We hired Servpro of North Kenosha County and we couldn’t be more satisfied! My wife and I have been renovating our historic home for years and over that period worked with several contractors. When the time came to remodel our master bath we wanted to find someone new. After meeting with Marco from Serve pro we were impressed with their professionalism and warmed to the idea of going through the construction process and having workers in our home again. They provided us with a detailed quote, a start date and an estimated time of completion. They started and completed the project on time and the quote only changed to accommodate our additions to the project. One of our concerns was that the rooms around the work area might get damaged during the build out. They took great care to protect our home and keep it clean. They contained the construction area with plastic wall barriers, covered our floors to protect them, used hepa filters to control the dust and routinely cleaned the perimeter. Everyone we meet during the process was friendly and respectful and the quality of the work was very high. Serve Pro did everything they told us they would do in a timely, professional manner that minimized the impact of the construction on our daily lives. We can honestly say that our experience with Servepro was a very positive one. We would absolutely use them again and we feel we can recommend them with confidence. Henry and Jill Racine WI

Servpro north Kenosha promptly cleaned up the water, and did the necessary deconstruction, and every thing else thy promised. Work was promptly done to prevent mold. Highly recommend and thanks.

ServePro is an outstanding company! on April 28th 2018 we were victims of a horrible house fire. ServePro came in and helped us salvage what we could and placed it into storage for us. we are happy to say almost 1 year after we are able to come home and ServPro made moving back in much easier. I saw all these good reviews and figured “these guys have to be good right?” Well we are now 5 weeks in on a job that really only should’ve taken 3 max and the project manager (who doesn’t give us any updates on anything unless we ask) cannot give us an estimated completion date. Why? Well his reason is that the carpet is on back order.... Don’t you think that is something that should’ve been mentioned to us when you had the carpet guy here 5 weeks ago? I would assume the carpet guy would’ve placed the order and known that the carpet was on back order and told the project manager who should’ve told us but didn’t. On top of all the, the restoration people are never on time. Usually 2 or 3 hours late or they just don’t show up at all and don’t tell you. They go for a lunch break and come back 2 hours later. It is ridiculous. We have things to do and we have to make ourselves available to be around all day because we have no idea when they will show up. I DO NOT recommend this company for restoration. The removal was fine and took a week which I understand because of the mold. The restoration included putting up and finishing drywall, painting, trim and carpet. Along with installing a new door to the closet that had the damage. It should’ve been 3 weeks max for the restoration. Instead it has been a month on restoration and we still aren’t done. I suggest hiring out the restoration work yourself. Don’t go through ServPro. It will be much faster and cheaper.

Servpro North Kenosha responded to the Racine Professional Building when a pipe burst causing water damage on two floors and multiple companies occupying the space. Their crews were onsite quickly, were very professional and took care of everything for us. They did a great job and helped to significantly decrease the down time for us. When struck with water damage I personally think they are the most professional team of "construction" workers I have met. They hate having a dirty work space, and try their hardest to make the job site is clean as possible. I think even when tearing down my walls it looked cleaner after they were done then it did when it was normal. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to be working in my house, and when it was all said and done I couldn't tell anything had ever happened. I would recommend them to anyone who is facing water damage.

I had water in my basement and called Servpro. I spoke with John regarding the water/cleanup, and was advised to contact my home insurance company to see if water damage was covered- and then call back. The team- John and Ryan were great! The response time was within 24 hours and the job was done well. The price was reasonable, too. How many companies would advised you to check and see if insurance covered the damage? My opinion is not many. Take the $$$ and run. Servpro will be my only way to go if restoration is needed here.
