I have a split-level house, with a lot of carpeting, stairs and all. Chem-Dry cleaned all of the carpet - it is very light carpeting and a good quality so I wanted to select the very best service. I'm convinced my choice in selecting Chem-Dry was perfect. I am very pleased with my choice - my carpet looks great! I might note that I called them back two weeks later to clean a white upholstered chair, as well. It looks like new again. I was additionally pleased at the prompt and polite service. This company cleaned our carpets on our home we were buying before we moved in. They charged 300 dollars. First impression was It didn't look too bad but smelled kinda funky and like pets. Then my granddaughter spilled something on the living room carpet. I got out our small carpet cleaner and did a small cleaning. I was shocked to find out the water that came out of these so called clean carpets was literally black! Needless to say I will be cleaning then again soon this time on my own... disappointing to say the least!
