My heating unit wasn’t working properly and after having it checked out by the manufacture I was told that it needed to be replaced. In an effort to not have to pay three to $5000 for replacement I called Mighty Ducts. They told me that they specialize in heater cleaning and air duct cleaning and were incredibly quick to get me into their schedule. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and the money they have saved me. I can also tell that my allergies are better after having the air ducks cleaned. We hadn’t had our heating ducts cleaned since we built the house in 1997! When we decided maybe we should do that, we contacted Mighty Ducts through their web site Mightyducts.net, and they arranged an appointment for the very next day. The crew was friendly and efficient, especially given the state our ducts were in. It took close to three hours. They took a credit card for payment as well. All in all, we’re very pleased with the service.

I'm very impressed with the customer service of Mighty Ducts. We recently moved into a very old house and and the gas fireplace really needed some tlc. One of the issues was the pilot light that MD couldn't do so they regerred me to Mr. B's. They repaired the pilot light and said the fireplace badly needed cleaning. They didn't do that but said MD did. Made an appointment and within a few days our fireplace and chimney were cleaned for 200 bucks. They were very efficient and cleaned up ALLdebris. Very happy with Mighty Ducts!

Mighty Ducts was prompt returning my initial phone call. They were available to sweep my chimney the same week I called (others had me waiting one month or more). They were on time for the appointment and efficient once the serviceman was here. Their price was more than fair. Will definitely use their services again!

Did a good job cleaning the chimney past the 6-8in expansion and as far as I can tell that did a good job cleaning the HVAC ductwork. They even vacuumed out the remaining ash in my wood stove. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the mess they left around each vent, the large amount of water on the carpet near the stove, they didn't touch the residue in the stovepipe from the stove to the chimney and worst of all they must've got water on the fan kit for my wood stove because it no longer works! Thankfully it is under warranty and I can get it replaced, but I will never use them again. I'd like to keep my money in Wyoming, but I'm not going to suffer such poor quality work for such ridiculous prices.

I asked them to come clean out the ducts of the house we bought since there seemed to be a fine layer of dust everyday and I figured the ducts may be the cause. Upon looking downstairs at the hvac, it had Mighty Ducts Stickers saying it was due for a "check up" anyway. Being new in town, I figured the sticker either meant they were the best or cheapest, and considering the previous owners, Id bargin theyre the best in town with a good, reasonable price. When I called, they were friendly and helpful and schedualed an appointment about 2 weeks out (for my convenience. They did have sooner availability). When the 2 guys came out, they were kind and courteous, arrived on time (!!!!), and asked before moving around the house and back yard, which was great. They looked in the ducts and saw that I did not even need the cleaning and offered advice about the dust layer instead of charging for an unnecessary service. Then I asked if they had time to do a dryer vent clean out, because I get nervous for lint fires, and they promptly went and did so happily. Payment was quick and easy too, via card on a tablet, and I later received a reciept/invoice in my email. I did not check around town for other pricing, but I definately reccommend only them now. Anyone couldve easily just brought in hoses or whatever to clean the ducts, without inspecting them, and charged me a few hundred to do so. It takes integrity to come out and say that the work I came for isnt needed. So, I will definately reccommend them from now on and use their services. :)

Scheduled within 24 hours, showed up on time as scheduled, recieved txt before arrival, actual cleaning took 15 minutes, hauling hoses took the rest of the time, Mr. Underwood was polite and clean, he assessed the unit and pointed out any areas of future concern (1977 boiler heater). Wanted them to clean boiler and light pilot light. They cant light the pilot and told me to call a heating company, they came and cleaned it up and lit the pilot but thought i should have mighty ducts clean it all. They came and wondered what to do, blowed some air around and charged $100, for 10 minutes work. Used them a few years ago and seemed to be a good company but not anymore.
