It's a nice Museum Cafe. The museum is a very worth while trip.
We love Crystal Bridges. The food is a little pricey but it's good food. Great atmosphere you get to eat on the water and it's a great place to go visit and spend a few hours with friends or family. Another reason why we love Crystal Bridges is that it changes all the time. They keep the old and add in new all the time so every time you go is different and there's always new things to see totally one of the best places in Northwest Arkansas.
Lots to see, beautiful art
very exspensive , soup was good , but not cornbread. hamburgers looked giant
Counter service very nice. Food a little pricy for very little but delicious. Table service was outstanding.
The food here was expensive for the quality
Expensive and food is bad. Ordered salad and worst I've ever tasted.
Really would like to return.
this place is just excellence! great for a light lunch or a full dinner! wonderful after visiting the gallery and a beautiful walk on the trails
The place is fantastic!!! Beautiful scenery and great food.
Great food! Beautiful open, almost all glass, casual cafe. View really beautiful. E.S. animals okay.
Crystal Bridges has something for everyone. It is so beautiful and relaxing. The art exhibits are spectacular. So blessed to have a place like this in Arkansas.
Excellent food, sevice and ambiance. Would definitely eat here again. My son and I ate here, while we were exploring the Crystal Bridges Museum.
Great views and beautiful location, but the food is just ok.
Delicious roasted portabella sandwich! Balance of flavors was just perfect. The other people with me were equally happy with their lunches.
Amazing what an awesome asset that we have here. Even if you just do the free displays and even if you are not that much into att you will not be disappointed.
Love the peach lavender smoothie
The food and service are pretty good. A little on the pricey side for a burger and chips, but with free general admission to the permanent collection, it's totally worth it.
The food was good. They didn't have the menu item I wanted but what I had was good.
We loved it great collection of art.
arkansas is kinda boring, but this place is great.
Great service, beautiful venue, & nice HH specials!
You'll love this place
Beautifully curated museum. Rich experience.
A little pricey but good beverage and treats.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The chicken salad was a big hit with our out-of-town family. The beans with cheese cornbread is the star attraction, though!
Unexpectedly delicious! Wonderful selection and outstanding environment.
Our server did not bring us water. We reminded her about the water. She brought us 2 small pieces of bread and a small salad for two, however, there was an extra long wait for our meal (35 minutes). When we asked for more bread, she said she would have to charge us extra. Still no water. In the meantime another server brought us a different kind of bread that they charged for. We took it back. Finally a manager came in and took care of us. The food was very good. The museum exibit was amazing! Server, not so much. Eat dinner some where else.
Food was delicious and the service was excellent! It's a bit pricey but worth it for the atmosphere. Not the usual foods, different and so tasty! Evening dining is more upscale than lunch. Nice tablecloths and wait staff. We will go back often.
Was pretty disappointed with this restaurant. Perhaps if the food were cheaper, this may have deserved more stars but the view of crystal bridges' architecture and kindness of the hostess was really the only saving factor. Our waitress was incredibly slow, prioritizing her older customers, so I wouldn't recommend this place for younger people as you don't get the same respect as others. Even so, she took about 20 minutes to take our order for the dessert that we didn't want and took even longer to give and collect our check. The food wasn't bad, salad dressing was too strong, cornbread was hard, and the fish was...not there? disguised as gnocchi? Definitely not worth the money. The Brussels sprouts and potato wedges (pretty salty) were delicious, and probably better than our main halibut meal.
New York and Paris have NOTHING on this World Class Gallery.
Great venue, great food, great service.
Want to specifically thank manager, Nathan and server, Brittany for making our experience a positive one. They made a special exception for our large group at brunch and were every definition of hospitality! In a world where customer service seems harder and harder to come by, it was refreshing to experience such great service! Thanks for making our visit special!! Great brunch too!
The actual restaurant wasn't open but the coffee bar was. Note that I don't drink coffee, but they make a mean cup of cocoa. And the limited option for food that they had were actually quite yummy. Little on the expensive side, but it's inside an amazing free admission museum, what do you want? The people were super nice and polite, did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them :)
Always worth the trip
3.5 stars. Good but wouldn't recommend when there are so many good restaurants in Bentonville. One of the entrees was just a 3 and the othet a 4. Service was excellent.
Expensive but good food. I really love the view and atmosphere.
Surprisingly exquisite cuisine served in an elegagant setting. The menu was well thought out and presented in a delightful fashion. We impatiently await our opportunity to return for an encore.
The food surpassed my expectations. Unique cuisine options that taste homemade. The portabello sandwich and carrot soup were flavorful and well-portioned. The coffee bar was amazing-- the drinks were far superior to any I've tried at chain coffee establishments. The lunchtime environment is cafeteria-esque-- you wait in line to order then they bring your food to the table. Tables are first come, first served but the staff is efficient in turning over the tables. Despite the volume of people, we had no trouble finding a nice spot to enjoy our food and the view of the water. A+
Love this place
It's been closed for remodelling for several weeks but the coffee shop is quite delightful.
Lovely room inside Crystal Bridges. Good coffee, smoothies, and other cold drinks. Food is simple, but we'll prepared. Even though it can be very busy and hectic the room feels calm and relaxing due to the enormous ceiling and open window views bracketing the space.
Great restaurant!
Wonderful food selection soups, great including vegan choices and hamburgers!
Great service. Butiful views. Good food.
Chicken salad a little dry. Fruit was good given it's December. Staff was very nice.
Came for brunch and had the breakfast buffet. All the food was tasty, but I wish they would put out signs letting people know what the foods were that were at the Buffet. There were 3 different gravys but you couldn't tell which was what. Other that that, it was great and the view was amazing.
Food was excellent and service was fast and friendly
Best brunch I've had in a long time. I generally avoid museum food for obvious reasons but this food was excellent. If I had known it was this good, I would have been coming here for Sunday brunch on a regular basis.
Excellent modern art expositions and layouts
It was peaceful elegant fine dining. A little expensive but wonderful atmosphere
What a awesome art museum(don't bring in glass)
After a morning visit through the art museum, Eleven is a fantastic stop for brunch. The menu is good American food from fried chicken to burgers. But don't forget the homemade pastries!
Beautiful, free museum with the opportunity to view incredible American art, wander scenic trails and eat at the delicious Eleven cafe. A wonderful experience!
Waited over an hour for a burger and soup. They kept telling us we were next after seeing people get their food that got there way after us. Never got anything and ended up getting our money refunded.
We ate there when we visited the museum. The atmosphere is wonderful. You are sitting in a beautiful setting surrounded by art and those who love it. The stunning windows let the outdoors in and open up the entire place. It was nice not to not have to plan to eat somewhere else. I read the menu wrong and ordered their chicken salad instead of a salad with chicken. I hate chicken salad. I was hungry so I ate it. It was great! They even have a selection of local coffees and brews! When we come back to the museum we will definitely eat there again.
Delicious esp. beans and cornbread
Very good Sunday brunch. They refreshed the buffet frequently so all the food was fresh. Our favorites were shrimp and grits, croissants and cheesy eggs.
We went for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and a wide variety. Service was impeccable. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely go back.
You may not appreciate Walmart, but what this family has created and given to humanity is undeniable. The beauty of Crystal Bridges is astounding. Thank you for this treasure, Alice Walton. Thank you so much.
Great place to go for a walk and enjoy the scenery.
We have been waiting for over an hour. The waiter stops by periodically and says he is trying to get them to hurry up, whatever that means. Others all around us have been served. I won't be eating here again. When our lunch finally came, my salad tasted like it had been drowning in the dressing for at least an hour. The overworked waiter apologized and comped a drink for my companion. I have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it, but the service was INCREDIBLY slow and my food was not pleasing. Also, it was very noisy. In the future I will go to one of the restaurants in town that I have heard good things about.
Awesome coffee. Nice ambience.
Decent food, friendly staff. Great view
great setting but very pricey and appetizers were just ok
Awesome food and great drinks
The food was delicious and fresh
Burnt burger they had listed on the menu as coming medium . When we sent it back, they returned about 60 seconds later, with another one that was very nearly as burnt. This was our second very bad experience eating there. Unfortunate as it is so handy when visiting the beautiful Museum.
Good food, medium-high prices
Great hamburger, a little pricey, but good company.
Very open feel. Art work is amazing. People standing in each room are informative and very kind. Willing to help you. Lunch was good. Great place to visit on a rainy day or hot day in the summer. Will go back with new artwork that comes in. Would be a beautiful place for a wedding.
Great food. A little expensive.
Complement to the chef. Specifically on the appetizers.
Upper scale restaurant, great view and service, a bit pricey. The food is great although on the gourmet side so don’t expect a large dish.
Nice spot for lunch or something to drink. Nice view.
Eleven is a unique restaurant, located in the amazing Crystal Bridges Museum. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop, the later of which was my destination. My vanilla latte was simply excellent, although a little pricey. I would love to be back to try the full restaurant!
Outstanding offerings loved ricotta dumplings
Delicious Eleven Burger and homemade chips!! Price is comparable to high end bistros food. Stopped by coffee bar to purchase locally made chocolate bars by Kyya. Will Wonka, eat your heart out!
School field trip but turned into a whole day adventure.
I wanted to go to Eleven since my first visit to Crystal Bridges. So happy I finally did! They were very accommodating when my reservation expanded by 3 at the very last second. The brunch menu is not huge but I think it covers the basics—and is tasty. Same goes for the drinks-I really liked the pomosa. Price is what I expect for a nice brunch with adult beverages, about $20. I will be back! Since note: Not sure how difficult it is to get in for Sunday brunch without a reservation but making a reservation was simple, I would recommend trying that route.
My wife is a vegeterian and I am a carnivore. For both of us, our meals were creative, unique, delicuous dishes. We received a very nice, polite greeting and seating from the hostess. That was followed by a wonderful server. The icing on the cake was meeting and visiting with the Sous Chef. Since it was my wife and me, we collectively give Eleven four thumbs up.
Great food. Limited food menu, along with wine, beer on tap, and sodas. The burgers were great and the homestyle chips were also good. $$
This is the in house restaurant at the museum. The food is interesting and always good. Since you need some time at Crystal Bridges to see the exhibits, plan on eating there and enjoying a world class building.
Always great food. Beautiful environment.
Great views!
Always something new on the menu. The place looks terrific with art hanging from the ceiling to dining over a river.
I had a delicious burger. Service was quick and friendly; food arrived hot and it was really good!!
Great BLT sandwich
Wow! Wow! Wow! Awesome! What a great museum! What an awesome experience! Beautiful museum. Awesome art. And the trails around the museum... Absolutely over the top! I had high expectations and the experience exceeded my expectations. Lunch at the restaurant Eleven... I think Eleven is the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been in. I can't wait to come back!
Great smoothies with dairy free options. My kids loved the strawberry smoothie!
Great food and a beautiful setting for lunch or dinner
Wonderful food right before we went into the museum, a whole day experience and a cheap one. My salad was really good, 2 of us had the hamburgers and one of us had the chicken sandwich...all was happy and full!!!
My wife and I both ordered coffee at the coffee bar this afternoon. I ordered a "fresh brewed" and my wife ordered iced coffee with caramel: I, immediately noticed a sour taste akin to a sour dish cloth about my cup but assumed it was just a bad cup of coffee and, though I had no intention of drinking it, sat with it, quietly, at the table where my party was relaxing. Upon my wife tasting her iced coffee, she looked at me and announced, "This coffee tastes sour." Feeling that her reaction was a confirmation for my opinion I went to the coffee bar and told the barista that both my wife's and my coffees had a sour taste. He looked at me and said, rudely, "There's nothing wrong with our coffee! I just tasted it a bit ago and it's fine!" I proceeded to hand both of our full cups of coffee to him and left. I am 69 years old and have enjoyed coffee since I was in high school. I think I can recognize a bad cup of coffee and I think I know when I'm being treated poorly, as a customer. I, for one, will never order coffee from there again.
Meaningful arts that depict the history and perspective of America. Beautiful museum
A must see and it's free!
First time trying collard greens. Tolerably good. Chicken salad w/sliced almonds was delish. Hubby liken the chicken and waffles. Hello Dolly dessert, so good. Fresh seasonal fruit not overly flavorful. Service so fast! Worth the $$.
Great vegetarian and vegan options
The food was excellent except that the chicken salad had several small chicken bones and bone fragments in it. We we're quite hungry and it was expensive so we at it very carefully. The fruit with it was good. A pleasant place when it isn't packed. But the negligence with the chicken salad is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. Four of us had it and two had tiny bones and bone fragments and the other two didn't.
The burger was very moist and delicious! We loved the visit during a rain storm and how you could enjoy the view.
Best wedding ever..
Surprisingly good quality cuisine, plentiful portions way to share. Porkloin Sandwich and butternut squash soup with gorgonzola and the tiniest bit of spice were amazing and plenty of richness for 2
Pretentious menu. Chef over thinking the location. Somebody at the end of their culinary career trying to make themselves feel relevant again.
Today, I ate the Arkansas rice with Chicken and Andouille. Yum. My friend had a beautiful salad. Food tasted grest and was nicely presented. I live this place.
5 star service, food, and ambience at 1 star prices. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
We spent the 4th of July here this year. It was a great family day.
There was live music and the food was amazing. It's a bit expensive, but I didn't expect a museum restaurant to be cheap. The flavor was exquisite and the atmosphere was stunning.
Amazing museum with something for everyone. Loved our visit and will be back.
With Chef Will McCormick taking the lead you can not go wrong. We had the pleasure of joining them for a Sunday brunch while renovations take place on the restaurant and had he fortune of a buffet style. From delicate patisserie to heafty fried chicken light fluffy biscuits and creamy sausage gravy. Take the time and enjoy the museum too!
The food is pricey, pretentious and mediocre. The place is beautiful for sure but considering the location and the prices... You'd expect more.
It was great!
Karesse was our waitress and did an amazing job serving our table of 7. She is so friendly and attentive. The food is so yummy. Perhaps a little too expensive for the portion size. The atmosphere and beautiful eating area make up for that. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon!
Stopped by the coffee bar. Super delicious & the pricing isn't bad for what you get. Had the Milky Way & by golly it's a good coffee. Their brownies are super sweet but delicious, perfect if you got sweet tooth cravings.
You can’t ask for a more beautiful environment to dine in than Crystal Bridges. The service was stellar and the live jazz was spectacular. Serving sizes tend to be small but the food is very good. There is a good selection of wine, beer less so but adequate with a full bar available too. Of special mention is the coffee bar with very good coffee to compliment their exceptional flourless cake.
Great brunch menu & good service
Great meal every time I go there. Great for taking business partners to lunch.
Super food and pleasant, helpful staff. Fairly priced and excellent menu.
probably the best brunch scene in NWA.
Wonderful Sunday brunch. Buffet style. Thick cut bacon. Soo good.
