We arrived at 2:30. There was only 3 groups in the dining area for a total of 6 people. My soda glass would be empty and it would take Latasha over 10 minutes to get me a refill. This happened 3 times. It took almost 1 hour to receive our food. I don't see how it would take that long to receive our food as slow as it was.

We’d originally booked for a different night, which was cancelled by the venue. However, we rearranged the booking and the ops manager, Michael, went out of his way to make up for this. We were seated in the best seats, given a complimentary hoodie and selected the soundtrack for the evening. Our waiter, Hunter, was also fantastic and made an excellent host! I was very disappointed following the surprise cancellation but all in all, they really made up for it. And the food was delicious!!!

Very big, nice & delightful corporate governed Hard Rock Cafe as they all are. However, it would seem as if though the employees are happier than at most corporate run restaurants. Our server was cheerful, comedic, and outgoing. It’s also a museum, not just a restaurant/bar, with memorabilia displayed throughout the space, a Rock Shop to be able to take something home with you to remember the occasion.

Got seated at a greasy, sticky table twice but luckily the 3rd was clean. Service was slow, i think it was shift change. Food was ok but the large ice cream brownie dessert was missing the ice cream part and whip cream melted in a minute.

I went to hard rock cafe during my vacation to Miami. The chicken tenders were delicious. The service was stellar. I wanted a table for one by the water and instead of directing me to the bar and providing me with mediocre service, they did no such thing. I was able to sit right by the water. The server John was very helpful and polite.

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. They gave me a cubed pork sandwich and was pretty tough. Suggest they don't call it a pulled pork sandwich if it's not pulled/shredded pork. Not sure who would want to eat a chunky pork sandwich. Waitress (Shanika) was awesome, bartender was not very friendly.

Was easy to make a reservation for a party of seven. We went for a walk along the walk of fame while we waited. It took around forty-five minutes when they called us to let us know our table was ready. The food was tasty and the portions are quite big. I recommend the Texas burger and some onion rings.

A nice place to eat, that restaurant is big enough to sit all people on hollywood Bd (It's a joke). The staff is really kind, we waited 45 min before to be seated. I didn't get a reservation but we can drink a glass at the bar. The guy who showed me the table was really cool and the waitress was fast and kind. I have never been dissapointed about hard rock cafe. I will rate 5/5. When I will go back to LA, I will return there.

When we got there almost no one else was there. Slow service was polite but slow. We ordered the trio fajitas. For the most part they were good, but the shells were hard. Asked for more, server forgot to bring them out and when we got the second 3 they we also hard. I suggest you go for a drink grab a souvenir and eat elsewhere. Super disappointed

My burger was really delicious and our waitress was great. I can't get over the fact that after spending $85 on lunch for four we had to pay $15 just to park in their parking lot. They allow others who aren't eating at their restaurant to park there for a fee, so they make some extra income that way. Why not validate parking for customers who do eat at your restaurant? It was a very expensive lunch. We went for the ambiance and thought it would be a fun experience for the kids. They weren't impressed though.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is horrible! Had a reservation for 7:30. Front host was rude and sat us next to a door with freezing draft (other customers complained about this as well). Took at least 20-30 min to get acknowledged. Put in food order when we ordered drinks and all tables around us - some came in after we had - got their food. At 9:38 still no food. We left. First time in Memphis - 17 yr old daughters birthday dinner totally ruined.

Tried the burger that started it all, minus the bacon and it was surprisingly good. Son had the kids pasta with marinara and loved it. Prices for memorabilia is high, but that's to be expected. Service was average, I had to keep looking for the serve, she was chit chatting. It was 11 am on a Sunday and it was dead.

Was not too packed on a Friday afternoon. Food and drink service was very fast. ALL employees had a sense of urgency in everything they did. They smiled a lot have a stage for bands, food was amazing. Drink selection was great. If i could rate them a 10 i would. Great location near a nice parking garage. Can take elevator to the main street from there.

Been here 1 hour now, still no food. 1/2 the restaurant is empty but still putting on a wait. Hostess said "we just dont have people". Pathetic. What a lame excuse for service. HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUESTS!!!! Be honest do not argue with your guests.Our text times from the hostess clearly show us being seated at 144 and our good not coming till 250. If someone would have said, " we messed up. Your order will be out in a minute...or something" but no check backs, no communication nothing. A real mess here!!! I will say those by the time we did get our food it was very good of my steak salad was cooked perfectly

I went here for dinner with a school trip. They gave us a limited menu of meals to choose from (which I totally understand with the number of people.) All of the menu items were a variety of cheesy or butter filled foods, including Caesar salad. I asked for the Caesar salad, but asked if I could have it just with some other simple dressing such as oil and vinegar. (I have a dairy allergy) The waitress literally brought me a plate of lettuce. Only lettuce, not even a dressing. I guess I would not recommend coming here if you have any sort of dietary restriction as they were not very accommodating with mine.

Just wandering around as usual when in Taiwan i found out about this famous resturant. 2nd look them up in Chicago then heard about there might be one in Detroit. Like the memorabilia when you walk-in. Famous musicians signatures on instruments ECT. If I remember right they have burgers. So dig in you won't be disappointed.

The experience we had at your restaurant was the worst by far. The bartender who was a young female left four times without asking anyone if they needed anything. Once I saw her walking through the shop next door on her cellphone, people got up and left the bar from lack of attention. She was gone from five minutes to ten on each occasion. As I looked around people were waiting for their waitress. I saw one table had a spill and the gentleman had to go looking for help. It was not busy when we first entered but became busy at the door when we left. Your restaurant needs better management of their people!!!!

Do not waste your time. The service was terrible on a weeknight. Took about 10 minutes before hostess even acknowledged our group, and once seated was another 10 minutes before the waitress came by. Mixed drinks took another 20 minutes to come out. They were out of stock on some dinner choices, and the meals were sub par. The Salmon was under cooked to the point of sushi like. The whole ordeal took about 2.5 hours for a party of 6. The service was so bad the manager came out and apologized and gave everyone in the party $5 off. Go somewhere else...

A super cool hotel with a history prior to the hard Rock. Right off of Michigan Ave. We stayed there for part of our honeymoon and they were very accommodating and bumped us up to a suite. My only complaint is the price for parking, but hey its chicago!

Visiting from Seattle. First time to a Hard Rock. The staff was kind and quick to get us seated. The guy who showed us to our seat was kind, funny and CUTE! He told us where some memorabilia was that we did not know about. The waitress was kind and quick to take our order and checked on us multiple times. The food was delicious as well. Very filling. If I ever come back to LA I will definitely be going back there.

My experience today at this restaurant was terrible. We sat on the second floor. Our first waitress was very rude. We ordered appetizers first. The meat on nachos was red, and the dip was cold. When our meals finally came, everything was awful. The chicken was hard, and the fish was dry. Ribs were not good, no seasoning, and burger horrible. We did not eat it, and left full plates of food. Our server did get the manager. He took 30.00 off the bill, and gave us a free entree. They had children bands singing. Music was so loud you could not hear at all. Worst experience ever...

I'm giving Hard Rock 4 stars, only because it was an "as expected" experience. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday, so we knew it would be busy. Thankfully, we had made reservations, so they seated us right away. They were telling walk-in customers that it would be a 45-minute wait. I had the Tupelo chicken fingers with seasoned fries and a Hurricane cocktail. The chicken fingers were barely edible. Clearly frozen. I honestly didn't expect much better than that. The fries were your average fries. The Hurricane was a disappointment. I had some Hurricanes in New Orleans last year, and they were twice the size with more hard liquor. The Hard Rock's Hurricanes were slightly larger than a mojito, and as weak as Kool-aid. Oh well. The vibe was the mellowest Hard Rock we've been to. We visit a Hard Rock in almost every state we visit, only by coincidence. I'm used to a DJ and a lot of energy. This place felt relatively mellow, in comparison. Come to the Hard Rock in Memphis, or don't come. If you want traditional American food, you're okay with coming here. It's the Hard Rock. After your mediocre meal and watered down drink, visit the gift shop and buy a t-shirt or magnet, just to say you were there. I think the average person isn't expecting a gourmet meal. Just work on improving your Hurricanes, Hard Rock!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. When I first walked in the building the people in the front kept on talking even after I said I made a reservation. They kept me waiting for a while and then they took me the the back and there was so many tables open.. they had kept me waiting for nothing. They switched my waiter twice, the first one was really sweet and on top of his game.. the second one was horrible. His name was “ nay nay “. First our food was cold, second he never brought us our refills even after we asked TWICE. But he had no problem taking refills to the white couple next to me.. we clearly saw how he was treating them so nicely and my family and I so poorly. He not once came to our table( only when he brought our food). We had no napkins even after we asked for some. I had to go to another table and grab the napkins from there And the only way we got our check was because we were standing up and calling him over. HORRIBLE SERVICE.If I could give this 0 stars I would .. the restaurant itself was beautiful but “ nay nay “ made my experience horrible!

Food quality is sub par, and massively over-priced. Service is not good. Got a warm milkshake, dirty plates sat at the table for well over 15 minutes, only saw our server when he took our order, dropped off drinks, waved him down for the milkshake, and when we paid. Didn't really check up on us in regards to refills, additional cocktails, food satisfaction, etc. Very basic. Oh, and the greasy floors made for a slip hazard throughout the dining area. Definitely here as just a tourist trap/cash grab.

I ordered a classic club. It didn't have tomatoes. Didn't have much mayo on it either. So I had the waitress to bring me tomatoes, onions & pickles. I paid too much for that sandwich. I also had a side of shrimp. The only thing good on that sandwich before I spruced it up was the bacon. Everything seemed so artificial, even the shrimp. It wasn't quality. My hurricane was pretty good though. I had higher expectations.

A lovely Hard Rock Cafe, with a cool interior design and friendly staff. We had a nice table. Unfortunately it was too close to the speakers. We noticed this too late, because the program on stage started later. It was way too loud for us. The service was friendly but not very attentive. For the fact that it was not so crowded, the service could have been faster. Soft drinks were only refilled upon request. That should be improved. We had decided to order the ribs. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the quality on this day and returned the order. This was possible without any discussion. We decided then for the steak and were not disappointed. However, the restaurant manager attracted our attention in a positive way. He was very friendly and made sure that after our complaint everything went to our contentment. Thank you, you had saved our evening at the HRS. We'll be back in Miami in December and will definitely be dining at the HRC Miami again. We are looking forward to it and hope that this visit will beat the previous one. Because of the positive attitude of the manager and because it was still a nice evening, I forget the negative points of the visit and will give your HRC 5 stars anyway. Should we reserve a table in advance for the evening on December 24th?

It was a Saturday afternoon and the place mind you was busy , but they are supposed to be prepared for such occasions. The waitress was friendly , but she was a bit forgetful. Ordered drinks and it took forever to get them. One was a strawberry daiquiri and it had sat so long before we got it that it had melted. The food was good and we had fun. And yes we would go back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off it took over 20 minutes just to be greeted by our server, Emily. Another 15 minutes to get our waters. Plus another 15 for my mixed drink. I would like to point out that it was not busy at all. Our food took a long time as well and my sister didn’t get her food until 45 minutes AFTER everyone had gotten their food. Emily would have known this if she had ever come by our table to check on us. I ended up having to go up to the hostess stand to get service because Emily could never be found. We never got refills, never got an apology. We would have been more understanding if she had apologized or offered an explanation but we got nothing! We asked to speak with a manager twice, never had a manager come to the table. Completely underwhelmed with the service. The only good employees were the hostess who brought us our food and the buss boy who cleared our table.

My visit was awesome thanks to the manager which I forgot her name but me and my sister ordered some burgers and already took a very long time to get them out and when they did come out they were not well done like we asked more like rare so I after talking to the manager she made everything right and took care of our check and even gave us dessert. We went when there was a change in shift between day and night time. This was approximately 425 pm. The front staff (a lady) told us there is a 25-30 minutes wait when there were clearly plenty of seats in the restaurant! I think this is ridiculous to stop seating for as long as 25-30 minutes. I received a text 8 minutes later but by that stage, I'd had already gone shopping because I was told 25-30 mins wait..... What a waste of my time. In this day and age, the changeover of shift should be seamless. Food was standard for hard rock cafe.

Today was the best experience I've ever had at hard Rock Bayside. Went there for drinks with ex coworkers; long time Reunion. There m manager Greg and the server Dante we're more than helpful. We live in Wisconsin, so coming down to Chicago is a nice treat. We spent a lot of money today, so we weren't in the best of moods. We wanted to have a better time, so we came here. It was the best decision we made all day. The atmosphere was comforting, the smell was amazing, and the food was phenomenal! They even treated someone who was having their birthday super greatly! Our server, Hunter, was super upbeat, funny, and had an overall nice attitude. I hope someone else gets him tonight. After we ate, we went to the gift shop to get some stuff. The clerk, Hester, was super nice, really cool, and chill. They made us feel super comfortable.

We went for lunch. It was not particularly busy, our service was good. It took a bit longer than what I would have liked to prepare our food, but not ridiculously long. We went here on our 5th day in Memphis after eating our way from one barbecue spot to another, so we were looking for a reentry point to "normal" food. I had the burger which was very good. We breezed into the bar on our way off of Beale St toward the room. We where treated warmly at the door by a manager. The bartender was friendly and actually from the same area that we where visiting from. If you do pay the extra for the Hard Rock Mason Jar just make sure you get a new one before leaving due to the strict open container laws.

We stopped by real quick before heading to a museum nearby. I guess we entered through the wrong side so they made us walk to the other entrance just to be taken all the way back where we started from. That made no sense at all but ok, I guess I would understand if the place was packed but it wasn't. We had a little issue with one of our dishes but it was fixed right away. Our waiter was very nice and helpful, Charlie was great. Apologized for our issue even though it wasn't his fault. He definitely gets 10 stars for service. The food wasn't bad, the jumbo combo had a little bit of everything. Turns out we got more food than we could finish for two of us lol and it was only appetizers.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Hollywood where thousands of people come to visit the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater and Wax Museum. My opinion may not be note worthy but it's honest. I found it to be somewhat over rated. The atmosphere was nice; a nice place to meet, drink, and chill a bit. The menu selections were over priced and low on variety. The taste was somewhat bland, although it may have been my selections of chicken club and salmon, on the 2 occasions I 've been. The waitress service was lacking but the manager did stop at the table to check on our party. That being said, different places appeal to different people. Hope it's the experience you want it to be.

Probably the worst hard Rock Cafe I've ever been to. The ribs were good, but that's about it. What was worse though was the service...When we first walked in, we had to stand there for a long time because nobody came to seat us and we were totally ignored even though we made eye contact with the waiters several times. Finally we just had to seat ourselves and wait to be given menus. After going as far as waving at waiters several times to indicate we needed service and being completely ignored again when they clearly seen me waving at them, I finally had to get up to get the menus myself. Took forever to get our drinks refilled and when it was time to finally get our check, again I had to walk up there to even get it and pay the bill. I had almost thought the food was free given how long I waited on that check and was about tempted to walk out lol. Anyways, I always leave the tips that I feel are fair and deserved. That's why on my first and last visit to this place, I left for the tip a much deserved big fat $0.

We went last week, wait time wasn't too bad, about 30 mins which gave us time to see the Chinese Theatre right next door. Our waiter was friendly but forgot to bring one of us our plate for about 20 mins, so others at our table were waiting and waiting and our food got cold in the meantime and lost its greatness. :( Probably wouldn't visit again because of this, the waiter didn't offer anything in return for the rudeness and inconvenience and didn't seem terribly sorry.

It was a great atmosphere but, i was disappointed with what I ordered. The 2 side dishes Mashed potatoes and the Broccoli were COLD, the salmon was perfect how can 1 thing be perfect and they ruin the meal with cold sides. Our waiter did bring me fresh hot side dishes but, I was just about done with the Salmon. It wasn't the waiters fault . I can't say I wont go back the next time we are in Hollyweird but, it won't be anytime soon that I do know!

Went to a Christmas party function on the second floor. The waitstaff and food were very good. The drinks were quick for the volume of people to serve. Definitely a venue to check out for large scale functions. Parking was the only drag as the parks garage is not close. But parking in Miami tends to be difficult anywhere.

Amazing experience at Hard Rock in Memphis, Tennessee. We were quickly seated and greeted by our waiter. We had our drinks on the table within 5 minutes and our food within 20 minutes of ordering. The food was amazing and one meal turned into 3 small meals since the portions were so large -- definitely worth every penny. The walls and atmosphere was your typical Hard Rock Cafe vibe, yet this location had a huge touch of Memphis to it. My family and I had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

Went to Hard Rock Cafe Miami right after getting off the plain on my week excursion to miami for some fun. The food was at best a 3 out of 10 stars and it took literally 40 minutes to get food and I went at a slow time, no wait and 1/2 tables were empty. Took additional 20 minutes to get ticket and only got it due to fact manager saw that myself and accompanying party were getting upset. Chicken was rubbery and just very low par for a famous restaurant such as this one. The french fries were good but that was it. Step up your game Hard Rock, just cause you have a famous name doesn't mean you can have bad food and service.

Absolutely horrible! Corttney was the worst waitress we’ve ever had. We had been seated for 45 minutes before even getting a drink. The drinks came after our food came out. My order came out wrong and she argued with me about it before finally taking it to get it fixed. We asked for waters and never received them. Then, when everything was said and done, she charged us for an extra drink and side and expected us to pay for them! After again arguing with me she finally got her manager, but it was absolutely the worst dining experience!

The bar was very busy and the keg ended up needing replacement when getting our drinks. All three did a great job getting our beverages and comped a round due to the delays. The food tasted pretty standard here. Nothing to write home about. I decided to order the Smokehouse combo and it wasn't quite as good as I expected considering the name. This is an essential restaurant on your visit to Hollywood and Los Angeles. Right in the heart of Hollywood with the pulsing beat of the area literally outside the front doors. Upon arrival and notification of our reservation, we were promptly seated a great table on a terrace with a great view of the entire restaurant. Our server was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was awesome. Parking was easy to find in the parking garage. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The food was good as it was last time but the service today was poor. This time around I was seated at the bar.The server kept me waiting far too long with taking my order, getting me a side of ranch and bringing me the check. He did not check in on us once. I found myself waving him down because he just kept passing my table. On top of that a huge group of obnoxious college kids come to the bar table which is close to my table. There is about 12 of them and they are just standing all around my table chatting and shouting. Some were brushed up against me as well. I had a hard time understanding why they were not told anything when they were blocking off not only a walkway for me but other customers as well. Very disappointed with my visit today.

One star....wish it could be 0 It was crowded when we came in, no big surprise, but we had a reservation and still had to wait a bit. While we waited the kiddos look at the menu and got excited over the crafted, specialty milk shakes. Fast forward to being seated. After coming back with our drinks our server started to take our order....The kids started to order shakes and we were told they didn't have any specialty shakes..only chocolate, strawberry and vanilla...it didn't make sense to me since the specialty shakes are that with candy or other items added...but ok no milkshakes. I'm a vegan and was excited to see the impossible burger on the menu..guess what? They dont have it...since the menu , in general , is NOT vegan friendly at all, I ordered French fries and a salad. My son ordered a steak and green beans...except they didn't have green beans...I was very frustrated, but we managed to put in our order....the final straw was when the server left my nephew noticed that there was a huge wad of wet chewing gum under the table that had gotten stuck to his knee and smeared all over his pants. I asked to speak to a manager and told him we wanted our order canceled, he was slightly apologetic, but not really. We paid for our drinks and went to Dave and Busters on the 3rd floor. Better menu, service, atmosphere and prices.

Hard Rock Cafe is known for the busy nightlife, Hollywood attracts even a more different type of crowd. The host last Saturday could have been more helpful But I don't think he cared to tho. Our server was nice but seemed a little distracted. But on a tastier note, one of the best things on the menu is the slider burgers they're very tasty, compliments to the chef! Lots of band/music memorabilia makes a edgy atmosphere

The food was really bad. And when the animals and things inside of the cafe were going off you couldnt even hear yourself think. The food was very bland (I had hamburgers, mac and cheese, pizza, chicken, and salad (we were a big group))and all of the drinks were flat. Everyone there with me (we had around 100 people) said it was bland too.

I go to HRC every time I visit a city with one. It was not busy at all when we arrived and our food came very fast. It was actually the best prepared food of any HRC I've been to although it's kind of weird they don't serve sweet tea at this location, but maybe that's just because I'm Southern and we drink so much sweet tea it's probably running through our veins. It's $15 for valet parking on the lot but that's about average for the area based on the parking I paid throughout our trip. Our server was very nice and efficient and there's a lot of space for walking around at this location which is nice because I hate when you have to somewhat intrude on people to see the memorabilia at some of the other locations. The bathrooms for clean. The gift shop is on the small side but still had nice stuff.

The building looks great as expected. Some of the price are a bit expensive for Memphis but people from larger cites would think the prices are normal or possibly cheaper. Unfortunately, we had the "new" server. I ordered a draft beer. He said none of the draft was working so he brought a bottle. Later a person checking on our experience said only one draft out of all of them wasn't working. I asked for water with lemon. I got water no lemon. He brought the bill but didn't give us a pen to pay the bill. In other words, he wasn't trained enough to be on his own or this isn't the right job for him. Overall we enjoyed our visit, but training is crucial since this was our first visit since thet moved into the new build 4-6 years ago.

The food is decent but the service was excellent. Our waiter was Chuck Norris ...that's his real name and he was fantastic! The resturant is covered in memorabilia and a great deal of it is from Hard Rock bands like White Snake, Metalica, and other note worthy musicians. You can get up and wander while you wait on the food. The food is on the same level as most chain resturants....nothing mind altering good...nothing horrible. If you are bring a tourist, go here and embrace Hollywood.

Though service was friendly, we had to wait for small plates and silverware for the appetizers which resulted in the flatbread being cold by the time we had appropriate place settings. Service so bad that I never even recieved my meal. There is only 1 photo of the food I ate, because that's the only food I received. I have no doubt that this place is capable of being a good restaurant. The menu looked ok, mostly burgers and drinks that force you to buy a commerative cup. We waited a few minutes, sat down and waited for a few minutes to meet our waitress. We were pretty excited as it looked like a good place for a solid burger and the wait was minimal for being in the heart of Hollywood. I was a little concerned after seeing the kitchen staff, they had an open kitchen that's viewable to the guests, was throwing food at each other and playing around in the kitchen. Once we ordered I was told they were changing kegs for the beer I ordered so I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my beer. Once it came out, it was half foam. The waitress assured me they would come out and top it off, which seemed odd. Why serve that? Halfway through my beer, I had to ask about getting the rest of my beer so they whisked away my beer and it came back full. Ok, so it took 20 minutes for a beer, not a great start. We get our appetizer, which wasn't anything special, and they didn't give usnplates or anything with it, then I await our waitress to order another beer, hoping Id I order it early enough I can have it faster than last time. We have to flag her down because she won't look at us as she walks by our table and I'm finally able to order another drink. My drink comes and then our food arrives. First off, the kids meal is a sloppy slice of cheese pizza thrown on a plate from what looked like was across the room and 3 bite size chunks of pineapple in a stainless steel cup. My wife's burger looked ok, but mine was not what I ordered. I tried the side dish I ordered, Mac and cheese, and it was ice cold. I've never sent anything back in my life at a restaurant, but this was noticably old and room temperature. The food and drinks are delivered by random staff throughout so we don't get asked if everything looks alright, or if we need anything. It just gets dropped off. So, now I have the wrong food and I haven't seen my waitress in 15 minutes. I flag down what looked like the manager and asked him what was on the local burger, which is what i ordered, and he assures me that what I was given. I had to pull apart the burger to show that what he said was on it wasn't there. He realizes I'm right and he takes back the food apologizing. I'm told my burger is coming right out a few different times, but after another 15 minutes, my good is still nowhere to be found and my kid and wife have been done with their meal for a few minutes now. We've now been at the restaurant almost an hour and a half and decide to just cut our losses. I flag the manager down and let him know we just want to pay and leave. He apologizes a lot and takes care of everything except the beers I had. Another rmanager comes out and apologizes, which was nice, but we were ready to go so we decline anything they offer. Eventually, I'm given a free pint glass and we leave. The management crew did good at reacting to the problems, but the service we received might be the worst ever. My daughter loves her pizza, but my wife wasn't impressed with her food. Ever the appetizer wasn't anything special. All in all, the place has some serious work to do on basic customer care. I'm sure it was a newer waitress, as she seemed lost the entire time, but the experience was still really bad. There is no other way to put it. The management team reacted well, but by that point we were too frustrated to have anything fixed. We just wanted to leave. So I informed the manager how badly the service was by the waitress and we left. Like I said, I'm sure this place is capable of being a solid spot for dinner, but in this particular instance, it ruined our family day out. All bad.

This is a very large restaurant located right by the bay in Downtown Miami. There are outdoor seating and indoor seating with a gift shop on the first floor. Food was delicious and service was good. Highly recommend!

Horrible service, I ordered a NY strip steak, my wife ordered shrimp fajitas. Got a drink and waited on are food. Are drinks were gone, and we waited and waited. Finally our food came, we had no silverware. Took 10 minutes to get silverware. Ordered my steak medium, got it well done. Refused to eat it, my wife's meal came with only half of what she was supposed to get. We got up, saw the manager. He said he would buy our dinner and re do it. We left and ate down the street

We (my wife and her parents) went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were greeted downstairs right away and were told that there would be someone waiting for us upstairs. When we got upstairs there was nobody there except a few diners. We waited a bit, then decided to set ourselves. I walked around to try and find some of the waitstaff. The only person I found was the busboy who in turn alerted a waitress. She then waited on the table next to us (being very rude to them) and totally ignored us. We sat there for 20 minutes and decided to leave. I've been to Hard Rock Cafes all over the world from Amsterdam to Tokyo and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant period.

We have just been at the Hard Rock Cafe, it was our first time. I can only say: it was great!! Greg and his team are so warm hearted and kind. We also could give some music wishes and they always took some time to have a talk. By us they sometimes also wanted to bring the wrong food but that was cleared in seconds so i dont understand why some complain here. We had to wait around 35min for the food, this is absolutly ok, we didnt have any hurry. The ambient in & outside is great and we feeled very comfortable. The food was also very good, we had the starter Nachos, Burger, Steaksalad and some drinks for 65$ so the price is fair. All in all: anytime again!! @Greg: thx a million for the book, love it! :)

A group of my friends and I went to this Hard Rock on a school trip. The food was good but the customer service was abysmal. The would not let us split the bill between the 10 of us, and we ended up paying way too much. When we left what change we had for the tip, our waitress came to us and complained that we hadnt left a large enough for a tip. They wouldnt let us leave until we paid more money for the tip. Not coming back

The food was excellent but the waitress was pushy. I ordered a mango drink and saw on the menu that you could buy a specialty glass. I asked the waitress the price and she pointed to the price of the menu. Then I told her cute glass but no thank you. She brought my drink in the specialty glass anyway. I told her I was not purchasing one and she just smiled. Then when she brought the ticket she charges me for the glass. After I told her I wasn't paying for it she got an attitude and took it off the bill. I still left her a tip because she did do her job well and I respect her hard work. I don't respect her trying to charge me for a glass I did not want. The restaurant was clean and the environment was amazing. I do recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Memphis but watch your bill.

Well, the Ribbye wasn't as I had for taste expected it to be for the price. It was too fatty, I asked for medium and it came rare. I didn't want to be that guy and send it back. However our waitress Stacie made the evening delightful. That place need about 10 more of her personality and spunk. All and all it was less than average. Scenery was amazing. Great for a romantic night just do appetizers and you will be satisfied. The female bartender tonight was horrible. She needs to go learn how to make drinks. It's a nice looking hard rock. We went in the evening it wasn't too busy but the waiter we had was very friendly and recommend us the ribs with the cob salad. The coffee with alcohol was amazing. The presentation was nice. This one is better than the hard rock in New York.

Visited Hard Rock last Sunday. We were greeted with friendly staff. Restaurant looked clean and organized. Waiter went above and beyond to accommodate our teenagers questions regarding the memorabilia. Food was delicious and looked amazing. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They checked on us frequently and kept our drinks filled. They had a lot of cool memorabilia and great music on the big screen. This review is long overdue but absolutely needs to be shared. My partner and I arrived in Chicago from Toronto for the long weekend over Easter and after just getting to our hotel, we realized how absolutely starving we were and after eliminating what we were and not in the mood for, we found ourselves in this Hard Rock Cafe. I will do my best to put into words the best I can here, but I can't say enough how incredible the customer experience was this night. From all your staff but especially to the fabulous woman working our table , Noa - amazing personality, fun, interactive, available... she made our night and quite literally set the tone for our entire experience in Chicago. She even got me up on stage for your karaoke night! A night we will never forget and we just want to say a huge huge THANK you! All your staff, and especially our favourite, Noa, are a credit to your organization. Noa, you're the best!

My family and I came to Memphis this past weekend to tour the city. After our tour bike ride on Saturday July 27, we all decided to stop at the Hard Rock Café on Beale Street. When we got there, they seated us in a pretty good amount of time for a group of 10 people. We were seated upstairs that night. Our waiter was very nice and the majority of our table ordered burgers that included bacon (I would say 8 out of 10 people). When we finally got our food, not one single burger have bacon on it, which is very odd considering the fact that most of the orders were BBQ Bacon Cheeseburgers. I told our waiter and asked for the manager and explained to him what happened. He apologized and offer to bring us out bacon for the burgers. We agreed. 30 mins or so passed before we got the bacon, at this time our food has gotten cold and some of us just started eating the burgers without the bacon. The bacon was soggy when it did come out and we have been here sitting for a while now (about 2 hrs). At this point we are upset and tired and ready to go because we had other plans that night. We asked for our checks to pay and gone finish our night in the city. When they brought the checks out they were wrong so they took them back to correct them. Now, we are waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Over 45 minutes went by like they just forgot about us up there, all the other people were gone except us. We went and found someone and told them we had to go, because this is ridiculous. They finally got us our checks, I really didn’t care how much they were or if they were still wrong at this point because we were waiting so long and end up missing one of our event that we paid in advance for because we spent over 3 hrs here, and the majority of that time was waiting and get messed up food. This is not how you run a business in a tourist city, or anywhere for that manner. My family and I were very dissatisfied and I will NEVER go back there again.

Instead of falling off of the bone, she had to yank them apart and sauce squirted all over the place and coated the front of our shirts and my glasses. The initial welcome was promising and warm and the burger was very good, as was my dining companion's fajitas. Unfortunately, the fries were far, far, too salty for my taste, so much so that I felt quite uncomfortable afterwards; however, this is due to my personal taste and preference. I felt a little rushed to finish and pay but again, maybe this is normal practice here and considered efficient service. Payment was very 20th century, with no Google or Apple Pay or portable PDQ machines; it was back to the old days of taking your card away and actually signing a receipt. Great music, beer and decor though, along with the food, excepting the fries, in my case.

I have been to many Hard Rock Cafes on 3 continents and Hawaii. Memphis has a very nice one here, that is low key, and fits in with the "Home of the Blues". Mainly a large open room here with a balcony for extra diners. Staff was friendly and helpful, and drinks are always very good. My son, Ben, enjoyed the themed collection of rock/ blues displays around the walls, especially the guitars, as we both play bass guitar. Restaurant is located on corner of Beale Street with easy access to BB King Club, and other blues bars. All in all, a fun place to visit once you find a place to park.

Went here for the first time, and it was two people standing at the door with menu's, so I'm thinking we have to place our order at the door. Come to find out the man who was at the door really didn't want us to come in, but we did. So far as seating we wanted to sit upstairs but the guy claims it was something else going on and we had to sit down stairs. Okay! So I ordered wings and specifically asked for well done upon ordering, so I get my wings I asked the waitress are these well done? She says I told them to cook them well done for you. So I eat one wing and it's not even hot or fresh so I eat another one and they are salty and under cooked. So I didn't want to cause a scene so I just the waitress that I wasn't pleased at all with my food and she leaves and come and say well I gave you a military discount. So I'm okay I'm still willing to pay I wasn't trying to get anything free, so the manager comes and asked how was everything? I tell him the same thing I told the waitress, and he was pretty fair and nice about it and gave me a full refund. I can't say that I'll ever come to this restaurant again but I do know that the guy made it right. Thanks.

It was an amazing experience...you have to sit yourself to your own table, but there will be someone there to help. While you wait for your food, you can go look in the gift shop and buy something. The burgers are huge so I had to share, so prepare for a big burger. After you eat, you can go the museum that is upstairs for only a small price ($5 I think) and it has some famous singers items. Really fun place to go and definitely would go again.

Happy to have had a vegan option, but the Impossible Meat burger was very dry. If there had been fixings on the burger like tomato, pickles, avocado etc, it would have really helped boost the flavour & the dry texture. My friend had a beef burger & it was served to her raw. Especially being pregnant, she needed to have a better cook on it. They gladly took it back, but by the time it came back out, my meal was done & we had to get going. An unfortunate experience.

This Hard Rock is one of my favorite one. Staff was greeted us amazingly and seated us. Our server was fantastic. Even though she was busy with something, she checked us and told when she would visit and take our orders. Then we had Nachos which was very different taste from the one I knew, she told that Nachos beans had been changed. She brought us a small portion of beans so we could find out which I was very appreciated for her kindness. She recommended us where to go and do in Hollywood to have some chitchat. After we left for Shopping at its store, she came us and bought us a pin with her tip we gave. I had amazing time there with our server. A few days later we came back for drink and wanted see her again. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there but this place is highly recommend, I would come back here.

First time going to Miami and first time going to a Hard Rock Cafe and let me just say it was underwhelming. The air in the building smelled horrible. Smelled like some kind of sweet berry fragrance but it was quite the opposite. I had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, when I was by myself and half the tables were open and the bar was empty. Couldn't even sit at the bar. Didn't understand that at all. Then once I got my food (Cowboy Ribeye) it was almost raw. To rare for me, and I usually get medium rare. So I asked them to make it a medium and it turned out like a medium rare but it was crunchy burnt on the outside of the steak. Very disappointed. It's sad when the fries were better than the steak. But one good thing about my visit was Jordan, my waiter. The only reason I even gave this place a three and not a one. He was such a great server and made tons of recommendations. You can tell he likes his job and wants to advance further. He deserves mad props. Thank you Jordan for being such a good waiter. If it wasn't for you I would have walked out.

We had a rather interesting experience. My group of 10 called in a reservation and we were seated right away! Our waitress, Caroline, was a little snippy, but she was with quite a few tables so it was understandable at first. She continued to be rude to us for the rest of the meal, even after things slowed down. She brought out our food and it was fantastic! Then the bill came. As a group of 10 high school students we expected to have our bill split 10 ways, and informed our waitress before we ordered. She told us after the bill came that they were not able to split the bill with big groups, which contradicted anything we had experienced in the past at Hard Rock Cafe. The bill was about $230 and we were all prepared to pay and tip our share, but when we were told it couldn't be split we panicked a little bit! We used all the cash on us to pay off the bill but we didn't have enough for a 18% tip as is expected in Chicago. Caroline came over and lectured us when she saw the tip percentage and told us to stay at the table, and that she would be right back, she walked away for 25 minutes. We had to call a friend to bring cash to cover part of the tip, which ended up being $40. Our waitress still had the nerve to complain about the amount we tipped her and approached two people from my group in the gift shop to ask for a larger tip! We had an overall negative experience all because of the last 30 minutes in the restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the other waiters looked like fantastic people, but our experience left a very negative taste. We're severely disappointed that something like this happened, and we hope that any experience like this can be avoided for other customers. We will not be returning.

Prices have gone up dramatically. I'm not paying $15.95 for a burger. We did the Jumbo Combo. Of the five things offered, we liked two. The onion rings and chicken wings. Didn't care for the seasoning on the chicken tenders, the bruschetta was soggy by the time I got to it and the spring rolls were meh. I used to like the nachos, but if everything else has changed so much, who knows what they would've been like. Wife did enjoy the beet salad, though.

I came here on a school trip with a large group with 100+ people. The service was good, especially considering the number of people but the food quality was AWFUL. Because of the group’s size, we had about 5 meal options to choose from, which was fine, but about half the people who ordered the hamburger got food poisoning around 4-24 hours after we ate. I personally got sick and, to add insult to injury, was thrown up on during the bus ride back to our hotel. The group was my school’s marching band, and we were a part of the Magnificent Mile parade around Thanksgiving. I was so sick that I had to miss this parade, which was very disappointing to me. One burger managed to ruin my entire trip to Chicago. I will never be eating at a Hard Rock establishment again.

When we asked it would be all right we can sit in two separate tables, they said they would not allow it. That we have to sit altogether. We did not feel welcome. Came in for a bite after a day of travel and getting settled at the bar. Place wasn’t very busy but the guy working reception was pushing to sit at the bar so he didn’t have to leave and actually seat someone. I asked for a table but couldn’t have one of the 8 empty ones - instead I was directed to a high top which was in the way of all the servers coming through. The three other wait staff were great, very nice and polite but the food was bad - even for a chain restaurant. The burger was luke warm at best and not cooked as I asked, fries cold (and apparently “seasoned” means a boat load of salt), bar pop was flat. Not super expensive but could have gotten more for the money - Walhburgers was up the road about a block. If you’ve never been to one of these - it’s a novelty the first time - if you want good service and good food - go elsewhere.

As something of a Hard Rock fanatic, I was beyond excited to cross the Miami location off my list a few weeks ago. However, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was good (as always) but there were major issues with the staff. My server Rossana seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers than providing a “rocking” experience. Although I tried to keep positive throughout the meal, I overheard her ask another table why they didn’t tip her and then proceeded to go to the bar and talk badly about the table with the bartender. The bartender (whose name I never got) seemed to join in with the poor behavior, and the whole exchange made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.

Whenever we were on Friday we went outside .the waitress . She got us started with drinks & was AWESOME! Keni or kenibeth she was also AWESOME!! Great food, great drinks, and really great music!! The music was our decision to stay there up to the end .what a great talent the DJ THE MUSIC WAS SO INCREDIBLE AND A GOOD VARIETY WE GIVE 5 outta 5 stars! Food was really good - problem was the service. My wife ordered her burger without lettuce and the waitress asked her if she wanted everything else on it and she said yes. The burger then came without everything besides the patty. It took as a while until we managed to talk to the waiter (the waitress meanwhile was on a break). He then brought the onions, tomatoes and pickles on a plate aside - cold as the burger was now... He also didn’t care about asking us for refills and our friend had to pay for a souvenir glass he hadn’t asked for. The worst experience I had in a Hard Rock Cafe and the worst experience regarding service I had in the US. So we left a tip of 0,00$. (They had marked the suggested tip of 25% on the bill and written “for great service”. That was enough...).

We went on Saturday and decide to stay outside there were music and a dj but the music was not that loud I came to talk to the dj he told me that someone want to put the music not too loud I really want to dance it was 11 pm on Saturday I give 5 stars because at the end dj play some music that we enjoy but to have a dj outside is to dance that’s the time for the music we didn’t buy any food just some drinks we recommended this place just for the verity of music this is Miami not Nebraska I LOVE THE MUSIC AND REALLY GREAT VARIETY THANK YOU 5 star for the dj

Location is priceless, right on the marine, the view is amazing. The tables were half empty when we arrived however we had to be on a waiting list and wait for 30 minutes to actually get a table. Staff was very friendly except they were not honest about the drinks cup souvenir price, the service was good but you have to pay for it separately, food quality was excellent.

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience at this cafe!! This was our 25th different cafe to visit. Jessie, in the Rock Shop, was Awesome!! She was so outgoing and friendly!! Danielle, our server, was Amazing. She has an out of this world smile and attutude!!! She was so much fun to talk with!! And finally, Jasmin, the Operations Manager found out what fans we are of HRC, and presented us with a personalized, special surprise that left us speechless!!!!!! Hard Rock Miami.... this has been our greatest visit to a HRC ever!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

We had steaks ordered and waited a long time, but when the Staks were there, they were cold and unfortunately not edible, the shrimp exactly the same, otherwise we always go to the Hard Rock Cafe in other places and we are happy but unfortunately it did not work in Los Angeles. The only positive was that the waiter was very friendly and was very unpleasant for him. That's why only 1 star for this store.

Our service was horrible. Took 45 minutes to get drinks and place our order. Then our waitress stood over me while I signed the check. I asked her if she was really going to watch me sign the check and add her tip and she got huffy. She also didnt get much tip bc of that.
