The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Even though our waiter was running between different tables and helping a lot of people, he was very friendly and treated us great. The lamb sliders are very good.

I was surprised to find such a restaurant with such healthy options for dining right off the Fayetteville square. The waitress was nice and the owner was terrific. They even had a full bar! I was also told that it was a venue available for parties. No complaints about this establishment. Everything was great!

I really like Fresco Cafe. I have only been there for lunch but I love the warm cozy feeling of the place. And the food is great! I tried a couple different sandwiches and enjoyed the wonderful flavors. I know they have live music...JAZZ! And a cover patio for dining outdoors, which is a big hit with me and my favorite date! Definitely worth a try! If friends say, Where should we eat, I suggest Fresco.

Went here for a business lunch. I was not impressed. Most restaurants serve bread as a gracious way of welcoming guests to the table. Here they ask would you like bread service. Well yes, that would be most hospitable... I had the sweet potato gnocchi and was extremely dissapointed. What is typically a bite sized potato pasta, was served as a potato log, 5 of them. It was a thumb sized (2.5" long by 0.5" wide) peice of potato that had been seared on a griddle. Its easy enough to find what gnocchi is on google, why would you serve potato cakes as gnocchi? Let alone gnocchi served with a dollop of sausage drippings on top and ... just not worth going into the details. It wasn't satisfying visually or palatably. I would not recommend this place to friends.

My experience at Fresco was mixed. I sat at the bar and had a really nice conversation with the bartender and server during my time there. Brooks, bartender, was very engaging and it's because of his interaction I gave this a 4 instead of a 3. The food was okay. I had truffle fries, Fig and Goat Cheese appetizer, and the Mussels. My favorite item of the 3 was the Truffle fries, they were piping hot sprinkled with parsley (?), finely shaved Parmesan and truffle oil and a really good sized portion but I did not care for the "awesome sauce" that came with them which tasted mostly like a glorified mustard. The Fig and Goat cheese appetizer with bread was pretty good, but nothing too special. I do NOT recommend the Mussels. They were very overcooked, tasted fishy and the "saffron tomato" broth tasted more like a meat broth and there was a LOT of bacon in it. To be fair, I did not bring the Mussels to anyone's attention until after I ate them because I almost always avoid sending food back if I can help it. The chef asked me what I thought about my food, I told him the mussles were a little overcooked, he said I should have told him and they would have fixed it, I said I wasn't too picky and that was that. Do not expect a high level of hospitality, in which case there might have been an apology and some action taken despite the fact that I seemed okay with it (and truly I was because it's not worth the hassle to me). I only tried a small sampling of what their menu has to offer. Most of their prices seem reasonable and for a GLUTEN FREE person, they have a clearly marked menu and bread and pasta substitutions- which would probably have me go back as well. The atmosphere is charming and it overlooks the city. I would give it another whirl.

Blown away by how horrible this establishment treated my postmate driver. I ordered food from here and once my delivery driver arrived, the staff at Fresco informed him that they have not even started on my entree and he would have to waste 45 mins of his and my time to prepare the food.The incompetence is one thing, but treating my postmate driver rudely and yelling at him after he waited in your parking lot is entirely unacceptable. On top of that, you gave me the wrong order AND it was trash! Never eating at this garbage restaurant in person or with delivery, and will be letting everyone I know that the staff has no problem treating other service workers as second rate citizens.

Delivery orders are very slow. Seems extremely understaffed. Pushes the delivery order back more as more customer come in. Don’t order delivery from this place unless you have a whole day to wait for it. Only reason for 2 stars is because the server is very polite and hard working.

When you first walk into this restaurant it looks like an expensive place. But it is not. The food is good and the prices are as reasonable as any other place you go to eat. We were made to feel welcome and as if our wants or needs really mattered. If we find ourselves in Fayetteville again, we will definitely go back.

The bar service, selection, and quality was no better than the lower rung of casual bars to be found anywhere else, but with a premium price tag. The service was inattentive (it took 45 min. for me to get an appetizer of seasoned fries), the food was bland (I had a very greasy burger with very greasy homemade chips and my wife had crab cakes that would have been better from a frozen box meal), and there was no live Jazz music as the website noted there would be as scheduled. Extremely disappointed.

Well we stoped in Fredcos restaurant on a beautiful spring day around 12:30. We were shown to a terrific table near the pretty windows in the center of the main dinning room. Pretty decor. Nice menu selections. Reasonable prices. There was one manager, one waitress, one bus boy working the front. Three tables besides ours were occupied. 2 tables of 6 well into there meals. 1 table of 2 who seated the same time as us. In the 30 minutes we sat at our table NOBODY ever served us, asked if we'd like drinks, or asked if were we ready to order. Nothing. The waitress who seated us ran food to the other tables, even served appitizers to the table seated next to us, she politely asked if they needed anything else. Then she walked past our table to the rest room. The manager who so nicely welcomed us at the door. Served water to all the other tables. Bused dishes, watched tv behind the bar. Never once looked around to see if his GUESTS were properly cares for. Never asked is anything at all. Bottom line? After 30 minutes my wife and I decided we had had enough. Before we left I went to the bar gained the attention of the manager away from the tv, I told him "excellent service thanks". He actually said "thank you so much, great to hear, please come again"???? OMG terrible service. Manager in oblivion. I have no clue about the food. WE NEVER GOT SERVED. Dismal experience. I rarely post a negative review but this was just too much.

The owner is super nice and so are all the staff. They have fantastic jazz shows. Fresco Cafe is the ideal happy hour spot. The decor is beautiful and warm.

Great place to stop by for appetizers and drinks! We went here around 6 pm and it was empty, and we're not sure why. The food is great and the drink choices they have are good. The service was fast and our waitress made sure to check on us.

First time to visit here. Everything was very fresh from the salad to the pasta. Service was great and the prices weren't bad for the quality of the food. If you are in the area and hungry for Italian cuisine, then you'll want to try this place out.

I have had two experiences with Fresco and neither have been great. The first time we came we didn’t even stay as we were told they had a large reservation in an hour and would not take our order until after that reservation had been served. I’m not sure how a table of two would have taken them that long, but that is what we were told. I decided to give them another try because I understand having busy or bad nights. The second time we came it was just mediocre at best. My gnocchi was terribly greasy and my fiancé’s salad was bland. The bruschetta was decent and the server was nice but he seemed very preoccupied. Unfortunately we will probably not be back.

We first try this place a little over a year ago, and it was really good. We loved the cheese board that had all kinds of expensive cheeses and the bread was amazing. We hadn't been back since, but decided we wanted it again. Something has definitely changed!! We ordered the $15 cheese board and got pre-sliced (like the square kind) cheap cheese, cheap salami like you find at Walmart and one strawberry. We asked the waitress if most of the stuff was Walmart type food, and while she didn't say yes, but she hinted that the quality of the food has went down drastically. The marinara sauce tasted like a cheap jarred for sure, and everything was way too expensive. It should have been a heads-up when at 5:30 on a weeknight we couldn't get into any of the other surrounding restaurants without a wait, and there were only two tables occupied at this one. For two appetizers and a kid's meal with no drinks, we left with an almost $40 bill and were extremely frustrated. The only plus was the waitress was nice and attentive, but it was just us and one other couples so...??? When reading through reviews, take note of the timing. A year ago I would have given this place four stars.

Visiting from Little Rock. I looked for good italian here and Fresco's menu caught my attention. My girl and i split the gnocci and the saltimbocca (?) The gnocci was FIRE but the other dish (NOT typing it again) needed some salt. Other than that, price was nice and the restaurant was beautiful. We have a new place to visit when we come to Pig City!

Great meal and great service even though we arrived just as they were closing. Wait staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are unbelievably low! Fried ravioli with sausage and peppers was delicious. Several good chicken and pasta entrees. Will definitely be back to try their lamb.

Confused Menu. Italians do not eat Chicken strip salad. We also have a Garlic Butter Served with Bread to start. Calamari usually is a staple of a great Italian Coastal Dish. Fruiti Di Mare not on menu? Popcorn Shrimp with Chipolte Sauce is Italian? Not where I have been in Italy. (I have been in the North all the way to the Southern Tip of Italy) Simplify and be Italian if you say Italian. Fried Ravioli called Stromboli is Italian? Seems like Bar Food from a cheap bar. Great Idea with the Goat Cheese Appitizer. I am very confused...sorry.

Wow, what a treat! Everything was great, the Eggplant Parmesan was out of this world and the Chicken Saltimbocca is a MUST try, couldn’t have asked for a better dinner- sooo happy to have walked over from Dickson and into Fresco avoiding all the Friday night chaos. Service was great, the establishment is managed by adults.
