Terrible service...I went with my mom to have breakfast we arrived and waited over 45 minutes...when I asked the host who was sitting guests if I can see the list I saw my name had never been called. When I told the host that we have been waiting and my name was never called but other guests were seated he yelled at me at stated "I'm going off the list! I don't know why your name was not called!" Very rude service and I will make sure to let friends and family know about the terrible experience.

Not impressive at all. Our server was so cold and unwelcoming, the bus boy was so much more help than our server. Our food took about 40 minutes and it was not busy to top it all off, it wasn’t even hot. We didn’t have all the food we ordered too. We had to ask for the syrup (for the pancakes) and begged for refills twice. Not worth the $45 we spent for breakfast - will not be returning.

This is a great relaxing place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Outdoor seating is spacious and inviting. The food always has a special twist to it that you normally find elsewhere. I try to get out here once every couple months with my family. Pet friendly.

We always have a great meal here. Although the prep times for food are a little longer than you would expect the wait is worth it. My kids love everything they have had here as well. If you are in the mood for breakfast their huevos rancheros are the best in the valley!

As always Park Cafe was a great place for lunch. Comfortable outdoor seating in the middle of Litchfield Park. Park Cafe is known for their breakfast and sandwiches, but this time we discovered how good their salads are. Fresh, crisp, and tasty. Our waiter, Sebastian, was excellent. Attentive, professional, and friendly. He obviously enjoys his job. A great representative for the Park Cafe. Definitely recommend.

Good food. Had to wait over hour for it. People before me came a went. Placed the order and I was forgotten. I asked if my food be out soon, "15 minutes" she said. 30 minutes later after a 25 minute wait my food comes out... it wasn't what I ordered. Horrible service. I was in a terrible hurry. So took whatever they decided to give me and left.

The Park Cafe has great service, good food and a pet friendly patio. They welcomed Bailey ( my Maine Coon) cat to the patio which was greatly appreciated! We will come back even after we move to Surprise.

Local hidden gem that I had not known about. Would be an ideal place to go on the weekend for brunch and sip some tasty drinks while enjoying an omelette or their venison of chilaquiles. I love my coffee black and the coffee they brew is smooth! Had to get one for the road. The cafe is a bit small so be and can get pretty packed so get here early. Will be back soon to try those pancakes.

Great small cafe! Almost hipster type food, but still delicious! They make an in-house salsa which is smooth, a little sweet, and a tiny bit smoky, goes great with the omelettes and burritos! And the multi-colored potatoes are awesome.

Extremely slow service, 40 min to get food after we waited 20 min to get a table, I ordered stake omelette and I got 80% tomates inside, the bread was old and potatoes had zero flavor. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else food was horrible.

Food was GREAT but service and flow of customers getting seated was way too slow... Not enough staff for the customers. Got there at 9:50am seated at 10:45am. Ordered immediately and got food at 11:10am. My meal break was not that long, yet as we stood and waited to be seated, lots of tables were empty. It was uncomfortable and temperature warmed up quickly.

I would have rated zero stars for this visit if it would have let me. I am a frequent visitor for the last three years, we live just down the street and the food is always good, despite the wait they sometimes have (which we don’t mind because we are familiar with park Cafe). This visit today however, was rather disappointing. It took 20 minutes after we sat down to get a server, and that was only because I went to let the hostess know no one had yet stopped by. The server then came by, we then ordered drinks and food because with the wait already knew what we wanted, was told out of a drink and then another table next to us ordered same drink with no problem. Skip to an hour later, our waitress apologized for the third time about the wait, everyone around us ordered, got their food and paid before we even got ours. As everyone else was leaving just asked for our check for the drinks because at this point we had stuff to do. Mark, we think his name was came up to talk to us, knew we had been there before said he would talk to Gilbert the manager and comp our food if we would just sit a little longer. So we did as long as we could have it to go. The waitress comes back with our check, the FULL bill after waiting an hour and a half and still not the to go order even. No we didn’t want to pay for the food, we didn’t want to wait the extra 10 minutes it took. We were ready to leave. Then the manager comes over and says so you don’t want the food, no, we didn’t want to wait for it, but because “Mark” convinced us to we did. So we left, without food, and we saw it sitting there on a table as we left, because we didn’t want to pay for it. Other. Tried to call a few minutes later and the manger wasn’t in. I was asked to call back 10 to 15 min later. I hate when people play this card, but I Manager a big box retail store, I know there are certain measures to take care of customers. I definitely am not one to complain EVER. It takes me a lot because of what I deal with, but this experience was totally unacceptable. We will unfortunately find another breakfast/brunch place to go to for the next three years.

I've been coming to the Park Cafe for years now and the service and food have always been consistent. The service has always been friendly but slow after being seated. You should expect a wait if you come weekend mornings and sometimes during the week, but it's worth it I think. I love the breakfast burrito for breakfast and their paninis for lunch. To Parents of babies: there's no place to change your child, they do not have a changing table in their rest room and no room to do so otherwise.

Just sat there for 17min and got ignored. Had to wait 5min to get a table, but counted 7 empty tables as we waited. A table was seated behind us and immediately served. We were told "have a nice day" on the way out and when I said "oh no, we were never served" the hostess just giggled.

Got there early before the rush. We had the Cajun Benedict and the chorizo and goat cheese omelet. Both were delicious. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
