Maximum Carpets did an awesome job extracting the water from our carpets and basement when we had some serious water problems. The problem was discovered at 4:30pm and Maximum arrived at 6:00pm and promptly started extracting water. Maximum returned twice each day for the next five days to check all of its machines and to make sure that our carpet was drying properly. Jeff at Maximum Carpets is dependable, flexible and easy to work with. Five Stars!!

It's nice to feel good about a transaction, and that's the case after working with Maximum. They arrived right on time ... the cleaning results were exceptional ... they left no sticky residue ... the mild and inoffensive odor was essentially neutral (no flowers thank you) and disappeared within a couple of hours ... and Jeff took his time to explain how his products work, what they can and can't do and to thoroughly answer any question. The pricing was completely reasonable with no surprises when done... I'm happy.

Jeff is awesome. Always gets back to me quickly about scheduling, is on time and always does a great job. His prices can't be beat!!! Excellent customer service, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers describe Maximum Carpets! Our basement flooded in January and we called Jeff regarding the saturated carpets. He was able to save our carpets, and also worked with the insurance company by arranging other contractors to take care of the drywall and painting. And when someone didn't show up, Jeff and Dan did the work themselves! We were so impressed that when I found mold behind some cabinets, I called Jeff just for advice on what to do. Guess what? Maximum Carpets takes care of mold, too! Jeff promptly came to the house, killed the mold, cleaned the area, and applied a mold resistant primer.

Jeff did an amazing job on our carpets. I called to see if he would be able to do them on May 2 (Monday) when we closed on our new house. He said he had a job scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd, but made arrangements to come on Sunday May 1. I was extremely appreciative that he would come on a weekend to do the job for me. He showed up on time and we discussed further what our needs were. I asked about the disinfectant/insecticide so that it would be clean for my daughter to crawl around on. He told me that was more so for water damage so rather than charge me to have that done, he was honest and said that the steam clean would kill a majority of any germs to be concerned about. We did request the heavy soil treatment for the downstairs carpet because it had some stains on it. They are now ALL gone. I can't express enough what a great job he did and I truly appreciated his honesty in telling me I didn't need an extra service rather then charge me for something I don't need. I can't recommend him enough.

I don't usually write reviews, but Jeff and his team were so great as to warrant the time. Outstanding service, communication and results all around. The expertise they bring makes all the difference in the world. We had our hard wood floors sealed after ten years of neglect and our carpet cleaned after an unfortunate oil spill. Our quality of life is so much better since they finished the job! I'm not saying I want my floors / carpet to get messed up again, but if they did, I'd look forward to working with this crew again for sure.

Long story short, my husband brews his own wine and there was s bottle that just didn't go right. The bottle of blueberry wind literally EXPLODED all over our brand new carpet. I had no hope of recovery, but I asked for recommendations for a carpet cleaner on Facebook. The overwhelming recommendation was Maximum Carpet, so I have them a call. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his company. But let me start with his equipment which is the best in the area. He described in detail the type and cost of the equipment he purchased. It's clear that he invested in the very best carpet cleaning technology. The carpet cleaning was expertly done. This company is fantastic. Don't look anywhere else and put them on speed dial if you are a landlord. I have only used them for a few of the services offered but Jeff is outstanding to work with. Definitive recommend them for all services they offer. I had a basement unit flood and they were there within hours to get the water out and start the process of drying. Extremely fair pricing to remove water, dry, re-stretch carpet, deodorize and a light carpet cleaning to get it back to new again.
