I have taken thing into my own hands based off permission to get this constantly flooding room in the home I’m renting. I made the call, and had instant action from Cowboy Jones. The room is now on the way to order. I’d like to thank Alan for being the professional that I would expect from a company that has such high marks. The original narrative below is based off faults information from an interested third party that I am renting from. No call, no show! I did have one rep come by 2hrs after the scheduled appointment for ten minutes and explained what needed to be done. He left and said he would let the boss know what was up and would schedule an appointment to do the job. It has been silent with no any feed back of any kind. I’ve tried calling several times and left a message with yet the same outcome. Would not recommend the business on a professional level. I can see that they do an excellent job when they do commit to a scheduled appointment.

I had these guys come out to clean my new homes HVAC duct work. The before and after pictures speak volumes for how happy I am that I called them up! The employee who came out was extremely professional and careful around my freshly painted walls!

Cowboy Jones Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on our carpets. We have lived in our house for over 6 years and haven't ever had the carpets cleaned. We ended up getting water in part of the basement so I had Alan come over and assess the situation. He determined that he could make the carpets not only look like new, but smell better as well. Alan was very professional and courteous while he cleaned the carpet and took time out of his day to explain to me what he was doing and why. I would and have recommend Cowboy Jones Carpet Cleaning to anyone who wants a professionally cleaned carpet, but also wants a do-it-yourself price.

Can't comment on the quality of the carpet cleaning because my scheduled appointment was a no call, no show. Needed carpets cleaned when moving out of a house back in March. I would normally just move on, but seeing all 5-star reviews when I'm likely not the first to have this happen bugs me. Save yourself some time and possible frustration, find a different business to clean your carpets. Edit: Since you're claiming to not have spoken with me, check your text messages on 3/29 around 5:12 PM (my original message was at 2 PM). You followed that text up with a call to my office number where we discussed an appointment. I get that you don't want random people to trash your business, but that's not what's going on here.

Cowboy Jones is my fav!! This is actually my second time getting my carpet cleaned and had to leave a review. I called on Friday before Thanksgiving week and they were here on Wednesday to take care of me. Carpets clean fresh and doesn't take long to dry. Keep up the good work guys. Recommend to ANYONE

We have had several different carpet cleaners in the last three years (we have pets so we clean carpets often). The young men from Cowboy Jones did the best job we have had done and they went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We were highly impressed. They will get all our future carpet cleaning jobs.
