I really love this place! It's a perfect place to meet with people or study. They have pretty good coffee and very friendly baristas. Some days are busier so I can see some people thinking they have bad service but I've been coming her for several years and overall it's always been a great experience. The cold brew is really good; strong, but good.

KBC is good here so not worth the abuse from the male barista in the drive thru. First incident with the rude guy was when i paid for 4 shots and very clearly only seen hin put in one double and when he handed it to me i told him but then he lied and pointed at the 2 empty double shots and counted to 4, who wants to get ripped off come on now. Second time he decided to use my last $2 on jitters card and charged my debit $3 and when i said wasnt it against policy to charge less than $5, super rude he said i did you a favor your welcome. Last incident was when i went thru ,got only a double shot so i wouldnt get ripped off again, but didnt tip this time for obvious reason and as i was driving away he screamed out like he wanted to fight youre welcome. Done dealing with that, patron small mom&pop coffee shops. He usually works afternoons, not sorth the abuse.

Great place to get a hot drink, and a little snack. The environment is great for spending some quite time to yourself or meeting with friends/ and or family, or studying (I've done all three at Jitter's before). It can get a little crowded and busy because it's such a poplur spot in Eagle River, however if you can dodge the rushes it's such a great spot! The drink selection is decent and quality made, while they also have a selection of small pastries and assorted snacks. Jitter's also offers a fine selection of locally crafted artwork available for purchase, some displayed throughout, and others on a selection bin at the front counter. Also personal travel mugs, regular mugs of assorted styles and T-shirt of Jitter's are available to buy.

Amazing, warm community vibes especially in the winter. Good food and good drinks. Whoever designed their sticker advertisement for the ADN should be let go. The business name is barely visible and there's no other information about who they are except if you by chance recognize their coffee truck. I feel bad for how much they must have spent on that.

This is a great hang out area, not the best coffee or tea but they have the ambiance coffee drinkers crave. As requested further expansion of review below. To expand I love the set up of your business fast internet, cozy, and friendly staff. I think improvements can be made to the tea, where other cafes in the area steep loose leaf jitters uses bags, the red bull smoothies lack the smoothy mix I have had at other local shops, and as for coffee as I do enjoy the Bros coffee every shack in town uses it. Comparing your coffee to another cafe just down the street side by side 3 of the 4 of us trying them prefer the other. Please let me know if I can provide anything further. I came in this afternoon around 12:45 and the girl with the dark curly hair made my experience here very unwelcoming. She had poor customer service and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to take my order. The tone she carried while taking my order was short and snappy. I was really looking forward to coming herp however I was very dissatisfied with this experience.

Jitters is an Eagle River staple. I enjoy the quick drive through at the old (milk truck)? Or the walk into the main building. Jitters has accommodated Bible studies, church appreciation gathering, buisness meetings, award ceremony's and more. The coffee is great, my favorite is the classic cappuccino and homemade biscotti. Not to mention the fellowship had while at Jitters.

Love going here to study, its always very cozy with comfortable lighting, plenty of seating, and the people here never get too loud. The coffee is great, and the baked goods are even better. The staff is really friendly as well. The only downside is how hot it can get inside. Also, it can get pretty busy on the weekends, and after highschool gets out as a lot of the students come to do work and decompress.

Tasty coffee served in a comfortable studious atmosphere. Lots of really beautiful photography on the wall. I walked around to each of them and read the little blurb that accompanied them. Definitely makes you want to get outside and explore! I had the border mocha, a little "spicier" which was nice. Not really hot, just spiced like a wassel. If you don't want want to go in they also have a little coffee cart in the parking lot.

Firstly, we've been there a total of 3 times. Each and every time we were met with bad customer service. The girl with the brown hair and the nose ring needs a attitude adjustment. Any question asked is answered disrespectfully. We won't be returning. I'd rather give our business to a coffee hut or even Starbucks. The always mess something up. This time they got my name wrong on the cup and when I asked if it was supposed to be my name I got snapped at. Last time our order came in parts all 20 mins apart and when i asked about it i got attitude again. I really hope the owner or at least a manager reads this and has a word with the workers because their wrotten attitudes have lost our business and support.

Jitters has been an integral part of growing up in Eagle River. It is the go-to hangout for so many and it easy to see why: a cozy cafe environment, good coffee, and tasty food and treat options. Depending on who makes the coffee, it's ~sometimes~ burnt. Occasionally they forget to make my sandwich or bagel, which is mildly annoying but not a big deal; the good vibes and music selection make it the only place I want to drink coffee in ER!

I love the coffee here, and the place hosts a lot of great events and organizations, so there's a healthy crowd on most days, but seldom a long line. Coffee is not over-roasted as at Starbucks, and prices are better than average for any of the coffee houses around. They also run a drive through kiosk in the parking lot if you're needing to top up on the way to someplace. My favorite coffee place.
