We've never had a problem with this location before when visiting our aunt in Birmingham. But yesterday was pretty bad. They seemed more focused on goofing off a bit and less focused on serving customers. We tried to order the new doughnuts, and the clerk said they had some, then they didn't, and on and on. Then they didn't have any coffee made more any other drinks besides the bottled drinks. Hopefully it's better next time.

They sell fresh donuts and a wide variety as well. Even have the ability to supply for a large group of people or corporate event. Coffee and specialty coffees plus a drive thru for faster service.

I'm personally am not a big fan of Krispy Kreme donuts. I don't really like them and the prices were high for donuts, but I did notice that the customer service was exceptional, the maintenance was very organized, clean, and smelled of fresh donuts which was a welcoming smell. And it was pretty intriguing to watch the donuts being made and processed.

They were being rude to my friends nanny and just being a jerk to the customers and all the staffs are rude and calling the customers annoying and rude stuff. He said “everyone is annoying counting you!” To her grandmother. And it took slightly over half an hour to even get our donuts! I do not recommend this Krispy Kreme to anyone.

Went to the Krispy Kreme on Dave Ward while the light was on and did not receive a free hot donut. Plus the Cashier had an attitude while she took my order. During a previous visit I ordered a chocolate iced with sprinkles and got a plain donut. I didn’t notice until I got home. Highly doubt I will be returning to this location.

I work early morning and went at 5:40 this morning right after opening. The staff did not seem thrilled to have a customer this early. I had to repeat my order at least three times and the one thing I wanted they didn’t have. When I got to the window I was waiting for well over 5 minutes for ONE item. I got a medium iced coffee and was given a small. Not satisfied with this experience at all. Would rather get my morning iced coffee elsewhere.

They opened 10 minutes late today, important for people who have work in the morning on that time crunch. They gave my boyfriend 2 extra donuts no charge (probably because they felt bad about opening late?) and they were friendly...which is why I gave them the third star, but in all honesty, some people RELY on a place opening when they say they will. Also the bathroom was extremely dirty, very obvious that didn't clean it from the day before. Also, I know this isn't important to everyone but to me, I was very disappointed that there was not even ONE vegan option.... it's so UNNECESSARY to have animal products in everything.

Waited for V-Day donuts for 2 HOURS! The turnaround time through the drive through was about 10-15 per car when I finally made it towards the window. Can't believe that the store wouldn't be staffed well enough to take care of customers in a reasonable amount of time, especially when they're advertising the special occasion items. Terrible!

Expect delays for now, they just opened and everyone is going, the employees are new and learning, but they're doing their best for sure. Expect alot of flavors to be out, especially during busy times. The line will probably take about 25-45 minutes, however it's Krispy Kreme, you're getting the same consistent and delicious donuts you always get, and of you're from Southern or Northern California you will be prepared for all of this and love your donuts. Great Coffee(expect to wait for that as well) and stop whining about waiting.

Traveling to Denver and my son proclaimed he had yet to try a Kristy Kreme! We had to remedy that right away. They were super friendly, even after a very rude customer that was swearing and being loud. Have us a free donut after seeing all of that. My son now loves their donuts!

Although this location was very clean and orderly, a lot of the donut selections were not available. The donuts are smaller than once from a standard donut shop and more expensive. If you are a fan of Krispy Kreme then this is your place.

I love Krispy Kreme but this one was disgusting. The people that work there were too lazy to fix the glaze machine so the glaze was just dumping loads of it on there. It was so thick on there that it was literally dripping onto the table. We went inside to eat and were shocked at how lazy the people were there. There was dried glaze and doughnuts on the floor in the cooking area, the lobby was disgusting and the bathrooms were trashed. We had to clean garbage off of a table just so that we could sit down to eat.

So, the employees have always been helpful, and do their best to help their customers. But there is a severe lack of leadership when it comes to the retention of employees, and the management of the location itself. Several times, have gone to this location, and they either have no stock in large swaths of their inventory, or they are not open at all during their listed opening time. Today, swung by, and they had only cake donuts, no raised. This is not unusual, and it seems almost cruel for the employees to have to take the heat from the customers for a lack of coordination elsewhere. All in all, love Krispy Kreme, but do not love the way this location is run.

Open 24 a day and you can literally get an order that just dropped from the frosting conveyer belt. So bad for you diet wise, but so so worth it. Can always reheat In the microwave for 10 seconds and it's almost as good as the fresh we're.

I went there to get 3 dozen assorted donuts. I told the guy I wanted 3 dozen assorted, and I told him I didn't want couple of certain kind. He prepares them in a way that I couldn't see. When he handed them to me I asked him if they were all assorted. He said yes. Then I went to my car and when I checked the boxes, the first one was assorted , but he put 4 plain donuts. I could live with that. Second box he put the kind that I told him I didn't want. And the third box, he put all plain. I went back to the store, and I asked him for my money back because of what he did. He said he could get them assorted as I asked, but I said no. He went to get his manager ( i am guessing she was the manager), she came and she didn't ask what was wrong and not even apologizing, she gave my money back. One of the worst customer service I experienced in a long time. Zero star if it was possible.

Sad admission: It wasn't until my early 30's that I learned the neon store signage would glow when a fresh batch of donuts rolled down assembly. I also discovered there's an app to inform you of this as well. The sweets are always fresh but if all the lights are on... jump in line... its 'melt in your mouth fresh' donut time!!

I went to Krispy Kreme in Conway Arkansas yesterday August 10. It was gloomy and raining outside but inside the staff were warm and friendly. They had the/my favorite sign...denoting the donuts were hot and melt in your mouth.The young lady at the at the counter was very helpful "not trying to rush" me as I made my selections. I have been going to this same Krispy Kreme now for the last 6 months almost every Saturday and spend normally around 100 dollars a trip buying donuts for a sales staff. I'm not complaining about the speed of service or that they gave me the cold donuts even with the hot now sign on. I haven't ever said anything about even the long line of people on mornings waiting while only one person fills orders. I haven't let it bother me and just kinda laughed it off as just the way it is. But today i go and order the same order as always and they started getting them together. I was given 4 of the assorted that I ordered and was given 4 of the 6 glazed that i ordered. They always bag them 4 to a bag so i thought nothing of it because that's the way it always is.I left my coffee on the counter and said i will go ahead and take the first two bags to my truck. I returned and was waiting for my other 2 dozen and finally asked what I needed. I told them my other two dz. The man that rang me up sarcastically asked me if i was sure i didn't get them. When i told yes i was sure you could tell that he gave me two more but did it in a way that he was treating me like i was either a liar or a thief. He is lucky that there were young kids in the store or I would have cussed him out. I have requested through their website for someone to contact me and I anm waiting to see if that happens.

This store is located on 31 in Hoover. Server got my whole order wrong. Donuts so COLD. I was in drive thru. I did not check until I was 20 miles away. My fault. I will never use this store again. They use to be best donuts around. Server was the reason.

The lady that helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful. It is my first time in a Krispy Kreme so she was helpful. The store was fairly clean and I enjoyed all of the windows letting in natural light and the goings on of the 16th st. Mall. The one what I can only describe as odd or strange even was the comment the woman made when I attempted to tip her and her coworker. She said she didn't want it because they were "Working on themselves around here". Maybe they are part of a secret Krispy Kreme Kult. Well whatever the case good donuts and good service with a view.

Was recently in the Krispy Kreme store with my kids to reward my kid for her good grades. The website states a limited of 6 donuts but we were told the limit is 3 because the location near is privately own and not part of the corporation so the rules on the website do not apply to them. This is not our first time going in with our report card and in the past no such rule existed. While my kids enjoyed their donut and sitting at the bar watching the donuts being made, we probably won't be back due to the lack of consistency. Don't promote one thing then say those rules don't apply to your location.

Service was quick and not rude, and the food was good. However, the floors were so sticky people were almost losing their shoes. The tile on the walls was covered in unknown sticky substances and black smears. In the women's room, the toilet paper hadn't been replaced in so long that the two rolls left out were both almost depleted. It had been so long since anyone had taken the trash out that not only was the trash can overflowing, but the BBQ lunch bag that was brought in as a supplemental trash was overflowing. Overall cleanliness of this place was a 1/5 at best.

My first exposure to Krispy Kreme was their first location in north Fresno (now Chick-fil-a). I loved it! Went back many times. Moved to the bay area and enjoyed them there too. This time at the new location, I'm not sure what happened but it was vastly different than my previous experiences. The glaze was not very sweet, the doughnut flavor and texture was a little funky and left an undesirable aftertaste. I may try them again, but my expectations are low. I'll stick to traditional corner doughnut shops.

We took our granddaughters and ate inside one Sunday morning. There was one employee waiting on customers. Two were making donuts. After finally getting our order right we paid and had to wait on my husbands coffee order. Instead of completing the order and making my husbands coffee two people came in and he waited on them. After he made their drinks and rang them up he proceeded to make my husbands coffee. I will not go back. The new donut place behind McDonalds called Fresh Donuts gets our business. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Supposedly open 24 hours. Well we walk in at 10:30 to a completely empty store. No doughnuts except the original ones that are just being made. Was told by an employee that we could have a dozen for $5(it was made out like he was doing that because they didn’t have any doughnuts to choose from) but when we paid for the doughnuts they charged us $10.99 for them and the manager then refused to honor what his employee told us. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are amazing and I while I loved the two glazed and 1 sprinkled doughnuts I picked up from this location, the Latte I ordered fell very far from the mark. It's an awful shame too, as Krispy Kreme could legitimately ease some of the congestion from the Starbucks next store. But the truth is, when you serve what tastes like hours hold coffee with steamed milk as a latte, you're not going to win any part of the coffee market. Note to KK. Also, I would like to add, that I've worked amongst many food/beverage establishments, and I would never, not in a million years, speak to a customer like that, much less someone who traveled all that way, much less any human being. And I can safely say the same for my managers along the way, many of which who had to deal with customers who were much, much worse than 2 young girls and their dog, trying to take a few minutes to figure out what they wanted to buy. I would love to follow that guy around at every and any food/beverage residence to see if he can figure out his order in 30 seconds or less, because apparently, that's all it takes to get the cops called on you for "taking business from other paying customers." I am still appalled, and quite honestly still as puzzled as ever. I am, however, not surprised. Seconds after we started packing up our bags, several different families and people who overheard our situation, came up to us, reassuring us that the "manager" who harassed us acts and behaves that way quite frequently, and to quite a lot of people. Not that it made it right, but clearly something higher up needs to be done. This is the second time I've read and/or heard about employees at this location being despicable humans. What a disgrace. I suppose I'll pray for that man. He truly does need it, with all that unresolved and misfired hatred.

The service was lousy. I had to get out of drive thru line and go in not once, not twice, but three different times to get exactly what I ordered. And they tell u they have cappacino but its not! Its strong coffee with flavored creamer. And then the donuts tasted like 2 day old donuts from a regular bakery. It was not a good experience and I was very dissatisfied.

I've never had a good experience here. Staff is always very rude or at the least obviously uninterested in giving you good service. Today though a young man cashed me out and he seemed pleasant. also tables have never been clean. I have always had to wipe one down. But hey donuts are always good so I keep coming back regardless.

Very poor customer service. Walked out & refuse to go back. They lost a loyal customer. After reading the comments i see im not the only one that had a bad experience with the African american lady. When i called to speak to a manager she called my fiancee's phone back 2 times cussing us. She called my 17 yr old son a meth head.. I called corporate and they never called back. Our issue started when we were purchasing doughnuts she refused to let my son go to bathroom.

What sets Krispy Kreme apart from other donut shops is their glaze. Most donuts have such a thick, sugary glaze that I can't eat more than two without feeling sick. But Krispy Kreme's glaze is nice and light while still being plenty sweet. I can enjoy multiple donuts, which are of a higher quality in the first place. If you've never tried them, you owe it to yourself to rectify that asap.

It's been a long time since I've been to Krispy Kreme and it will be a long time before I return. The line was all the way to the back door this morning and they only had one cash register open on a Saturday morning. And the young girl running the cash register didn't seem to know what she was doing so she was very slow. The manager didn't seem to care that the line was so long. At one point they called another person up to help the inexperienced girl at the register but they did not open a second register. It took 25 minutes to get my doughnuts. That was not in my time schedule this morning. I see other similar reviews. The owners need to figure this out.

Arrived at the 280 Krispy Kreme 1 1/2 hours before closing and parked to go in and see what I wanted to get from the assorted doughnuts. I didnt get a look because the 3 employees had already put those up and they were cashing out the money drawers. They looked at me like I was horrible from coming in to buy something. I had just drivin 20 minutes to get there or I would have walked out, but these were for a birthday the next day. Its a bummer but I will Never go in there again!!!!

The doughnuts are good. Not the best in town, but consistent with other Krispy Kremes. But the staff are barely competent and it takes forever to get an order either outside or in. The orders have to be repeated multiple times and are rarely correct in the end, in my experience. The last time I went, we sat in line behind two other cars for 15 minutes at like 3:00 in the afternoon and didn't get part of our order.

For several months this location has become a horrible experience. No one knows anything any longer, no one can run the cash register, the Loyalty Rewards do not work by scanning or by entering a phone number, Google Pay does not work, and they never have the promotional donuts. I never got a chance to try their Birthday donut or Coffee Glazed. They open at 6:00 a.m., but are never ready to sell anything, either there are no donuts there or the registers are closed and no one knows how to open them. I cannot use the buy a dozen get a dozen glazed free promotion on their receipts because nobody knows how to do it. There definitely needs to be some register training. They do carry donut holes now. That is a change for the good. This location was.... Well kept Krispy Kreme kiosk. All fresh donuts are shipped in every morning from a local store. I'm there when they arrive in the mornings. They don't carry all the donuts made in the full stores but they have a very good variety, sadly, no donut holes. They have all sorts of beverages, but I have never tried them, I personally go just for donuts. I have always received very friendly service at this location and it is kept very clean.

These donuts don't taste like regular donuts. They are very special and extremely sweet. There is a certain taste donuts usually have that may not be appealing to some; Krispy Kreme donuts are free of this aftertaste and time after time this location proves to achieve a consistent taste in their products. Pretty amazing I've never actually been to Krispy Kreme before yesterday, I've heard about it several times but never have I ever been there. When I went there with some relatives I decided to order one of their original glazed donuts which are about $1.49. When I had taken my first bite I was overwhelmed in a good way. It was as if I had eaten a small peice of heaven. Its texture, sweetness, and warmth was just astonishing. I do recommend this place, even if the prices tend to be a bit pricey it's still worth it.

I am a Krispy Kreme fan. But on my last visit, I was extremely discusted by the nasty wall under the viewing window. The black mold on the wall just under the window. There was no inspection score within viewing distance. If I return to that location again, if there is not any change I WILL be walking out and contacting the health department!

I love Krispy Kreme. Was I disappointed today. We ordered a custard filled chocolate frosted donut. The donut was so stale it could not have been made today. The custard had a slightly tart taste. I hope it was a touch of lemon not custard going bad. I dont have to worry about my Krispy Kreme cravings because I have no desire to go back.

Today I had the worst experience with Krispy Kreme in this location. I order a half dozen Of including 2 Chocolate iced custard filled which were nasty and had really bad smell inside You can smell the mold. I think because it was old and Not fried or cooked very well

I was disappointed to learn that on the 16th Street Mall location in Denver. They didn't bake fresh donuts but instead the items were trucked in from another store location elsewhere. They had the ordasity to charge a higher price per item then there partner stores that made items fresh daily. I paid 96 cent for one old dry donut plus tax of 8 cents more. I just don't see the value of buying donuts and other items from a store that doesn't have a "Hot" sign in the window.
