If you want a caffeine kick, get the coffee bean shake. It will not disappoint. I'm fore warning you though, if you are too susceptible to caffeine, don't drink it in the later part of the day. It will have you jumping off the walls and hyper as hell

Service was terrible and just comically slow. The staff forgot the only food item on our order (a cinammon roll) two people behind us left the store waiting (there was nobline except us and them inside. Staff let them leave without a word. The coffee was "meh" and that is being generous.

This place is really nice. You will have a lot of coffee, tea options. Staff is nice and helpful. Interior is good in general. My black coffee was great, which was sufficiently hot to not hurt my tongue. Place is good for small dates and quick break from your work. I would like to visit it again.

Tried for the first time and their menu looks really cool. I got a chai latte and it was very good. They had nutmeg and cinnamon shakers at the pick up area so you could add some to your drink. Was a good atmosphere and I thought the prices were fair compared to other coffee shops...which means it's still expensive

The coffee here is interesting. Game Changer which is Orange Juice with expresso is one of their popular coffees. I wanted something hot, so I got the Autumn Game Changer. It is sweet and tangy. It's a good coffee drink. The place and the service is good.

I’ve been wanting to try Bolder Coffee for so long and when I did this morning, I was incredibly disappointed. First I want to say how kind the staff was. There were two people working, which I thought was ridiculous considering it was Friday morning and they had several people in the drive through lane. The guy was incredibly nice, but he was working both the window and the front counter. The girl was making drinks and I didn’t have any converse with her at all. I orders the Ethiopian coffee, because the guy said it was their lighter coffee, my husband got the Brazil and we shared a cinnamon role. My coffee was DISGUSTING. I didn’t finish it because it was that bad. We’re from Washington State.. so I know coffee pretty well. It left a horrible after taste in my mouth even after several hours after drinking it. The staff forgot about our cinnamon role. I waited 10 minutes for it and I eventually went up and asked for it. And he said he forgot about. He zapped it in the microwave and handed it to me within seconds. The bun was ok, but it was stale on the outside and barley warmed.

This is my go-to coffee shop! I can’t wait for the new locations and expansions into other areas. The coca bean shake is the best and if you say no to the espresso whip cream then you might as well just order a water! My daughter really loves the gusty gal smoothie but we honestly have never had anything we didn’t like here.

I absolutely love this place, it has been my go to place for coffee since it opened. I go in so much I even know a couple of the workers by name and let me say BJ is by far my favorite. He always is so happy even if he is there very early and he is always eager to give suggestions for coffee or food. I usually get the plain Jane or the hola and they aren’t anything special but still manage to be delicious! They also have pastries/desserts from bentonville baking company! Lastly, they make their own whipped cream for the drinks

We came here 4/20/19 and had an excellent experience but when we returned on 4/21/19 there was different staff. Sydney, who was working the cash register answered our questions as if it were a burden and after we specifically ordered 2 muffins and had an entire conversation in front of her about splitting the two between my wife and I, she only charged us for 1. I don’t ever pay much attention to how much people are charging me and honestly I didn’t even know how much the muffins were so I would not have known they were under charging me. They brought out 1 muffin and when it took a while for the second one to come out we asked about it. BJ looked at us as if we were crazy and they stated they did not charge us for it and wanted me to step back to the register to pay for it. I never mind paying for what I have ordered but the attitudes this morning were unacceptable.

Bolder coffee had a nice vibe and is overall a good coffee shop. I'm rating it 3 starts due to the price. I didn't really pay attention to the whole menu so they may be reasonable in some areas. However, to just get a refillable regular cup of coffee for 2 people was almost $8. It was good coffee, but that is pretty pricey. I've been to several small coffee shops and$5-$6 seems about average for 2 refillable cups. Granted, that even seems high to me but the market is the market. Again nothing wrong with the shop, just prices on regular drip style coffee are high.

Drinks were alright, service was absolutely awful. Incredibly rude while ordering. Overheard the 2 workers insulting customers, including our own group, for coming and staying to do homework. We were ordering multiple drinks and only stayed for about an hour and a half. Don't know what they expect since they are right next to the university but overall not a place to go and do homework apparently. They also charged 2 people in our group different prices for the exact same drink and then didn't do anything to rectify it when asked.

Their espresso is not good it tastes burnt and acidic. Their service is not the best either. It took a little bit longer than I would've liked to get my drink. But not long enough to complain. The attitude of the workers was not great either. But, the drink I got was the cocoa bean shake w/ an extra espresso shot. The drink literally changed my mood today from whatever to happy. The Cinnamon roll was very big and tasted good but it was very cheap for the size. Will come back at least for the drink.

Love this place! Was passing through Fayetteville on business and was told to stop here by a friend. Wonderful coffee, but what was even more pleasant was the wonderful customer service and people. The baristas were simply incredible! We laughed the whole time I ordered. I told the baristas and a couple of other customers (friendly folk!) that I had no idea what coffee to try, and the baristas gave me their recommendations! I felt like I was an old friend walking in. Very convenient location for a lot of people and very kind staff. The coffee is subpar and if you get a speciality drink it’s so full of sugar you can’t drink it. I have gotten a latte with “one pump” of simple and I had to throw it out— and I love sugar! My boyfriend got a coffee with one cream and “one sugar” and it was so sweet we had to throw it out as well. Prices are a little high for the quality, IMO. Prices like Arsagas or Onyx but not in the same league!

I can't speak for their coffee if you're just wanting a simple cappuccino, but it's a fun place to try new things. I've also had the dirty Diana, espresso and chai. Very creamy, aromatic and a good spice. The barista was also super nice.

I really, really want to be able to give this place 5 stars. I am absolutely in LOVE with their unique latte recipes. They make things that I haven't had anywhere else and can be so delicious. They also make delicious homemade poptarts. HOWEVER, at least a third of the time the coffee is so watered down or just outright gross that it's heartbreaking. I don't know if it's just a certain staff member or what but it really is such a shame. This place has the potential to be amazing. I'm ETA that I've been here so many times at this point I usually know the person taking or making my order. Brandon and BJ are both very sweet!

The coffee is really good. Many places let the espresso shot die or the coffee itself is bitter, but not here. I recommend the Cinnamon Toast Latte. The staff is also very friendly and fairly quick. They have some food options a little different than most coffee shops. Great place for meeting a client or business partner. It can get busy but not usually a packed house. Go check it out!

This place was amazing! We loved the coffee, we loved the service and we loved the decor. Most of the furniture and the counters were made from the leftovers of commercial building projects. (The barista said the owners also were building contractors.) Very good experience.

I’m not from Arkansas so I’m going to give you an outsiders perspective. I liked this place, I really did. My mocha, banana, type drink was great and my wife loved her latte. However, I will say the shop felt a little uneven as far as the layout goes. There’s one huge metal table on the side of the shop and then a whole bunch of tiny table options strewn about the rest of the place, which isn’t great if you’re trying to share a table with someone and have a couple computers to work with. But anyway, love their branding and our drinks were tasty. You should try this place if you’re in the area.
