Wow, these guys were great! I had my carpets cleaned by another steam clean company in town just a couple months ago and wasn't very happy with the results. I wanted to get them looking great prior to putting our house on the market, so I decided to give the Chem-Dry system a try. I had several different kinds of stains I was worried about getting out also. They got every one of them out!!!!! Not only did my carpet dry much faster and look way cleaner (you should see the dirt they were sucking up), but they were friendly, professional and fast. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I believe their system outcleans the steam cleaning system by far. Thanks, guys!!!!!

Company was friendly from the appointment call to the paying of the bill. I had carpet, couch and chair done. Paul, the owner, arrived on time, worked hard at removing stains and completely left furniture and carpet looking and feeling clean and fresh.

I paid Chem Dry Water Restoration $1,500 to secure its service, with the remainder--$1,500--to be paid on completion. Paul abandoned the job, however, so I hired another company that finished the job promptly and at a fraction of the cost asked for by Chem Dry. The best advice is to ask for and contact references.
