I went to McDonald's tonight with a group of my friends and one of my friend's McChickens had a hair in it. I'm giving it 3 stars because I've never had this problem and they refunded the order and made it fresh. Usally good with somewhat speedy service. Not the best but not the worst.

Stopped here with several friends on our way to Grand Junction and were very pleased with everything. We’ve been to a lot of McDonalds over the years and this one ranks near the top. It was very clean, modern, and the food was excellent. All the employees seemed very friendly and helpful. Located just off of major highway and has plenty of parking. Would come back again for sure!

Fun place. Said to be the largest McDonald's in the world. Lots of great options. Not the traditional McDonald's. Besides the usual menu, they also offer made to order omelets, belgian waffle, cupcakes, cakes, at least 6 different flavors of ice cream in traditional cones or waffle cones or cups. Great arcade area upstairs, elevator, lots of order kiosks and lots of clean restrooms. Place was actually clean and organized. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited. The play area is enormous and includes and arcade (you've been warned). In addition to the regular menu they offer pizza, pasta, and several desserts including chocolate cake. The special food items are better than regular McDonald's fare but not on par with most Italian restaurants so temper your expectations. We usually stop here on our way across I-4 as a way to break up the trip and let the kids stretch their legs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Arrived at midnight.... waited 10 mins at drive thru for someone to take my order. Someone pulled up in next lane and was helped immediately. My order was raked but the girl was so rude. I asked for nuggets and I was and to pull forward even tho I wasn’t finished ordering. Pulled up to the window and the gurls was very unfriendly. No customer service what so ever. Once I got my food 1 nugget was missing and they were ICE COLD! I’m calling my bank to disputed this charge!

Super nice and modern, and would give 5 stars fur the "coolness" factor. But they try to drive you to computer ordering, which is fine by me... except that it wasn't that intuitive. I ended up having to go to a live person at the counter, and since the was only one person, it took longer than I would have liked.

Went to this place twice during our visit because of convenience and location to hotel. The first time our order was wrong, however the did fix it promptly which was nice. Sad part is both times the people taking our orders were rude and did not care to be there and even with no line we were asked to pull forward and wait additional time. I get that when busy, but when I'm the only one in line, have more compassion for your consumer than your clock times at drive through.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First we were going to go through the drive thru and it was blocked by a truck from another business that backed into the drive thru to un load it So we went in. I had to wait for some one to take my order and my brother put his in right after. So then I got my food and it took another 15 min for my brother to get his food, and his was cold. Now the place was clean. But there are workers running around like chicken without heads. And the service is bad. I will never set foot in this McDonalds ever again.

Epically awesome. I've never had such a consistently good experience at any McDonald's. Their food has always been hot and fresh. Even the location specific items were excellent like the steak and cheese and pastas. The pizza was just OK. The people that work their are the most positive McDonald's employees I've ever met. If every McDonald's provided this type of experience, I don't think these new burger chains would continue to gain on them.

Unfortunate visit where the food took 34 minutes from order (as per receipt) to delivery. Hard to determine the cause as plenty if staff; but they seemed to be continually busy yet producing no output for waiting customers. Eventually, one lady took ownership and single handedly started whittling the line down. Kudos to her.

Buttermilk crispy chicken burger was fantastic. Staff services was outstanding furthermore one of the staff member stopped by our place and Inquired If we need anything else. Easily noticeable from road side Parking place available. Ambience is awful. Recommend to visit with family and friends.

I'm super disappointed with our service experience today. I ordered. Payed. And then was asked to pull forward to the stop sign and they would bring out my order. No problem..I pulled forward. I waited over 25 minutes for our food!!!! Cars that ordered 15 minutes behind me got their food right away and pulled passed me. I had THREE employees come to my window asking what I ordered. The third one I gave my receipt so they could take it inside to look at when getting my order. I didn't get my receipt back but the time on it was 1:39 pm and I didn't get my food until 2:08pm. When I DID get our order there was ONE apple slice in the package in my son's lunch. Everything about their service today was pretty awful.. no one working there seemed to care. There was a truck in front of me who waited almost as long as I did... And they forgot half of what he ordered and ran inside to make his three shakes. Just a bummer decision to go there today. I won't do that again...

For a fast food restaurant, this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to as far as service. I ordered one biscuit sausage sandwich. Waited for 15 minutes. Big combo orders before me already received their lunch orders. I walked out 20 minutes later. Staff very disorganized at times confused about orders. I heard one staff talking and yelling out to other staff about orders. Never going back to this place again.

It's a McDonald's, the staff is really friendly, i don't care for the food personally, but when i have little ones in the car they prefer a happy meal for lunch. I have never had a problem with an order here and as i stated the customer service is satisfactory.

The service here is terrible the food is terrible looking wait times so if you ate in a hurry don't go here it is by no means fast food the drive thru staff is rude and don't like to take orders I sat at the speaker one night for 8 mins waiting to have my order taken and when the girl finally decided to take my order she approached me with a greeting of what do you want I gave her my order and she replied ok it's at the window very rudely (thumbs down).

Homeless people everywhere inside and out harassing you. Restaurant is filthy, employees are rude. Ordered the 8 strips meal for 9.69 and I'm told the total is 13.85 after tax. When I question the 40% tax I'm told by "the manager" if I want the food that's what I'm going to pay. So I left. Worst McDonald's around.

If i could i would give this 0 stars as is what the establishment deserves. The worker daisy is the most unhelpful little girl out there. All she will ever tell you is "it's coming." When you are trying to find out about your order. I waited for half an hour and they still had not even started on my order. They also have a worker there by the name of michael and he has been seen doing nothing but beating on innocent civilians claiming they touched him in some way when the camera will show no such action has been done. He will try to follow you out if the store and when you go to the other exit he will jump in front of you then he will push you to the ground hard and then proceed to choke you out. So if you want to wait for your food for iver half an hour, get it cold and then get beaten up by someone then this is not the place for you. Unless these two workers are either corrected or terminated this us not a safe place for any customer

Worst McDonald's in Denver. It is nicknamed by the locals as the McShelter. It's filled inside at all hours by homeless people sleeping. Outside is inhabited by drug addicts and drugs dealers. The 2 stars is because the people working here are lovely, and they do what the can under the circumstances.

This is without doubt the cleanest and most space-age McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. The tables are brought in the only comment I have about them is that this chair that no backs, but everything is all protected technology, the space is Broad and everything is very clean. Had an interview with the manager Barbra the experience was phenomenal from the moment I walked in the atmosphere of the room was very light and forgiving. With tourist busily and undecidedly wandering about, and workers happily and busily taking orders and cleaning common areas. I learned a lot about McDonald's as a company. They have so many opportunities for their employees. I was truly blown away By how amazing it could potentially be for me to work under a fast food restaurant that gets so much backlash from media and my own friends. Five stars for me ☆☆☆☆☆

Girl doesn't read me my order or give me my receipt, so when I'm getting handed a large soda instead of a coffee 3c2s, I correct them. They have me pull up but do not give me my food? 5 mins later the African American lady (hope she's not a manager, acts nothing like one.) tells me I need to have my receipt or I get NOTHING. Another 10 mins, i go to park to go in, and she hands me my stale food and a black coffee with 1 creamer in the bag. I get it, its busy, I worked as a manager at the Tim hortons off van dyke fwy, 2nd busiest in the state. But if youre gunna mess up my order, especially if its just the DRINK, don't mess up my whole meal and my day of being out in the cold building houses.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was pretty late night around 10:30 and raining profusely. The drive through line was long but the wait time wasn't bad at all and even with it being late my food (including fries) were hot and very tasty. The drive through staff was also very friendly.

This place can't get anything right. About 7:30 p.m. not busy, I was only customer in drive thru. Ordered 5 mc doubles, 1 mc chicken, asked for no pickles or mustard on burgers. Was told you can't order them like that, I replied "I order them all the time with no mustard and pickle" once again i was told "we can't do that, policy changed" then another person got on the speaker and finally took my order. Got home the mc chicken was missing.

Went there with my wife and kids and I hadn't received my food and when to my van and my passenger window of my 2018 Pacifica was broken my wife's purse with 180 DLLs my cellphone and my kids DS was gone so I went to talk to the manager and ask if we could see the cameras video and she told me that the cameras don't work really I said oooooooooook and God forbid you ask for 3 or 4 combo's because they want to put everything you ordered in one bag and they give you one ketchup for you large French fries and if you ask fore more they look at you like moreeeeee but then again this happened 6 months ago so good luck with you orders this all happened in rosarito Beach Mexico MC Donald's

MARIO the manager here is awesome!!! He goes above and beyond for the customers and his staff. He is an awesome team player! He’s a manager yet you can see him mopping the floor to show to his team that titles should not limit u to do other responsibilities. My family are from New Jersey and we visited this place for a midnight snack. There’s an arcade on the second floor and the kids won some points but could not avail any prize since the booth was closed but Mario who was the night manager went upstairs to let our kids claim their prize. What an awesome manager! He made sure that customer experience is exceptional!!!

What Even is This? McDonalds brought to another level, this place was slamming. It had a huge play place that was great for a daughter. The park had two sections, one for toddlers and the other for older kids which was great. The arcade had a few good games but be aware that ticket redemption isn't available all night. We'll have left over tickets never to be used which was unfortunate. Even with the business of the McDonald's, our food was brought to our table. Our PIZZA and our PASTA was actually very good.

I live not too far from this mcdonalds so I know how this place is very well. The breakfast staff is usually very nice but the cleaness during the day is not very good because it gets really busy. But they don't have an excuse for that sorry because they should have enough staff to handle it they are near animal kingdom busy place! At night which is when i go through the drive thru after work staff is not as friendly. This time I know I went on a busy night Saturday but it was 12:30 when I got in line and it took 35 minutes just to get to the area to pay for my food! The two drive thru order machines is dumb when you have to push your way back in a single line to pay and get your food. I would have given one star if it hadn't been for the older lady actually showing she can smile for once but not sure if it was a snub smile because i could not reach to give her my card or what but hey she smiled. She then had to ask me again what I had ordered and I told her large bigmac meal, with extra salt on my fries cause i wanted my fries freshly made and a large coke. So I paid and then had to wait another 15 minutes to move again to get my food. Then this other lady didn't know what I ordered either asked me again which made me fustrated told my order again and of course they didn't make fresh fries they just gave me extra salt packets in the bag. So total time it took to get my food was an hour that is ridiculous you need more staff and they need to get the stuff right seriously cause I am pretty sure you are losing profit. Food quality is horrible too burger was cold, fries mushy with barely any salt on them old oil taste, coke was missing the fizz and tastes terrible. I won't be going to McDonald's after work on Saturdays anymore I will go to taco bell which gets my order correct every time even though they take awhile on a Saturday too but they are friendlier and food is much better.

A man who sits at this location in eye sight off the register area does always flick his toung in the air in a females direction. So, unless the seats are the reason for your visit or mangers care, dont go if you have a choice.

In the play area there was lots of food debris and used bandaids. The chairs were sticky and soiled my daughters shirt, so we had to go and buy her a new one. Also, in the beverage and condiment area there were no straws, cups for catsup, or lids for cups. The AC was cranked to the point of discomfort. The garbage cans were overflowing. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!

I usually avoid McDonalds like the plague, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't make an acceptation with this one. I only ever got coffee but it was not bad, I'm typically quite picky but for a dollar I got a few during my stay. I enjoyed the interesting people that would come in through-out the day and also the less fortunate in the late hours. Good conversations and the staff where pretty chill about the homeless most nights. They are people too. We only got kicked out one night, but there was many of us just sleeping to be fair. Since we lodged at the Best Western hotel across the street we just had to get a bite to eat here. It was or is known as the Rock N’ Roll McDonalds and had or has memorabilia to be seen. Love this place. My 5 month old baby had a appointment with her cardiologist at Women's and infants. I was driving a vehicle too large for parking in their lot or the parking decks. No one around would allow me to use their parking spaces. So, I went in this McDonalds and offered to pay for a parking place, even though I wasn't eating there. The lady behind the counter was really sweet and allowed me to park for no charge. Bless these people who still have a heart.

Went to this place on 2/22/2018 1:00a.m. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. Waited 5 minutes or so.Was told to go to pick up 2. I didn't see the sign above the second drive-thru window. I parked in the space labeled "drive-thru service 2". Saw the night manager, grey collard shirt, come out the door look at my car and go back inside. I waited another 10 min while 3 other cars came and gone. Got out if my car, the same manager saw me, waved to me and proceeded to give the guy at the window my order and made him drive up and hand it to me. I dont have a problem with this place in general as I cone here often. But that lazy manager needs to be fired.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Do NOT go there in the late evening. The staff is completely incompetent. And the service is unbelievably slow. Each time I’ve been there the wait for a simple order has been from 10 - 30 minutes. There appears to be no management on site. I witnessed a fight between staff members which escalated to screaming, swearing and a woman being slapped. On my last visit, it literally took 14 minutes to get a hamburger and fries in the drive through. And when I finally got it, the fries were cold. Ridiculous! What a shame for a flagship location.

Dear McDonald's employees, I appreciate that you serve hundreds, if not thousands of people daily. Please try to be more accurate with your food preparation. Sometimes people ask for their food orders with alterations, not to be difficult, not because they are spoiled, but because they have difficulty eating certain things. I asked for no onions because raw onions make me nauseated, they do not digest well for me. My cheeseburgers were both marked "no onions", so I started eating, and was halfway through my supposed to be no onions sandwich when I realized there were onions. The slivered onions are virtually impossible to pick out of melted cheese and bun, which means the other half of my sandwich was a waste, and now hours later, I'm nauseated and frustrated because I had to throw away half my food, and I'm feeling nauseous because I ate what I asked to be removed, and what you said was not there. I'm fortunate to not have a more serious reaction, there are people out there that have severe allergic reasons. Please try harder.

Went through the drive through at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night on a non holiday weekend in May. Took about 30 minutes in the drive through line. Cashier wouldn't get eye contact, just stared at the screen. I should have used the kiosk because despite repeating myself he still managed to mess it up. I ordered #7 with a large orange juice, no sauce, 3 sausage McMuffins and an iced mocha to go. He puts it in as 2 burritos, 2 hash browns, 2mild sauces and the juice, plus the mcmuffins and coffee. Ok, maybe that saves $? Except I didn't get any hash browns and the burritos were STONE cold. I don't mean as in I waited too long and they GOT cold, I mean as in the mixture was refrigerator cold and the tortillas had never been heated. Then another guy( based on the way he was dressed he was the shift manager)brings the order to the counter, plops it down and starts to walk off. The stars are solely because it was fun for my kids. The self order machine froze when we were almost done and ready to pay. So, we had to wait for another one to be available and start all over again. When we got our order delivered to our table it was incomplete. We where missing a side salad with its dressing, no dipping sauces for our orders of buttermilk crispy tenders and no beverages. When we asked for all of those the employee said we had to go and get them. Also, the small service of fries in the Happy Meals were almost empty, literally 4 to 5 fries in each service. We saw no organization what so ever, it was crazy in the main floor. The food tasted good, bad thing with the ridiculous amount of fries in our kids Happy Meals... and last but not least, everything is overpriced in comparison with other McDonalds in the area.

Awful service. Ordered through the kiosk and didn't get my order for 25 minutes. I had to go to the counter to ask for my order and they told me that my order was not up on the screen, since the oldest order was from 15 minutes before they checked (by then, mine was a good 20 minutes old). They were busy, but people who walked in after me received their gigantic orders before me. A small cup of sweet tea and a sausage biscuit should not have taken 25 minutes. People who used the kiosk after me received their complex order long before I got my sandwich. My party of 8 that ordered after me (I had time to help them with the kiosk), with 3 separate orders, was done eating by the time I sat down with my sandwich. Not to mention: They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a sausage sandwich, but I was tired of dealing with it.

This place is UNBELIEVABLE! It's a McDonald's arcade/attraction. Downstairs they have regular McDonald's food (but at attractions prices--there is no "dollar" menu), Italian dinner that they serve on ceramic plates like an actual restaurant, and more dishes in the Italian dining section, including whole gourmet pizzas. There's a small bakery with dessert breads, different flavors of scooped ice cream, and at least four variations of dipped waffle cones. And I'm fuzzy, but I feel confident that I saw *cheesecake*. Now you get on the elevator (an *elevator* at a McDonald's!!) and go upstairs to a FULL arcade. It is fairly cramped and crowded, but that is *completely* understandable--if you fit a whole arcade into a McDonald's, it's naturally going to be crowded/cramped. There are a lot of customers in the arcade, so you do bump people a little, but most people (including me) are in such a daze with our jaws dropped in astonishment that no one at all minds being bumped, if they even notice. They had in a whole "kids' pizza restaurant"-type arcade: skee ball, Deal or No Deal, basketball shooting games, I think there was a virtual reality ride simulator in the center. Mom and I bought a game credit card and played the fishing game (I'm overzealous about fishing), and it was so amusing. And what is an arcade without a prize desk?? There were so many prizes, including electronics. And I suppose it's standard now, but you can keep your game credits and your ticket winnings on your card if you want to save them up. If you have spare time in Orlando, you really should come to the "World's Largest McDonald's" and join the other zombies who cannot believe they are inside what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

Best show of incompetency i've ever witnessed by a fast food location! I stood and watched for 10 mins at the front counter while waiting on the cashier to check out the lady in front of me, then me. She could not check us out because she was too busy chasing a woman down in the parking lot who had not paid for her mcflurry. (The cashier never asked her for her money?!?) Over 8 employees/managers were crowded around counting a drawer down that apparently had come up short, all the while, not paying any attention to customers, waiting to have their orders taken. I even knew how much was in that drawer because the shift manager was yelling it across the store to the cashier who was using the drawer. Needless to say, I left because of the long wait and the bold incompetency that I was witnessing. I think a regional manager should babysit this store for awhile..

Finally, a quality coffee shop in Playa. With top-notch premium quality (and priced) coffees and teas, Blue Bottle is quick becoming the high end antithesis to Starbucks. New locations are seemingly popping up everywhere you look these days. This was a much needed addition to the retail scene in the Playa Vista area, which has seen a dramatic boom in tenants in recent years. Great place for meetings or a good walk and talk destination from any of the nearby ad agencies.

I asked for 2 sausage mcgriddles with cheese, they charged me for the one with egg ($3 a piece turns out) once I saw it on my receipt I didn't really care about the refund I just asked them to make sure there was no egg on it. I get my sandwiches they both have egg. So this is 2 times they've f***ed up so I go to ask for the refund and my sandwiches remade and there's another woman standing in line for the same issue. I get 6 dollars refunded to me they "remake" my sandwiches and make me sit there for several minutes just to get handed a bag with the exact same mcgriddles they just took the egg off (just not all of it, which is how I know) by the time I saw this I was already back to my car and was so fed up I just left.

They served us a RAW McChicken burger. I assumed McDonalds used standardized equipment to ensure all food is properly cooked prior to serving it to customers. Absolutely disgusting. Poor Customer Service. For 5 years I’ve put in a very large preorder for pickup as to avoid causing issues for their staff (over 100 items) in the morning. This time I call and the male manager was rude, said we don’t do that, and basically hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE! Not a problem, I called Burger King and they were pleased to assist me and get my business. McDonalds on 16th Street you just lost a lot of business. This is only the beginning of your negative reviews to come. Remember for every item I was ordering that is now someone who can review your terrible service.

Typical 5th st, Covington, McDonald's...wrong order, cold food, bad service and rude emplyees. I dont know what is wrong with this McDonald's but it is the worst one I've ever been to and it's been that bad for the past several years. Great location, bad service, bad management and employee that just dont care. They will make money in spite of themselves but not mine. Not anymore.

I use to go to this McDonalds every morning at 5:15 in the morning before work. Then it started to have different people each day. Then it started, I would get the wrong order everyday. Each morning I would tell them I'm getting the wrong order every morning and all they would do is say sorry, I would get to work and I would have the wrong order again. I finally gave up and went to a different McDonalds. This morning the McDonalds I go to was having issue with the system so I had to go to a different one. I reluctantly stop at this one which I haven't been to in almost two years now and guess what. My order was completely wrong. This is ridiculous I'll go without before I ever go back here again. I've called the manager and I got know where with them. I can believe the work ethics of people these days.

Well you actually need workers. Looks like they're enjoying their job I mean like really love to go to work and make money so they can live by their needs and wants instead you got rock face like all they looking at or waiting for his time to get off of work mind you they just started about an hour ago yeah cuz you see the commercial don't it look like a fun enjoyable inviting atmosphere and place that you want to go and take your children or your family well that's what you see on TV and when you get there in reality nope it makes you not even want to sit in there what a shame yeah so they need a little fine-tuning or I should say a lot of fine-tuning from the morning shift to the late night shift if I dare 24 hours the best part is when they close the doors all we as customers do you just drive through but then even then they mess up sometimes I just tripped out yeah and I thought about instead of here sitting here and just talking about it why don't I go put in an application and do something about it but you know what I'm way past my Prime been there done that so it's for the new next upcoming generation the ones that all carrying a rock face unreal I don't know what this world is coming to you need to look for love peace and happiness in their pockets oh well I guess it is what it is so Chow for now until next time a Hui ho malama Pono Hawaiian word One Love

Very friendly staff very polite you don't see this often. It can get a little busy normally from where it's located so if your really in a rush there is another McDonald's on the east side but if you can wait you will enjoy the experience and yes the food and fries were fresh each time we visited.

After getting my order wrong and waiting more than ten minutes for a burger they wanted me to wait an additional 10 minutes to give me the right food and pay more money since they charged me for cheaper burger...at that point I asked for a refund, which they agreed to only after demanding I return the tea I had received and had already been drinking since ordering..smdh...should have just made me the correct burger and not worried about the 50¢ difference..these reviews are pointless seeing that noone from the store ever reads these or tries to fix the problems...don't get Uber from here...five attempts and all were denied by the store

Delicious coffee, if you know blue bottle then you know this is a spot for good coffee. They specialize in the perfect cup. If you’re at a loss, it’s okay. These experts will help you out. Free parking out front and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Great place to work on stuff solo or to get lost in a book. Their mochas are creamy and rich and they also have lots of delicious pastries to keep you satisfied.

Beautiful remodel but service is seriously lacking. I work in customer service and this was very disappointing. Employees are not overly friendly and not helpful in servicing their customers. I was in with my mom and aunt and we were not comfortable ordering from the self service screen. I understand this may be convenient and fun for some, but if I want to give my order to an employee, who is getting paid for doing a job, rather than clicking a screen myself that should be a choice. We were told we must punch in our order ourselves, rather than being waited on by an employee? They couldn’t be bothered to actually take someone’s order. They’re was no line. Not busy. Why have a service counter with registers if they are not put to use to service your customers? Wether it’s fast food or sit down, customers should receive a certain level of service and this place does not deliver.

This is one of the worst locations in Birmingham. I ordered quite a few things in the drive-thru. Of course I had to pull up only to wait about 10 minutes on my food to be brought out. As soon as I checked the bag I noticed that some the gs were missing out of the bag. I went back in to get what was missing (so I thought). After leaving with what I thought was everyhting, I get half way down the street I ly to realize that I was still missing the 2 biscuits. Unfortunately when I went in my bag to look for the receipt to my surprise there was NO RECIEPT!!!!!! I just decided to charge it to the game because it was just too much to go back and ask for the biscuits. However, this is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. It happened to me before a year ago and I vowed NEVER to return. I forgot. But this is so unfortunate to keep having this to keep happening. There is always something missing off of the order. Especially when its a larger order. And you qould think that with all of the managers on the floor they wouldnt make mistakes like this.

I usually only get the hot fudge sundae or McFlurry from McDonald’s, but today I got some chicken nuggets and I ate in. The place is huge and beautiful. The decor is pretty cool; they even have a little aquarium in the center of the room. The staff is pretty nice too. All smiles; which was awesome to see. I don’t know.. I may start eating more McDonald’s? Or at least giving other menu items a chance. They have pizza here too!! Oh and I love the open kitchen set up of the pasta/pizza part of the restaurant.
