I've so wanted to like this Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is friendly enough. However, every time I order wings, I request extra sauce (or "extra wet", as they refer to it). Yet each time, the wings seem drier than the last. Not only is there no extra sauce but it seems they used almost no sauce at all. And maybe I'm being paranoid but... given such disregard for the customer, I hesitate to say anything for fear of what might be done to my food should I return it to the kitchen.

Service was slow and confusing. One waitress started us off with ordering our drinks, but a different waitress brought us the wrong drinks. Then another waitress came for our food order. The wings were okay but the fries were cold by the time they made it to the table. Lastly, after our food was brought to us we didn’t see our waitress for another hour, and had to wait for drink refills. Hopefully we have better service next time.

I haven’t eaten inside this one before, I’ve done pick up several times. Something is always missing. One time when I asked the to go person to go back and grab my missing items. She “got it” and I specifically asked if she got it all. She said yes. Got home. Still missing things! I’ve worked in the restaurant business. There are designated To go people. You have one job! One of my go to restaurants when we can't decide on where to go. Can never go wrong with getting their wings. I prefer the traditional over boneless though, the boneless can tend to have a little too much breading but still waaay good. Their burgers and fries are amazing as well, love the thin cut fries.

Picked up to go order. It was wrong. They seemed very annoyed that we asked them to fix it. They put the new food back in the original box with the wrong sauce all over it. We waited 10-15 minutes so the old fries were cold (I'm sure they had them sitting open on the counter in the back :(. The girl brought the food out and shoved it at us. We had an order for 6 people so all of the other food was getting cold. No apology at all! For the price it was a disappointment. This is the 2nd time in a row our order was wrong!

Understaffed. Had a to go order that I placed online, showed up 5 min after the pick up time, waited 8 min before anyone noticed. Was told that my food wasn't quite done yet...another 15 go by before I had my food. Over an hour after placing my order before I received my food, and it was missing things. I had to mention this to get it corrected. I asked about the wait, the hostest said that management keeps the staff light. Expect to wait.

Unpleasant experience , wings were not good,. The waiter almost kicked us out , he brought the check immmeditly after food was served and offered to get us boxes for the leftovers twice while we are still eating.I felt unwelcomed and rushed to leave the place.

One of the member of our party arrived early and was severed a beverage from a server. When the rest of us arrived she walked by our table countless times with out acknowledging us. I saw how hard Carleon was working and asked him if he would be our server. He was phenomenal completely turned the experience around. He is an amazing server and def. I've been to this location a few times and the service is always good and usually pretty fast. This time we went mid-afternoon so we were seated immediately. When I point these details out to the care taker , she heartily tells me that she is gonna give me a discount for this . The discount was $1. Try this place at your own risk . The food was pretty good, but our server wasn't the best. We tried to order a beer off the menu, but she said they don't actually have the beers listed on menu, and that those are just "corporate beers". When we asked what local beers they have, she couldn't answer that either and could only mumble a random beer or two. Other than that, it was a pretty decent visit. It was pretty much what you would expect from a sports bar and grill.

One of the best Bdubs experiences I've had. The girl who took my order on the phone, Keller, was polite, bubbly, and very very helpful. She was also a the one to greet me when I arrived, and bring me my order. The food was hot and fresh and made perfectly. Honestly an A+ experience.

I call this place the McDonalds of the sports bar restaurant genre. Whether that’s a compliment or not is subjective. Most locations have a basic cookie cutter layout. The wings are by far the best thing they do. They are above average with a variety of flavors/spices to pick from. However a majority of the menu items are of the processed variety loaded with sodium (including the bottled wing sauces which they sell). Decent venue to catch a big game but food is closer to processed fast food than traditional sit-down restaurant fare.

I don’t usually leave reviews on anything unless it ruined the restaurant for me. It’s simple honestly, not that big of a deal but I ordered teriyaki boneless. Got teriyaki bone in, tried to call about the mistake and they gave me the run around for longer than I was willing to take. My fiancé also got food at the same time, the order was correct but it tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. Wasn’t a great experience, won’t be back. Somehow Pizza Hut does wings better.

I have to be honest here - my days off being a patron of Buffalo Wild Wings may almost be at an end. It's a shame too, because I did really enjoy the restaurant at first. Lately every step for the company seems to be in a cost cutting direction. I don't have a problem with cutting costs, but it really hurts at a place that, let's face it, doesn't afterwards have the highest quality. This last visit today was also a bit of a nightmare. Myself and four friends came in around 1:45 for lunch. We did get seated right away, which is good, but it was all down hill from there. Four of us ordered lunch specials, and it took a good twenty minutes for the good to start coming, and when it did it came in waves. They forgot one order completely (mine) and when it came out fifteen minutes later, everyone those was done eating. Then the bill came - we had all been charged for wings and more for sides, NOT for the lunch specials. We asked to see the manager, who said "sorry, but I can't do anything." That's not any way to run a business and help your customers.

Being active duty in the United States Army, I have been in some hostile environments, but nothing could prepare me for the hostile environment that I was put into last night. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I truly would. I’m not sure if the manager Justin McCord was intimidated by the color of the skin of the individuals at the table but Justin was by far the worse manager I have ever experienced. This establishment is supposed to be a Bar and Grill that attracts crowds for big events. For this to be the NCAA Championship, this place was completely empty. While visiting this establishment we placed several orders for food and drinks. Through out the night we put up with several food items that were cold, serving chicken that had been sitting for a while, and drinks from the bar that were not properly made. When one drink was sent back you would think that the manager Justin McCord would approach the table to try to fix the switching and try to make things better however, Justin never came to the table. When giving the checks at the end of the night several things were wrong. Being charged for drinks that were sent back along with being charged for water, I just couldn’t wrap my head around why the manager never came to the table before being asked. When Justin finally approached the table, he came off aggressive and unwilling to fix the issue. The only question that was asked of Justin is for him to fix a proper drink or please remove the item from the receipt. For some odd reason Justin was unwilling to do stating that he had already removed one item. As a manger it is your job to make sure you staff is truly prepared for the night. The few options Justin gave was for us to pay the tab or he would call the cops on us stating “we refused to pay the tab”. However, all tabs were paid but the one ticket that was incorrectly charged. I do not understand why you felt the need to lie to your general manager. At the end of the day you were dealing with well-educated and professional individuals that will not stand for being talked down own. Justin had you came to the table as a professional all of this could have been eliminated. I will never step foot in your establishment again!!

Our local BWW and we eat here frequently. Usually good service and love the wings. Only problem we ever have here is we have a child that sits in a high chair and they refuse to let us sit in a booth with a high chair (fire code violation?). If I could give this place zero star rating I would. As I sit in the booth with my husband, and 2 daughters, all I can hear is 2 of the employees. These employees are doing nothing but complaining. As they complain right at the front of the restaurant, they are using any and every curse word possible. My children are not even 2 feet away. I’m appalled just by the people who work here. We haven’t even received our food and our experience is ruined.

I just came in 7/22/2019, Time: 1:00PM: Your piss poor service has finally prompted me to write a review. AVOID DURING LUNCH!!!!! You guys are DOWNTOWN INDIANAPOLIS, a prime location . . . and are probably THEE slowest establishment around the area. You have people that have either a short 30 minutes to 1 hour lunch; RESPECT their time and get people's food out HOT! Tried placing order via app and website didn't go through. Got to the restaurant and the parking lot was a tiny mangled mess of cars. Waiting 37 mins for a large and small order of traditional wings. Get home and didn't like any of the usual sauces I get. Chicken was dry and sauces were bland. Haven't had bdubs since I moved here from Chicago and definitely won't be going back.

There was a younger man who wasn't even serving who came checked up on us while our server was chatting it up with the front person. I was a server in college, so I understand when things happen, however this still had me baffled. There were 8 of us at the table top easy dinner before a concert. Our food took more than 45 minutes to get to us despite it not being busy at all. When it did arrive, it was cold and two of the meals didn't come! The REGIONAL manager just happened to be there and came to the table to get the order for the missing meals. They finally came about 5-10 minutes later, but it was another 15 before we saw our server again. At this point, we're running late for our concert and we ask for the checks. We had to ASK that something be done for something be done about the two missing meals. Another 10 minutes and still nothing. Eventually, we grab the STORE manager and explain the situation. Despite the fact that she will probably be getting in some trouble for it from her boss, she offers to take care of all of our checks. Again, I used to be a server, so I get it when things happen. But, the amount of time the resolution took, the fact that we had to ask for something to be done about the missing meals, and the sad reality that the store manager had to go above her boss' head to get it taken care of is all very disappointing. Count me out if you're going to B-Dubs!

There was mention of a concert that slammed them, but when I came in there were more dirty tables than INDIVIDUAL customers. Service was very poor. Food was as consistent as any other BWW... very consistent. So worse case, it was poor staffing and management planning for activities in the area.

I want to like this place. I love wings in general, and I don't think I've ever had anything less than good tasting food a BW3. The service is tragic. Slow, inattentive, and inaccurate with the check - and I was there for lunch by myself and it was not a busy time at the restaurant. Oh well, maybe I'll give them another try someday.

At first I was going to give a one star because me and my friends were waiting for long time to be seated. The employees just ignore at the host stance pretending we were not there , the host was outside taking her time smoking a cigarette. Until we finally got seated, our waitress was truly wonderful , she provided wonderful hospitable attitude and we enjoyed the service as much we enjoyed the delicious wings.

Their new menu is terrible. Everything is cooked from frozen. The prices haven't gone down but the food quality has tremendously. They also cut their menu down to a 1/3 of what they used to offer. It used to be a favorite restaurant of ours now I won't be returning unless the menu is changed. For the price the food shouldn't be frozen.

We're regulars here so we tend to pick our spot for a specific waitress who is always spot on with what we want. To the unbais side of it, food was cooked properly and beer was cold. Being particular, wish the beer mugs were frozen cold but not gonna let that damper it.

Every single time I go here it’s terrible, and I’ve never gotten my correct order. Decided to give this place one last try because they have door dash now, but I regret it. Ordered bbq wings was delivered hot buffalo wings. How does that happen? My receipt even says bbq? Those sauces aren’t even the same color? Wish i could do 1/4 of a star. Place doesn’t even deserve that though.

This place has started hiring better servers. We had quit going for a couple of years but several weeks ago we decided to give it another try. There's a young lady in there (I think Abbie) - who is superb! I saw her waiting on who i assume was a regular and met them with their drinks at the table. I will be asking for her section again - however, she's pregnant - so i don't know how much longer she will be there.

Ordered takeout on the website with my friend. Ordering was fast and super easy! The employees in the store were very friendly and helpful. We both tried the breaded chicken wrap and I got the potato wedges as a side. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed the honey BBQ sauce on my sandwich. I tried the bourbon honey mustard on the side, which was also good. I will definitely be coming back to try out all of the other sauce flavors!

Went in sunday night more than an hour and a half before closing. Sat down at the bar and waited...... and waited...... 5 minutss and no one even showed up behind the bar. Gentleman next to me said no one had been back there for over 10 to 15 minutes. Ended up walking out and going to Texas Roadhouse. This is my first time at Buffalo wild wings. I came in with a friend and his family from Monterrey Mexico. He enjoys Buffalo wild wings while at home in Mexico. So it took a Mexican national to have me try it… We really enjoyed the service and the manager came over and talk to the table in Spanish which was nice it made everyone feel right at home. The man who served us went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. He replaced our drinks before they were gone, he brought videogame tablets to the kids, he even learned a few words in Spanish to speak to my friends wife. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend Buffalo wild wings. As far as the chicken goes it was pretty good. I had the medium buffalo boneless and they compare to other well-known wing places but the best thing about Buffalo wild wings is not the wings , it’s the service.!! Even if the food were not good I would still come here but since it is good and it has great service too , I highly recommend buffalo wild wings Sherwood AR.!!!

My family and I come here a lot and we are disappointed seeing the place change. Last night we stopped in for dinner and the food just wasn’t all the same. The nachos are ALWAYS our go to appetizer but they tasted terrible. They did away with the lettuce on them and are now using cilantro, they added a “crema” sauce on top and they changed their queso which is way too watery and has a nasty aftertaste. Since the queso tasted so bad, we didn’t even bother getting our typical side of fries with queso. We will think twice before deciding to make this our sports watching hangout now that our favorites aren’t the same anymore.

We have never had a bad experience at a BWW, so I really hate leaving a poor review. However, we decided to visit Indianapolis just before Christmas. The group we were with decided on BWW for dinner Dec 23rd. There were 4 people in front of us, the 4 of us, and 2 people behind us. Over half of the dining tables were open, cleaned off and ready to seat customers. After waiting for 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the staff, my husband tracked someone down and asked if anyone was available to seat the waiting customers at the door. He was told the wait would be 10 minutes. After waiting another 5, with obvious seating availability, we decided that if BWW didn't want our business we sure weren't going to give it to them.

B-dubs is different from other restaurants not only by it's food, but with the beer/sports atmosphere. The respectful and well trained staff keep customers comfy and relatable. The food can be addicting, but a tad overpriced. Dark lights and sports television EVERYWHERE are a great mix with the alcoholic bar and grilled wings, if that's your thing.

Love this place and we order from here every Tuesday. Had a little mix up with my order and by the time the guy we sent to pick up the food got back they were closed. Tried to call them the next night and a big storm had rolled through and knocked out the power. So even mother nature was trying to keep me from my delicious B-dubs! After much consideration I figured I'd try to get a hold of them on their next traditional wings Tuesday. I spoke with RT, the individual I had originally placed my order with and explained the situation and he rightfully said he would have to ask the manager on shift. I explained what happened to Boris the manager and they made it right. I'm very pleased with how professional everyone was! Keep expecting large orders every Tuesday for the foreseeable future from your patrons at LRAFB!!!

This location use to have a very quick weekday lunch. I have been twice in the last month with extremely long wait times. Food is always good, but service is bad. I occasionally place an online order from this location. I go to lunch at 11:30, before the lunch rush starts so I can get in and out of places quickly. Not here. I place my order online for pickup at 11:30. It's always at least 10 minutes after that before I get my food. So, I started coming in 5 minutes after my pickup time, hoping to save myself some time and the food be ready. Nope. Today I ordered for 11:30 and arrived at 11:37. They went back to look and came back and said it would be 10 more minutes that they were backed up. The restaurant was not even 1/3 full. 4 people came in to pick up orders as I waited. All of theirs were ready, but also all of their orders were wrong too which made me nervous about when I got mine. Finally, 15 minutes later, I get my order. Luckily it was correct. I may still go back as I like the wings, but definitely not as much as i look for better options when I go out.

I gave 1 star because, with out that it doesn’t allow me to write the comment. I can say I got the worst experience in my entire 30 years life. We ordered small traditional Thai curry and potato wedges to a girl who doesn’t even smile at the customers and she said that the food we order is gonna take 40 minutes and since it’s busy we even said ok to that. We told her to get a round of beer and she kept the beer on the bar and signaling us to take the beers which is not at all a good thing. She brought the small traditional Thai curry after 1 hour 10 minutes and she forgot to order potato wedges. Even we are ok with that once after we got the small Thai curry traditional order after 1 hour 10 minutes of waiting we just told her to get the bouts so that we can eat them and god sake she took 15 minutes to get the bouts because she was busy in entering the forgotten orders. She came after 20 minutes with the bouts and the wedges and by the time she came traditional wings were so dry. We told her to take the wings back and she got so mad and without even saying sorry she took all our stuff including with ranch as if it was our mistake. By seeing the way we were treated even the people who are sitting besides our table called the manager and explained the horrible way how she treated us. I request you guys please don’t go to this place because they are very terrible and don’t ever think that you are going to get a fun time here. God please remove this bww branch from Indianapolis downtown because they are doing horrible things to the customer

Literally at buffalo wings and i was waiting right at the order line first and this blonde girl who has short hair ,wearing silver earrings April 25, 2019 at 7:28pm..just checked out these two guys who were behind me. I find that rude. She literally knew and saw i was first, didnt even asked if i was helped, even tho i wasnt at the time, i was just waiting to pay for my order pickup. Is there no common courtesy at this buffalo wild wings or do they just hire "oblivious" people. Never have i ever experienced something like this at CF buffalo wild wings. I would rarely ever leave a 2 star comment and i think this is my first time leaving one but wow, rude. Thankfully my server who helped me checked me out and she was understanding and was nice and i appreciated her service, if i could id give her a 5 star. I really dont make these kind of comments, but maybe this girl who checked out those guys first needs to be trained better, because that was pretty rude lol. Anyways, next time id rather be checked by an awesome buffalo employee and not by someone who thought it would be cute to ignore the person who was already in line waiting for a waitress to check out and instead ignore and just check out these two guys instead. Not busy at all and we ordered 3 kids meals, an appetizer, and a large order of wings. We sat here for almost half an hour before we got any good. The wings came out 10 minutes before the kids meals and the appetizer came out after that, and they forgot a kids meal and a side of onion rings. Great place to watch sports of all kinds. Wall to wall TVs. wide variety of wings also. The blazing is ridiculously hot. My personal favorite is the parmesan. Also the cheese curds are awesome. Nachos are ok. Staff are usually friendly and place is always clean. Have happy hour specials as well. Even have hand held video games to keep the kids busy or to play poker or quiz games with others in the restaurant.

Me and my bf went here since he got a gift card for christmas to this place. We waited probably 10 mins for a table. Then our appetizer we ordered was like a cheesestick from sonic. Not what i expected. We only got that wings and two drinks and it was 50 dollars!!!!!!!! Even with our gift card we paid almost 30 out of pocket. We could have went somewhere nicer for this amount of money. Even chilis has 2 for 25. My wings weren't the flavor like I got the last time. But by the time we got them I was starving. By the time I got home I figured might as well finish my left overs we paid for and I couldnt even finish them. I was sick for TWO days after eating. Im so disappointed this was my 2nd and last trip. I'll make sure to let me friends know not to waste the money!

Don't even bother stepping in here. I only gave it a star because I cant leave a zero star. Had a large party and told it was a 20 minute wait. It turned to 30 because the last party took a little longer. After the y left we ended up seating ourselves and cleaning our own table. We then waited 45 minutes to get our order taken and waited patiently. An hour later we still had no napkins, no drinks, and no food. We ended up walking out. As we were leaving the server started bringing the drinks and told us she's not a real server just a cashier. Seriously? No apology or checking in with us to give us updates on order. Don't bother even stepping in this establishment. We're from out of town and had been in meetings all day and starving. Needless to say this place is starving for better service. Really disappointed. We ended up at PF Chang's down the street where we were seated in minutes and drinks brought out right away.

My blue cheese burger was on point. Would have been 5 stars if the patties were a little bigger but it's a chain restaurant so just a step or two above fast food. But delicious, and the fries were the skinny kind and there was more than enough of them.

Went in today around lunch time with plenty of seating open and asked if I could sit in the first section so I could have a comfortable seat to dine at. I was directed back to the bar which I've dined at before with plenty of awkward to borderline hostile conversations with drunk people. So I sat down to order and for 5 minutes no one approached me with a menu or anything. At this point I decided to walk out because it's abundantly clear the staff doesn't care based on their unwillingness to assist the customer. I won't be taking my business here again.

It pains me to write this review, truly. The first time we ate there, in 2013 on our honeymoon, this was an amazing BWW location. We were seated immediately at a table big enough to accommodate my laptop so that we could compile our pictures while we ate. The manager came by to talk to us and got the exact game I wanted to watch at a TV closeby. The internet service was fast. I bragged about this location when I returned to my regular BWW at home. But I'm sad to say that the passage of time hasn't done the downtown Indianapolis location much good. When we returned here this year, we were informed there was a 20 minute wait to be seated, except in the bar area. We were fine with that and proceeded to a table there. Nobody came to greet us. This was on a Wednesday evening and I was planning to play one of the weekly trivia games on the Buzztime playmakers. So I find the charging terminal and get a pair of the playpads. But the Buzztime logo isn't on the screen. So I get somebody's attention and ask, and they don't know, but they promise to get the manager. We still haven't been served at this point, no drinks, no menu, nothing. So I ask again about the playpad, and 3 employees stand right in front of us having a round-robin conversation of 'I don't know, do you?' I was fed up at this point, so I said to my wife 'let's go' and we walked out. Fortunately we were able to locate another BWW in the city that had working playpads in time for my weekly game. We have enjoyed both of our trips to Indianapolis, but we won't be returning to this BWW on our next visit. It has gone seriously downhill in every regard.

After my daughters graduation I let her choose where we go, she choose Buffalo Wild Wings for the six of us. We were seated right away and after about 10 mins the waitress came over to take our drink order and then left and didnt return for about 10-15 mins with our drinks. She proceeded to take our order at that time mind you the place was not busy by any means. We are all talking and joking and i kept looking at my watch 40 mins had gone by and no food, no waitress at about 47 mins after we put our order in she comes and refills two or three drinks, doesnt put any ice in the cups just refills it with pop... and I ask her if she can go and check on our food. 57 mins after our order goes in she starts bringing out the orders...first order cold, second order cold, third order not right and also cold, fourth order cold, fifth order cold finally the sixth order comes out warm. So I asked to speak to the manager the manager agrees to remake the 3rd order cause it wasnt right and take it off of the bill which was already a free meal to begin with. And took a lousy $12 off of my bill, as I was paying for everyone. After this last visit I will never be visiting the Cedar Falls location. And it was one of the ladies 1st time to Buffalo Wild Wings and they also said they will never go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This was the most disappointing meal I have ever eaten, from a restaurant or otherwise. My husband and I placed our order online at 4:40pm; he drove to pick it up when we were informed (via the online tracking) that it was ready at 5:20pm. He returned home an hour later. Despite being told that our order was ready, he arrived to the restaurant to find that it was not. At one point he was told they were bagging it up - they were not. He was not compensated in any way for the wait and inconvenience. When he arrived home, our order was not only cold but incomplete. I was missing part of my meal, my chicken sandwich was colder than room temperature and tougher than acceptable, the lettuce on my sandwich (pictured) was almost rotting, and my husband's wings were also cold. I attempted to call the restaurant to speak to a manager. I was told none was available so I left my name and number; I have yet to receive a call back. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. Our only positive note is that the hostess was kind despite being very busy. 1 star is too many for this experience.

This BWW seems to fall behind other's I've visited. Largely - the kitchen doesn't produce the same 'quality' as other BWWs. In two or three visits over a couple years everything just seems a little off. The restaurant on our last visit was rather busy, service was and a manager serving us. Good on her, it's nice to see managers helping the staff. My issues with this BWW are all "back of the house" staff - the food just doesn't live up to my expectations based on other BWW's.

Called to place an order for take out. The person that answered made the ordering process SO painful. Asked me to repeat everything multiple times and clearly had no knowledge of how the system worked or the menu. I said never mind and placed my order online at 7:20. They said the food would be ready at 7:40. I arrived at 7:45 and they said they needed 10-15 more minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and they said they needed a few more minutes. I waited. 5 minutes later I asked for an update and they said, “we have no idea when it’ll be ready.” I thought, “why am I even waiting then!?” As I sat waiting, 3 groups of people walked out. One man yelled, “I’ve been sitting here for an hour and 10 minutes, never got my food, and only got one beer!” Ended up getting my food at 8:20 and they forgot half the wing order. I will not be returning to this particular Bdubs.

This place is like home for me. It was my first job, the Opelika, AL location. I will always love the food. I love the feel of the place, the vibe. The energy is contagious. It’s loud in there, that’s the only complaint I’ve ever heard, but it’s intentional. I love how loud it is. Working there...it’s nice waking out after a shift and it’s quiet. But as soon as the music fades, so does your energy, that place is full of high positive energy. It’s a breeding ground for high positive energy. Go there for any game and tell me it’s not a memory you’ll cherish forever.

Bufalo Wild Wings is exactly what they depict on their TV commercials. The cheesesteak was exactly what I would have expected from BW's. The concoction that was on the roll could have been served on just about anything, nachos, fries and/or grilled cheese. Colorful and lots of flavor but not a lot of substance. They do them very well, cheesesteaks not so much. Beer specials and selection pretty much saved the experience.

Came early for the Tuesday BOGO boneless wing night. We were one of the first tables there, however it took our waiter 50 minutes to get our appetizers and then forgot our ranch. Even after being reminded, it still took him 10 minutes with the ranch. Other waiters were ignoring us while we tried to get the status on our food. We finally found the manager and to find out our waiter never put our order in. Completely wasted an hour and a half of our time. Probably not coming back to this location because I get crappy service everytime I come with minimal compensation for the loss of our time. Hopefully this issue is resolved before Saturday fight nights.

The service is pretty good here. Obviously Tuesdays are a busy night, DUH, everyone is there for the same reason. BOGO. So if you complain that you have to wait when you are ordering possibly 40 wings per person in your party... you are ridiculous. Buffalo Wild Wings has mediocre food for a moderate price, with hit or miss service. The chicken is definitely nothing special, and compared to other chains, such as Baumhowers, both the boneless wings and regular wings pale in comparison. The sauces are decent, but the price is probably only worth it on 2 for 1 Tuesdays. I have had excellent service here, as well as poor service, but it leans toward decent. It can often be loud, but there are certainly plenty of TVs.

I went with my wife in February once and another time in March. Both of the times I got my food burger cold. The meat and buns were cold. In Feb I waited for food 20-25 mins. My wife and I had to ask The waitress a few times to get the stuff we needed. In March we went there and we had to wait 45 mins and the cold burger. I don’t think I would go back. The food was ok. I have been here a few times in the last couple of months and the past three visits I have had terrible service the first time our server stopped serving us and served another larger table and another server took the rest of our order. The second time I ordered a plain cheeseburger with cheese curds and the burger came out with everything on it and Fries, to give some credit they did comp our cheese curds. The third time we came in at about 10:30 and the rest of our group came in at about 10:45 but we didn't get our food until 11:30 it took forever for water refills and from what I could tell the server DIDN'T have any other tables. The picture I am including is of "extra wet" wings.... They were really dry and barely covered with sauce. The only reason I have kept coming back was to give them a fair try (three strikes you're out sort of thing) but today was the final strike.

Asked twice and still nothing so young man, I believe Carlos, who delivered our food for us brought another set. We ordered food to go the day before period it was set for a pick up of 4:10 p.m. Despite ordering it so far in advance we waited no less than 40 minutes to get our food upon arrival at this location at 4:05pm. The restaurant was not busy. The issue is their system for taking care of carry-out customers is broken. This is our longest wait so far at this location but a typical wait is 20 minutes easy. The only reason I didn't give one star is the food is good (but cool) and the person helping us was polite..the wait is just unacceptable

I love B-Dubbs, especially this location. Our server (Sean) was over the moon helpful and courteous to myself and my party, we waited above average time for our food due to an issue with our ticket but Sean helped us out by remaking the food that was finished before the rest of our order was complete. 02/01/19........Was craving wings and figured this was the place to get them. I couldn't have been more wrong. Waited 45 minutes for a large order of wings and a glass of water ($21.00), used restroom and it was freezing cold. I couldn't get any hot water at the sink when washing hands. Needless to say, it was a lousy experience for the money paid. Next time I'm in Cedar Falls I'll drive up the road and give my business to Texas Roadhouse. Waited 10 min at the bar without service, despite bar tenders walking past me several times. I ended up walking out ad found a cozy pizza place across the parking lot in an ally. In defense of the staff, it was busy--as to be expected. Management needs to find more help. In the heart of downtown Indy on a Saturday, this was perplexing.

Our bad luck was just with the waitress. I would of liked to say it could of been because it was busy. However it was not busy. We were seated immediately (a part of 10), our waitress came over and took our drink order. After that it was horrible. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks. I watched out waitress go over and take the bill/payment of another table. no big deal but then she went to counter and counted her tips, put them in stacks and put back in her bag. Then she walked around for a while and then went to bathroom. Another waitress came to us and we asked for her to be our waitress. She said it could only been done by manager. The second waitress took our drink order again and our first waitress brought us our drinks 10 minutes later. She then started to take our food order. We ordered and she walked away without taking my husband's order. We told her and she started to come back but immediately turned back around and was messing with tickets like she didnt understand what she wrote. She came back after 5 min and took my husband's order. Then for another 10 minutes she just looks at the tickets. She came back 2 or 3 times saying she missed someone's order and we said no she didnt everytime. Finally we asked for a manager. Manger initially said they were short staffed so she had to wait for another server to show up. Well finally we got our food 1.5 hours after we showed up. Our second server was awesome and they did take off $50 off our bill.

It's got great food, we all know this. Usually have good deals on drinks as well. Don't try to eat in for lunch though unless you get like two hours. There have been multiple times when it has taken an hour just to get our food, let alone actually eat it. Other than that though customer service is usually good and unless there are huge sporting events it's pretty quick to get seated.

Great spot to stop for a quick bite or grab a beer with friends. I love the atmosphere of a Buffalo Wild Wings but there are definitely some down sides to their places. 1. Typically the food is not that great. They used to be great and I LOVED their wings but honestly here in the last couple of years I don't know for sure if it is my change in taste or if it is something else that I dont like. However their philly cheesesteak is DELICIOUS. 2. The service is very hit or miss with these places. I have not had a bad experience with this location yet so I will give them this star at the moment. Thumbs up. No issues here. Gotta know what you're looking for this is a fast casual style place not looking for gourmet, more of a sports bar theme. 4 stars ****

WAY too expensive!!!!! I need to add to this review. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the price. 10 traditional wings and a glass of tea was $16 dollars (without tip) The establishment itself is VERY nice! It’s clean , friendly staff, and DOES have good food. The manager even responded to my review to make it right somehow. That was nice!! Haha, what got me stirred was the following day I went to wing stop in Jacksonville and ordered 6 boneless wings fries and a drink for $9. My $16 at wild wings would have bought TWO lunch’s at wing stop. Buffalo Wild Wings is good don’t get me wrong. Their dry rub is TO DIE FOR!! Anyway just wanted to clear my initial review up of being “just too expensive “ Happy eating everyone!!

Very unhappy with the preparation of my meal. I had the ultimate nachos without chili and chicken added. Now initially, the meal APPEARS delicious coming to the table until you get to the middle. Nothing was there but chips. I requested more queso. They ended up bringing out another meal of nachos, which felt like a friendly gesture to please me as a customer. I was pleased until I had the same issue with that one. I spoke with the manager and showed her that all I wanted was more queso to cover the rest of the chips since it's completely dryed out once the top layer is eaten. She was nice and agreed. Then the cook who made it came out and said it would be a charge for extra. I explained and showed him what I showed the manager. He stated it still will be a charge for extra queso. I started to feel taken advantage of and declined the meal entirely. The waitress did try to help with my family's and my meal. It just didn't go well for any of us and ended up leaving still hungry, looking for a meal to eat.

Excellent! Nice menu items. Best wings EVER! So many different delicious sauces to choose. Juicy never dried out wings because everything is cooked to order. Late night $5 appetizers are amazing. My daughter loves the Mozzarella sticks and orders them every time were there. The service was great. Our waiter @ the Nlr location named Hoses(Jose) did an incredible job. He had a positive vibe and feel good energy, thumbs up to him for that. The manager name Joey came over and made us feel ever more welcomed. They are doing their thing in that place.

No refund. DONT GO, TRUST ME! If you need a job tho, I'm pretty sure the only qualifications are that you breathe. Dining room was barren and there only seemed to be one girl working the carry out line. Just now got the food at 1920. No one seemed to know what they were doing or what to do. Poor service. - Incomplete order: vegetables, salad dressing - Long wait time - Food not hot + Good salad Placed an order online over 2 hours before picking it up. The order was simple: 18-20 wings with 4 different sauces, 4 boats of celery/carrots, two salads (one with BBQ ranch, the other Lemon Vinagarette dressing) When I arrived they said that it will be 10 minutes before I could leave. I had to wait another 25 minutes before the wings were done. I was in a rush out the door to get home with dinner (it's now nearly 7:40pm), and didn't check the bag - which was a mistake. Once I arrived home, the wings were lukewarm (easy microwave fix), unpacked the salads (which were actually good!) and noticed that all SIX dressing containers were either tartar sauce or plain ranch (wth). Also, I had asked for 4 boats (celery+carrots) and those were missing. The expectation of every order should be that it is accurate when I place it, and done on-time, as it states in the ordering process. I shouldn't have to place an order and compensate by making the pickup time 15-20 minutes before I want it to be actually ready, just so they can get it done when I need it to be done. I won't be ordering online from this location because even after being in business for over a year with online ordering, they still can't get their hands around how to prepare online order in a timely manner - there appears to be no pre-prep and they started making the order when I got there. While I was waiting, I heard them struggling with how to handle a DoorDash order - so if you're thinking about using DoorDash, don't - you'll get a lukewarm incomplete order. Based on all the other reviews, sounds like visiting this place in-person is also a mistake. In other words, just buy the sauces and make it at home yourself.

my mom and i came here before a concert. Before walking in we knew exactly what we were getting. We waited 5 minutes before we got sat. Then another 5-10 min before someone actually came to talk to us. While waited we saw a server talking to what looked like her friends and then was sitting at the pick up area counting her money. After she decided to see what we wanted to drink we told her our drink order and our food order. You would think before we got our food we would get our drinks but that wasn’t the case. We waited 15-20 minutes before anything and she just sat our stuff done without saying anything and then disappeared. With being on a time limit this is very inconvenient not to mention like everyone else. THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY!!! probably because their service sucks!!!!!

Pretty disappointed in the service our waitress provided I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she could’ve at least been more polite. Took our orders, gave us our food and never came back to check on us meanwhile she was handing other customers refills and making sure they were doing fine. Which was right next to us... she even looked directly at us when I tried to get her attention and didn’t even bother to stop by and ask how we were doing. She only came back to hand us the check. I had to ask for refills and boxes twice before she even got them. Like I said having a bad is alright but don’t take it out on paying customers. You missed out on a $15 tip.

Buffalo wild wing as a restaurant is a great place to eat. Though the last few times I’ve been to the cedar falls b-dubs the service has gotten worse and worse. My last visit I was with a group of 9 and we where all politely seated right away. It was later in evening and wasn’t to packed. We all ordered wings and all but one of also asked for extra sauce on them. We had to wait 53 minutes to get all the wings out to us and all of the wings but one of my friends came out dry, even had dozen or so that just had no sauce at all (not ordered that way). During that entire wait our waitress never came to check on us or see if we needed any refills. After all having to ask for extra sauce she Only brought 5 things of sauce out to us then left again for 20 minutes before we got the chance to finally have to ask for refills. To say the least I was very disappointed and hope that it won’t be my last visit to a B-dubs but probably will be my last to Cedar falls one. Very disappointed when I left with the service.

We enjoy the food and atmosphere, but every time we go we have the worst service. They forget about you even when they're not super busy, people stack at the door for a table when there's plenty of tables open that just need bussed, they get overly confused processing a discount or rewards card. I pre ordered my food and it told me a time of 7:30PM for it to be ready. I get there on time and nothing had been made. My friends that had ordered their food after me received their food before me. Cedar Falls, Iowa. College town. We left the football a bit early to beat the crowd. Got here to a half empty restaurant. Waiting for my daughter and her boyfriend to get done at the game. Ordered an appetizer while we waited. 45 minutes later my daughter and her boyfriend arrived. Still no food. At this point the place was filling up, people waiting for tables. All the tables around us are ordering, receiving food, even paying and leaving before we so much as got an appetizer.
