While our condo was cleaned in a timely manner and communication was fluid, we were charged triple what we had been quoted on the phone after they had been cleaning our short term rental for a month.
Initially we had been quoted $35 / hour with a 3 hour minimum. We were duped into using their linen service when they asked us to use it as it would save them time and our unit was small enough that they could get in and out in an hour, but what we didn't know was that we were meanwhile being charged a 4 hour minimum cleaning fee of $180 for a 500 sqft condo (meaning they could have easily used our washer/dryer and linens instead of their own as they would have had plenty of time to wash on premises) and that their linen service cost an extra $80 every cleaning. I could buy 3 sets of all new sheets for that price every time, its only 1 king bed and some towels!
When we called about the bill we received, we were told that they "didn't recall the initial quote and we were wrong" and didn't offer any support given the misunderstanding.
I grew up in Jackson and understand that its an expensive place to live, but this pricing is outrageous when you can receive the exact same service if not better through the many other cleaning services available in the valley for 1/3 the price - we have been quoted today just that.
If short term cleaning isn't your thing Premier Green Cleaning, take the service off of your website. Otherwise take care of your clients like a respectable business and stick with what you quote. When we try to help you out and you end up charging us an extra $80 per cleaning for it, we feel incredibly hurt and taken advantage of.
If you need cleaning services and Premier Green Cleaning is your only hope, make sure you get your quote in an email or at least in front of a notary public.
