Beware: We were taken advantage of in an emergency situation. We had water damage in our basement and needed remediation. ServPro came out and verbally indicated to us that it would cost $1,500ish for 3-5 days of drying the basement. Two days later, they returned, told us the basement wasn't dry and said we'd racked up a bill of $3,500 thus far. Huh?!? Nothing had changed from the original estimate. This review is not based on the quality of their work. It is solely on the fact that they verbally indicated a ballpark estimate, their service didn't change from the original estimate, and yet they charged us over 2x their estimate.

Zero rating or should I say -100000000. This company is the worst. Have left several messages for the owner- Mr. Weber but NO return call. I guess he could care less about clients. Insurance company picks them to do the work and when they get the check- work isn’t done. Billing is falsified to jack up their take. 4 1/2 years after you’re finally done with their disastrous work and you’ve had to pay other contractors to come in and repair the damage they’ve done they accuse you of owning them money. Owner won’t return calls instead sends to collections. Trust me avoid this company.

I had an issue in my basement she the whole town flooded. This guy comes out and routes me between 500 to 850. I get a bill in the mail for over 2000. I called multiple numbers to get an estimate from them for the work and didn't get one. I feel we were taken advantage in the worst situation.
