We love close so it’s a quick drive. Our server was really good until she said she got something taken off our ticket but didn’t and wouldn’t leave the receipt. We had already seen the amount beforehand so it wasn’t a surprise. We still tipped her but her dishonesty makes me not want to return.

Chili's has great food, and they usually have prompt service. My husband and I often order ahead and take our food to-go. We have dined in plenty of times as well. If you dine in on a busy day/evening, do expect to wait a little while to get your food. While it does depend on what you order, the food will take a little longer to prepare when the restaurant is very busy. The burgers, steaks, and ribs are delicious. Their meat is high quality. The onion blossom appetizer is quite good. The fries are a perfect compliment to a meal. However they have plenty of other side options that go well with your meal. I would definitely recommend trying the cheesecake! It is worth saving room for dessert here! **The reason I omit one star: Many times when I have ordered to-go, my order has been made incorrectly. In their defense, my order is a little complicated. But I always make sure I give clear and concise instructions on how I like my burger, but mistakes have still been made several times. This is my only critique!**

10 minutes to get a table, 20 before we greeted and another 10 just to get sodas.... On top of listening to a waitress talking very loudly about what an "a-hole" she is in front of my kid. My server was nice but forgot to bring out several things without having to be asked more than once (napkins, refills, etc) and forgot the half order of shrimp I ordered.

We are new to Area and trying out the local resturaunts.this one will not be on our favorite list.waitress named Haley. She was friendly. Worst french fries ever tasted old. Was about done with meal before waitress came back for us to tell her.burger was very dry. The cajun grilled chicken was awesome.And soup was good.

I don't know man...it's a Chili's. Some chick eating here wouldn't hold the door open for an elderly couple though and that was some ratchet behavior. She should rethink how she's living her life. Staff was great though. I'd eat here again.

After the horrible service at this location, I will not be back, the cooks just stood around and talk while they burnt one of the burgers we ordered and didn’t even make one of the meals we ordered so that person had to sit and watch everybody else eat while waiting in heir food to be cooked, we were informed that it is an ongoing issue with the cooks about how they won’t do anything. This is not the first time we’ve had bad service here. I just figured I’d give them a chance, I will now drive out of the way to eat at chili’s over eating at the worthless location. Thanks for making this the worse place to eat in Jacksonville.

Always have good food here! Thisnis one of our favorite places to est in Jacksonville. Their new cookie dessert is delicious. Sometimes the service can be slow, but we have had some great servers too. Overall great place to eat!

So, I just left Chili's Grill in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The Waitress, Michaela, wasn't friendly, didn't offer us a refill, and when I inquired about the chips and salsa she had to present the menu and go into teacher mode. Ma'am I can read, it was a question. Then, my friend and I were pointed to our seats, other guests came in behind us and were escorted to their seats. I try to visit the establishment weekly, because of the food and the service, but this was below average. Then, our machine goes out, and no apologies, the lady just bring two receipts. Ma'am again, research, ask questions, be hospitable, I didn't ask for my receipt, my friend did. I ALWAYS have my receipt emailed to me. I will refrain from this place of business, money is green!!!!!!!

What I ordered wasn't as good as I had heard. My stepson and husbands food they said was. The chips and guacamole was good. Probably the best thing was our server. She was very nice and kept our drinks full at all times. She wasn't constantly bothering us but was there when she should have been. Thanks Chili's!

I love Chili's! This is my first time ordering the curbside service. Not very satisfied with my Explosion Salad, for a $12 salad I got less greens then the $6 salad from Walmart. It was still a good salad but feel I got jipped.

We went to support our local animal shelter and that is the only reason. The food was really lousy. The ribs were fatty, the Cole slaw was bitter and the French fries were cold. The food had no flavor whatsoever. We had really great service from Rachell. That was one of the few bright spots of the evening.

Dropped by for lunch. Really like the new burger choices...especially the one with pepper jack and Chipotle sauce. Salsa and thin, crispy, salty chips cannot be beat. Service is usually good or better and was very good this visit.

My steak was almost bloody raw even though i asked for medium rare so they put the same steak i cut with a knife i was already using back on the grill on the same exact plate. Stuff like that would get you shut down in a heartbeat. And their response was that it was "common practice" absolutely vile and an easy way to get people sick. Never rated a place 1 star but i never had any resturaunt do something so gross

The waitress was great. She had a large area besides us and we had a table of 13. The triple dip was the best part of our meal. After we left the restaurant my wife told me her salad was the worst she had ever had. I would have mentioned it to the manager if I had known. My burger was ok but disappointing. Don't think we will eat here again.

We go there pretty often and sometimes they are perfect but they tend to undercook their broccoli and overcook their steaks. Most often the ribeye then the sirloin. Also have a tendency to give the meal little bit after appetizer and once or twice before.

I'm not a fan of Chilis anyways, but I went with the group. We ordered lunch items and did not get out of there in the alotted lunch time. The food was ok. The waitress did her best but it seemed like she needed help with the amount of tables she had. The credit card machines at the tables weren't working. We tried to help her out with at least that part, but we couldn't.

We were here on Veterans Day. Great place to grab a quick bite. Great atmosphere & not too crazy. Great menu options to choose from. My food was delicious and what I expected. Waitress was awesome. The cook needs to be retrained. Steamed broccoli was crunchy, asked for no meat in pasta got meat. Had to wait another 20 minutes go for the correct dish, got mashed potatoes instead of fries, and the cheesecake was still frozen with a strawberry glaze no fruit

We ate at the Jacksonville location. The chicken fajitas were absolutely some of the best we have ever had anywhere. The chicken was so moist and the onions and peppers were cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

I was not at all impressed with the service today. My family and I went in and was told it was about a 10 min wait, she asked how many people I told her 4 and I needed a high chair. We waited for over 30 minutes to be seated in a booth next to the kitchen and was told we could only get a booster seat for my 1 year old. I took it and spent the evening leaning on his seat to keep him from falling. The waiter was nice he came and took our order only to bring it out wrong. He fixed one issue and promised my husband his side dish would be right out which was some loaded mash potatoes. 30 minutes later he comes around and said your potatoes will be right out, we declined due to my husband was through eating. The kitchen staff was arguing and it was just unprofessional.

Everything about my fajitas was perfect except for the tortillas, they were obviously rolled up in the aluminum foil for some time because they were stiff and stuck together. I asked for more and they were worse. ...I ate them anyway. The customer service was great. Great waiter. I've eaten at this particular chili's many times. No complaints. I have to recommend the quesadillas.

I went to chili's last night they were kinda busy but I noticed the girl that was working the register handling money was also fixing food and that not right money is one the the nastiest thing you can handle and she was fixing food with no gloves on and spreading germs. If she was handling the money she should not be fixing no food that's how people be getting sick because of the way they handle they food I will not be going back and I will be giving corporate a call that's not right....

The best Chili's in the USA! I've been to them all. Go to the bar and experience the absolute best of service from Kenneth, zyannia, and Audie. The manager, Mr. Larry expects perfection and the staff has no problem delivering to this high standard. They all love Chili's and so do the regulars who frequent this location daily. Treat yourself to Chili's in Jacksonville, Arkansas and you will have visited the best. This location is actually one of the test stores for the entire chain. Don't miss out! DPT

Ordered to go for our office, only 5 orders at 11:00 and told it would be ready at 11:25, it was done at 11:15 they forgot 2 orders, when we asked for a discount, all I got was excuses of how slammed they were and how many people didn't show up to work. Great hamburgers....but does NOT have steak fries...more like puny fries and NOT unlimited like Red Robin. Their 3-for-10 is their best deal, but they keep cancelling it....they substitute it for a two-for-$22... Supposed to be military-friendly and offer a 10% discount, but to date I have yet to get one at the Jacksonville, AR location right outside the Air Force Base?! I always ask and show ID, but they always tell me "No!" Of note is that corporate says they should...go and figure... Definitely family friendly.
