Good location & great coffee. The Wifi didn’t work and I tried multiple times from different devices. The coffee was special and memorable while the service was a little slow. There weren’t enough workers to handle the amount of people buying and waiting on coffee. Decor & furniture has been updated and is a lot nicer.

Also the place you go if you are a college student and think you're intellectually superior to those around you. Really didn't like the vibe here at all. Might do this place some good to knock their staff and customer base down a notch or two.

We really want to like this place. However, the service is terrible and borderline rude. My wife ordered a hot chocolate tonight and it arrived cold. Not warm but cold. When we told the barista about the issue. All three workers just looked at us like we were crazy and gave stare. No word at all, not even an apology. They did eventually stick it in the microwave. We love small business and especially good cafes and restaurant. However, each time we have been here the service has been very lacking.

Blue Sail is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop. The coffee is exceptional!! But at Blue Sail it's not just the amazing coffee you leave with but the friends you meet, the studying you can get done, and the feeling of contentment. The atmosphere is warming, loving, and so calming! The service is fast. Everyone is so friendly, they not only give you your delicious drink but they enjoy talking with you & getting to know every customer. I love going sometimes just to talk with friends & meet new people. Blue Sail is the incomparable place to study. There are an abundance of tables, chairs, couches, and a back porch (delightful on warm summer days) to choose from. Its so convenient that Blue Sail is right downtown Conway...its nice having a place like this in this City of Colleges. I will continue coming to Blue Sail throughout, high school, my years at UCA and even after. This is a place for all ages, you can never get tired of going there. :) I'm there almost everyday. Plus..They play the BEST music. ;)

I've never had a burnt shot poured or a stale pastry, which is not true of the big coffee chains in Conway. The services is always warm and courteous, and if you ever have to wait, it's because the rest of Conway wants the genial service that can't be gotten at an anonymous chain. Fantastic job!

It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, they are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of different options. They also have a lot of different teas and coffees from places. Their speciality coffees are among the best in the state. If you'd rather sit outside they have a patio for your enjoyment. The place can get very packed during peak hours though.

Blue sail is a great coffee shop making their mark all over central Arkansas. I've been there twice now and I've been happy with the service, atmosphere, and quality of drink thus far. The London Fog was good and then tried an Autumn Sunset Iced Herbal Tea (got a little watered down from too much ice) but it was so good on a beautiful spring day after yoga! Don't forget to start your punch card!

Updated review: The Kenya: Ruthagati is something special. Yes it is on the higher end price wise, but this is about as good as it gets! The moment you walk into Blue Sail Coffee you are greeted with a pleasant aroma and calming atmosphere. The baristas will help you choose your drink and you'll be more than satisfied with your wonderful and thoughtfully made coffee or tea. Even before the first sip, the aroma greets you and assures you that you are about to drink something magical. I cannot recommend this place more highly. I had a warmed scone recently and it too took wowed my taste buds and the only problem was that I ate it too quickly.

There aren't many outlets available, so I suggest bringing a power strip with you if you need to use your laptop. If you need a new place to study or hang out with friends, check out Blue Sail!

The place is spacious and fun, the employes are super nice and when you become a regular (like me) they will make you feel like it is your home away from home. I met the owner and was so impressed with his passion to bring the true coffee experience to Conway, he perfects each cup and can create classic drinks they way they should be. He roasts his own beans and offers what Starbucks cannot, passion and dedication to each bean and each drink. His employes will remember you and if you are curious about how the drinks are made they will walk you through the steps of how your beverage is crafted. After visiting this place a few time, I think my 5 star rating is fair and accurate. I'm not a critical dude. My expectations of a coffee place are good coffee, good music, and that it facilitates an inviting atmosphere. I've felt welcome since day one. People do homework, socialize and quietly read. Sometimes its warm, sometimes it's kinda loud, but deal. Its been someone different behind the counter each time, but they have all been pleasant.

LOVE this local coffee bar! Its cozy, inviting, study-friendly, and the espresso is TO.DIE.FOR. Also, the tea selection is amazing! Super fresh and authentic loose-leaf.
