The quality of service is exceptional, I felt at home and treated very kindly. But the food is bland, the waffle is made from generic Bisquick with zero additives,and the chicken tenders are obviously frozen Tyson strips. The eggs are fresh which have that going to them, overall an ok eating experience.

I figured I would wait a number of times prior to giving my opinion. I've been here over 10 times, when I come in my business clothes before I go to work I am seated where I want. When I come in wearing my usual clothes which could be viewed as hip hopish, I'm seated in the very back corner without question. It's funny to see the host act as if they are really looking around when they are clearly many open seats all around us. Although I am BLACK I'm not making this a racist issue. I don't believe in affirmative action for the most part but including diversity to your business could assist with choices of ignorance. It's very clear that this restaurant has a predominantly white customers so if your not white be ready to sit in the back. The funny thing was that there was a BLACK mother and son put in the very back on the other side. When I joked about why I was put in the back the cashier in joking tone stated that it was the knotty section.

We had been here many times. I had recommended it to friends. Came back a month ago after a 2 year lapse. Service slow and food seems canned or frozen. Really disappointed. The gravy I had looked forward to had little or no flavor and seemed powdered. Bummer

Service could have been better. Was no wait and not a full house. Breakfast was good, except potatoes came barely warm & portion was small. Eggs were undercooked, wanted over medium. However the meats, bacon, sausage links and ham were delicious. Pancakes are awesome, large and fluffy. Restaurant decor was very nice with items for sale, which made it have a homey feel to it. Restroom was clean (women's) but toilet was loose from the flooring. Parking lot is convenient. Nice family atmosphere. A little pricey for what you get.

Biscuits n gravy, Veronicas special and toothachers special are just a few of our regular orders. If you go you will see, friendly staff take to neighborhood regulars and family friendly. For being an out of state resident, this place is really good. Reminds me of a lot of mom & pop places that I'm more use to. If you get a chance, come for breakfast. I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's all highly recommended.

My husband had breakfast eggs,potatoes, sausage,bacon,ham.He is a big eater.The pancakes are huge! He had to bring them home. I had lunch A Reuben Reuben sandwhich and soup. Very tasty. Good friendly service. I forgot to take pictures. But did take a picture of the leftover pancakes (2).

It's a busy place to be on Sunday morning. We waited fit a table, but not too long. Let the kids run up and down to tire them out. As far as food goes, it's good. Eggs were done right, the potatoes are crunchy in spots and soft in others (the perfect combination) and seasoned well. They could use something to help entertain the kids like a coloring sheet or something, but we filled the silence and staved off revolt with conversation involving questions about our kindergarteners new boyfriend. They were busy so food took a while to arrive, but when it did it was worth the wait.

We go to Ronnie's almost every Sunday. Even if there are a ton of customers, they ALWAYS greet us with friendly attitudes and sit us down quickly. Food is always amazing and hot. Stopped in for breakfast, table of 4. Waitress took drink orders of the 3 guests then walked away without asking for my drink order! Waited awhile she eventually took our order messed up my whole order! Forgot items for 2 other orders, told us our orders of toast went mia?! Then told us you will have to wait for the next round. Chicken fried steak was like rubber and toasted like week old fryer oil, the gravy tasted like it came from a plastic jar! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!

Cute and unique decor. The breakfasts look great( that is what the other tables had). I feel that is what you should stick with. We had 1/2 lb burgers and fries. The serving was large but the fries were not fresh and the meat was not good. They were obviously frozen patties and maybe they were precooked and held in water..?..

Interesting place! Excited they had tasty grits (as a southern girl, these are hard to come by) and yummy cinnamon french toast. Just about everything on the walls and shelves was for sale. Which is fine until someone interrupts a meal to look at something near your table which thankfully wasn't often.

The service is fast and friendly, which should always be the case, but often is not.They have an excellent menu with lots of options. There truly is something for everyone. While they don't give it away, the prices are reasonable. The under 12 menu is also the over 55 menu, which we rarely see.

For a good homestyle breakfast, there's no better place! Best eggs ever in a restaurant. Really good chicken fried steak and gravy. Pancakes are ok....big. still like IHOP for pancakes but this is the place for any egg breakfast. It's so popular however, there is always a wait on the weekends.

This place is always packed when I drive by but I have no idea why. I’ll take a stab by the looks of the place and the age of its patrons that it was an area staple, opened when surrounding neighborhoods were built forty five to fifty years ago and nothing else was around. I came once a year or two ago and the experience was much like today. We came on the fly and won’t come again. We waited forever to have our order taken. We couldn’t talk to pass time bc we couldn’t hear each other so we were left to awkwardly stare. The food was edible but not good by any stretch and it was completely bland. You can’t get refills and the one time our waitress asked if we were ok she had jogged off before we could respond. Today’s visit was exactly the same as my first so its apparently the norm.

This place has the friendliest waitresses and when they bring your plate you better be hungry because it's a lot! I love their steak and egg breakfast special that they do all day. Their hamburgers and cheeseburgers are just the best can they're huge. If you like pancakes you'll love it there they're gigantic. I had the Kevin's Skillet. If you love country fried steak w eggs.. you have to try this skillet. All the portions that were ordered are enough for a later snack. Lots of food for a great price. The staff is always pleasant and my coffee cup never went half empty.

Stopped in on a visit from California, food and service was great at first! finished our meal and we figured we would support "the owners mom" by buying $50 dollars worth of accessories of the walls making our total 80$ we have always left a tip on the table so like always we left a 10 dollar tip of a 30 dollar bill on the table we paid our bill and walked out just to be confronted and yelled at for not leaving a tip . We walked back in the restaurant to ensure our waitress got her deserved tip. We were told the busboy took it but no apologies were given and we walked away feeling unpleasant and insulted.

First time here. It's always a good sign when you see people waiting for a table. We tried two of their specials that were written on a chalkboard outside as we waited. Steak and eggs for $7.99 and Chicken and waffles for $10.99. Both were delicious. They have huge portions with a friendly staff. They also have a lot of kitschy knick knacks that are for sale. I came home with a Wonder Woman cup which was gifted to me by my friend Vanessa.

We have been going to Ronnie's for two years. We love the quality, variety and price. My favorite is the Pigs in Blankets - 3 full size sausage wrapped in full size buttermilk pancakes. Amazing! I love the breakfast options so much that I have never tried lunch items. Just go early or expect a wait.

Each time we come here it is a real treat. The other 5 star reviews sum up the food. Today, Lisa and Kylie were both our servers. They must have been helping eachother but they both spoke to our two tots and called them by name. The both must have known I needed the coffee too because they were on it like white on rice! Having been through a rough few days, their genuine kindness was really appreciated and needed. :)

The ole family eatery in 2019. Quiet atmosphere, friendly Waite staff, WHO, by the way, will look you in the eyes from across the room to see if you need anything. You won't find the blind waitress here. Food is good, above average. Some of their plates are off base like their creamed SUMMER SAUSAGE. On toast......whatever happened to CHIPPED BEEF ON TOAST ??? I didn't eat it all but the wife ate ALL of her breakfast, great place.
