fancy" coffee drinker and def. am not impressed with that national coffee chain But HOLY COW I just went into Heroes and said give me a reasonable priced cup of good coffee between $2-$3! This stuff is fantastic! Strong bold flavor but so insanely smooth! It cost me something like $2.16 I think. I could get addicted to this place!
