Fresh food made of high quality ingredients. Pizza after 4, salad, and sandwiches. Definitely gourmet but at a fair price. The rest of the menu is meh but the pizza and desserts are definitely worth talking about (I recommend the margherita pizza and sea salt choco cookies.) There are also plenty of vegetarian options. However the customer service is SUBPAR as I always feel unwelcomed by the cold staff members which does make me feel very sad. I have had friendlier service at Jack in the Box. The place is also a grocery with some sections for wine, drinks, and salads as well as some neat tchotchke, toys and books. However there is so much stuff that it might make you feel the place is cluttered. It also makes it a NIGHTMARE for people in a wheelchair which is unfortunate. So I would say that this place >>IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. << Overall I would recommend this place. Also last time I came here the guy put WAY too much basil on it.

The black drip coffee is usually pretty not good, the cold brew isn't that fine either. However, the food is delicious, they have bottled sweet drinks like ginger beer and other sodas, they have beer, and they have magnificently delicious baked sweet treats. I recommend the vegan oatmeal cookie. Parking is often a nightmare around breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have valet I’ve never used. The pizza section of LGO is grade-A delicious, an above average beer selection, and wine. There is a vegan pizza option that a lot of people I know enjoy. Dog friendly outside, bike friendly outside where there's a good amount of seating.

Always a great experience at LGO! My husband officially named this his favorite restaurant this week. We pretty much come here once per week now. Amazing vegan pizzas! Today they had a big togo order during our visit and our pizzas arrived really late, but they offered us dessert on the house! Excellent service and management, but I’d come here either way for the biggest plate of fries and mushroom patty pizza!

The pizzeria was crowded, for a Tuesday evening. We had to wait for 20 mins to get in. Once seated we were checked upon, provided our drinks quickly. They had 4 types of Kombucha on tap! The pizzas were tasty, albeit, some were overloaded.. but no one's complaining! The dough and crust were outstanding.

Just discovered this place and I LOVE their honey latte and tiramisu macaroons. Haven’t had a chance to try their salads but they look delicious and their pizza is ok honestly. Tried 3 different ones and the crust was too thin and cheese too dry for my taste. Could be that I don’t know how to order or just an unlucky day I guess. Their subs look like they’d be good. I have yet to try them.

I've visited for weekday lunch many times. Parking is crazy. But if you get a spot, it's a fun place with great food. It's counter service. There is a coffee bar. I enjoy the turkey Ruben. Fruit and pickles on the side. The pre-made salads are also really good. The best is the desserts! Take a cookie to go - you *might* want to share it!

Okay I will be the 1st to admit that it must be me. Everyone I know that comes here loves this place. So why I hate it with a red hot PASSION means it must be me. SOOOO FREAKING OVER RATED!!! Pricing is outrageous, service is hideous, food is subpar at best and the atmosphere is so damned ostentatious. But in fairness, it is one of the darlings of Arcadia...I will just never know why.

Met friends here for dessert and was not disappointed. The Old Timer was a standout: a tall, perfect filled chocolate cake covered in a perfect chocolate shell. The strawberry macaron was fantastic, the funfetti one a bit boring. The ginger cayenne cookie was fantastic but a bit too spicy for me, but but the snickerdoodles made up for it. Fantastic!

Very simple menu that is all done to perfection. Have been there many times and at least tried every menu item. The green chili burger on their pizza crust english muffin is as great of a burger you can find anywhere. Desserts are plentiful and its always a fun time browsing through the shop before or after dining.

Such a great place for food, pizza, sandwiches, and desserts...has everything, the market is a fun place to shop and you can get some great craft beers and high end wines...the place solidified its place in my heart by having a "Dog Friendly AF" hat for sale! Loved it and my friends were able to shop for their kids for some souvenirs...been coming here for decades, still love it for a coffee and a commuter!

Great surprise for tableside service at dinner. I had been there several times for breakfast or lunch but didnt expect the transition to grill and gourmet pizza after 4. The atmosphere and food are great (everything at breakfast has been awesome with a homemade English muffin, the open faced chicken salad is a wonderful lunch option but the pizza is over the top awesome. I tried both the veggie and the 4 mushroom and they were so great. The crust was so delightfully crispy and chewy and the mushrooms were sauteed before topping which made an amazing flavor. Save room or be sure to take home a cookie or macaron!

The crust was very good, it had a nice sourdough taste to it that I really enjoyed. However, it was drenched in oil leaving the box looking like a fast food takeout bag. If I wanted a greasy oily pizza I would've gone to Pizza Hut. To me, if you're wanting a sourdough pizza you want something a little more high end then a regular pizza you'd normally get at a pizza chain. The amount of oil that was on this pizza left my stomach feeling heavy and bloated for the rest of the night. I can't give an opinion on the pizza since I requested it with no cheese, so I'll assume it'd taste better with cheese on it. I was not aware that it didn't have marinara on it though. I feel like they are very close to something great.

I love LGO. I’ve been going for years I even ordered cake and desserts from there to have at my wedding reception— amazing sweets. Normally it would get five stars hands down. The food is great. Sadly I have to give it 4 stars maybe even 3 because the last few times I have been the girls at the front and curbside have been so rude! I’m reviewing because I just really don’t want to feel sad about giving them my service next time I go in. Again, I’ve had multiple experiences in the last few months that gave me a pit in my stomach when a few girls were so rude to me but the latest was last night. It was my birthday and we ran in late to get a cupcake and some other treats. The whole thing was so difficult, the girl helping us was not kind in the slightest, among other things when they were out of the mixed berry cheesecake, my husband asked if I wanted the chocolate ‘cheesecake’ and she totally interrupted him and rudely said ‘that’s not cheesecake that’s pave.’ It’s like okay relax he’s not even talking to you and I’m pretty sure the world won’t end if he mistakes a dessert name. At this point she had already been so rude I wanted to go get a birthday cupcake elsewhere but I just decided to ignore her insincerity. She rung me up and then went to get my treats. She comes back and sets the stuff on the counter and goes here’s red velvet we were out of chocolate, I’m thinking okay well I didn’t order red velvet but it would have been great to know that you were out of chocolate before I paid. The manager refunded us (normally I would have just gone with it but I was so annoyed!) There were so many other rude things but I will leave it at that. Please talk to the girls at the front and curbside! Kind customer service is so important!!

For our Sunday am walk we went there. My friends had the scones which they loved. The place was very busy and the music was so loud I had to go outside. We found a semi quiet place and by this time I could not eat anything but enjoyed being with friends. I would have upped the stars but this place was not for me due to the loud music and the close atmosphere inside.

I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the things I have tried have been consistently good. This includes omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, and black coffee. Decent but not amazing beer selection for the restaurant. The biggest reason this isn't a five star for me is the main room... Ordering anything in there is disorganized and obscenely crowded. I refuse to go during peak hours for this reason alone. Otherwise, a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as long as you're willing to deal with the crowd.

I just love the way this restaurant smells, so intoxicating! The pizza was fantastic,I love their crust and imaginative ingredients. I was also looking forward to the salad that I had the last time which I wrote down the ingredients. I ordered it and although so good,instead of the nice pieces of beets, this time they were shaved so thin I hardly recognized them as well as the dates they were so thin they must have gotten 10 pieces out pf one date! Yes I will go back and maybe they will take into account my review.

Basically, this is our favorite restaurant in Phoenix area. We eat here every 3-4 weeks and drive 40 minutes in order to eat delish food. Eat here, you won't regret it!!! Ambiance is cool, too

My favorite place to meet friends, go solo for coffee, bring the kids for a treat, stop by for a bottle of wine and hostess or birthday gift- complete with a unique card. Honey Latte, tuna melt, chopped salad, fresh squeezed juice, all the pizzas, the cookies, the ambiance, the staff is always fantastic. This place is just heaven and has been a very long time favorite of mine. We moved to San Diego but come back to Phoenix frequently and my husband always jokes that we have to account for the "LGO budget" in our travel expenses. I love it!

I had not eaten here in about a year because I moved farther away but did go back tonight to meet friends for dinner. This place is just as good as ever! Tara the server was pleasant and attentive. Service was great and the food; Gladiator pizza, Green Chili burger, glazed Brussels sprouts and Pimento/guacamole dips and chips were amazing. What a yummy meal! I'm just going to have to make a point to get back here more often. Oh, and the store and bakery are still full of goodies. Check it out!

Super cute restaurant, market, and neighborhood hangout. The Reuben sandwich and Rotisserie turkey salad are both incredible. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of their pastries-- the key lime pie isn't very tart or sweet at all and the red velvet cake and salted chocolate chip cookies are equally disappointingly bland. The merchandising at LGO is so fantastic, with so many interesting books and cute gifts. All in all, highly recommended.

Horrible experience, keeps getting worse. We went here on a Sunday morning with two kids for breakfast. The lady taking our order didn't want to be there and showed it through begrudgingly taking our order. Our order was exceptionally slow. Our table, chairs, along with the napkin holder and other small items on our table all had grease on them. This was 9 in the morning. This tells me they don't wipe anything down in between customers or at the end of the day. My husband's sandwich was thrown together really carelessly. This experience has happened a few times in the past few months. I am disappointed in the direction of the new management

I love the vibe here! I've been coming here for a couple of years now whenever I'm in town. My last visit was yesterday and before that last month. Food and drink options are great and I'm a huge fan of their baked goods. Sandwiches, salads, pizzas... lemonade, lattes and oatmeal date bars! They even have cute cactus sugar cookies! Cute gift shop with lots of cactus and succulent theme items! Love this place. A must for me whenever I visit PHX.

It draws people from all over The Valley with its great food and quick service. The Commuter sandwich, although a bit pricey, is a favorite amongst locals. A great place for breakfast!

What a great place! The pizzaria has always been a value with tons of bang for your buck. Literally ideal spot for anything from a date to a quick meal after work. Recently I've started trying the coffee and espresso in the grocery store side, very solid espresso. If you haven't been here you really should try it. It's been a successful restaurant in a tough market for over a decade, in my opinion that's very deserved. Lots of care and expertise in their product!

I have been here countless times at this point and have yet to be disappointed. There are specific hours on when some of their menu items are available so make sure you check that before going. Always friendly faces taking your order and the food is excellent. You can grab and go or if you want to modify something they make they’ll gladly help you out. Their pizza is phenomenal as well. The parking situation is horrendous, so park down the street and get some exercise in.

Atmosphere is vibrant with lots to maintain your attention. The staff we encountered were friendly and eager to inform us about the baked goods. We came in before 4pm and I'm sure a staff member communicated to us about not cooking pizza till after 4pm but I don't recall. They offered a refund but we waited and sadly the pizza on this day was subpar. I've eaten here before and recall it being tastier but perhaps we had bad luck. Everything else from the salads to the sandwiches were tasty.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge during the busy lunch hour but there is better parking behind the restaurant than in front of it.

We love everything about LGO. Coffee in the morning at the outside station with your dog leads to conversations with others at the picnic tables. The commuter sandwich is my favorite breakfast item. Pizza...the sour dough crust is unreal. LGO is a Phoenix institution!

Went on Friday afternoon, it was super crowded. Hard to find parking but good thing is they have complementary valet in the back. Food and coffee is really worth the wait, highly recommended!

Food was good, freshly made with quality ingredients. Unfortunately service was a disaster, food was dropped off mid run, waiters busy cleaning tables. I had to wave people down to get silverware, then eventually had to get up and find my server to get parmesan put on our now cold pizza. Drinks sat empty, just disappointing. Won't be back, honestly it's just decent pizza, there are plenty of options.

Such a cute place. My friends that live here come here often and have taken me here twice now when in town. I haven't been in a long time, but I loved seeing all the little crystals/merchandise that is placed in the middle of the restaurant while waiting for our food. My friend and I shared a commuter sandwich and one crepe. The sandwich was delicious, it was plenty for two since we wanted a light breakfast. The one piece of crepe was delicious as well with the cut up fresh fruits and drizzle of syrup. I would've ordered more crepe if I had known it was going to be so thin and good! I definitely would come back to try all the other options on the menu.

Their pizza changed. It doesn't taste like naturally proofed dough which was crisp and bubbly. Disappointing. The dessert case is still wonderful, though.

LGO is my favorite pizza place in the valley. The sourdough crust cannot be beat. Also love their breakfast sandwich. Everything is handmade and delicious. You can get bottles of wine at retail prices, which is awesome. I always have good service and have never had a bad experience here in the many times I have been.

Come on. Lots of imagination in their offerings. Especially for a pizza place/grocery. The pastrami Reuben is a gem. Several breakfast choices. Excellent coffee choices. Great fun atmosphere. Parking a little tricky until you find the back lot, the lot across the street, and the valet. Really worth the trip.
