I was only in town for the day doing a show out at the Cam-Plex. I called Bears at approximately 9am to see if they could do wash n fold service the same day, they said they could, I then asked if there was a pick up service, which is usually for their regular weekly customers, they were more than happy to come out to pick up my laundry. In less than 15 minutes they were here to get the laundry, a little after 4pm received a phone call from driver to say he was on his way with my laundry. Clothes came back clean and folded properly, in heavy duty plastic bags. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person with the driver were very nice and helpful. If I am ever in this area again I will definitely use Bears. You really deserve 10 stars. Thank you very much for the great service.

Lauren and the family take such good care of us and our garments. I've sent boots, bags, clothes, jackets, etc over the years. They always have my items on time and under budget. Their pickup/delivery options are affordable and so helpful for busy professionals. They have everything automated from billing to their cleaning system, and it's always fun to stop in. I've had them also tailor for me as well and I've been very pleased. Lauren is so fun and energetic with a great sense of humor. Wonderful to have a family operation keeping Gillette looking spiffy!

I had worked at Bears Naturally Clean while I was in high school. While working there I got to see how they truly care about all of their customers and all of the clothes that are brought into their store. They care about every single detail and make sure that the clothes are looking amazing for every occasion! They did an outstanding job on all of my clothes, blankets, and prom dresses that I needed cleaned or altered. I still take my clothes back to them and wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes and especially with my prom dresses. I highly recommend taking your items to Bears Naturally Clean, you won't be disappointed.

Best place in town for any garment/shoe repair or cleaning needs! I've used Bear's for years getting clothes altered and cleaned. Recently I got a shoe repaired and was amazed how well and quick it was done! (I thought the shoe was hopeless because a dog had eaten half of the top heel area). Bear's took it in and it looks and feels brand new! Highly recommend!
