I appreciate that work got done but I rec'd an email alerting me that I had an appt. for Sept 1st, I called and was informed that wasn't an actual appt. but that someone would be scheduling the appt. during the month. I also mentioned having a problem inside so I was told they would add in an indoor treatment, which I was looking forward to. Never rec'd any notification that someone was coming, and since I was out of town I didn't see the guy, and because no one notified me I obviously didn't get my inside treatment. When Alden was servicing me things went very well but haven't seen him this year at all. Also, we had a driving rain storm within a day of treatment which probably washed away all the residual action.

Had tons of issues with European Paper Wasps and Box Elder Bugs at my house. The occasional earwig and wandering spiders from hobo to wolf species. Pfitzer came out and sprayed in the spring since then I have seen 0 pest ZERO. Incredible and well worth it, they'll come once in spring and once in fall and you're worry free. Also I was worried about the spray bothering my cat. And there was never an issue.
