This company is incredible. They understand how devastating it can be for people to lose things so close to them and go over and beyond to ensure every avenue is exhausted to fix and clean. They are understanding, compassionate and empathetic. I am greatful that i made that call as they made a final retirement military move go from miserable to manageable and I am greatful for that.

I now understand that your people did a wonderful job packing up their belongings. Please disregard my previous review as I didn't understand and was also emotional. They really appreciated your help packing as well as handling those few things the night of the actual fire and I am glad that you concluded your business on good terms.

A tornado/straight line wind hit my building two weeks ago. I had heard good things about ServPro from a carpenter. I called, and within a day I knew my building was in good hands. Within three days they had the water damage mitigated. The employees were respectful and helpful. IF you want great service post-disaster, I highly recommend ServPro. When one has a disaster on their hands, the last thing you need to deal with is dishonest people who are there to "help." The last time I had a disaster, the company I called ripped me off, and I had to hire an attorney.

SERVPRO did an outstanding job! Every person we dealt with was extremely professional, sensitive to the situation that we were dealing with, and thorough. They explained step-by-step how things had to be cleaned up and gave estimates on how long it would take. They called each day to see if we had questions and then called at the end of the day to let us know they were wrapping up. We would HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO for any job.

After there was a fire at my rental house my landlord hired them to do repairs and I hired them to clean my stuff. The workers who did repairs that worked for servpro where great, nice and knowledgeable, the good work ended with them. The workers who did cleaning were lazy and I ended up having clean after them. The contractors they hired to do remodeling and painting ruined the hardwood floors, and spilled paint on them too. Management was unorganized and at times sent the wrong crews to the house, and would not let me know when crews where showing up to pick up my belonging less than a half hour before they were supposed to arrive and expected me to be there to tell them what to get. They also lost a significant amount of my things! DO NOT USE SERVPRO!

Wish i could give them no stars. They charged $75 to come out and do an estimate. Only contractor who has ever charged to do an estimate for repairs. Since this is an insurance job I said you're going to bill the insurance company the $75 charge for the estimate correct? and was told no I had to pay it that day. Their website specifically says they bill and work with insurance companies, obviously not true. I would not recommend this company they take your money and do not provide their services in a timely manner. It's been a week they still have not provided the estimate. Terrible customer service. When I called to find out where my estimate was I was told they were very busy and it would be another two to three weeks.

I have had to use SERVPRO twice within the last month for water in my basement. They were very curteous and professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. Each time they came in to monitor the progress, they called before and after, to make sure I understood what they were doing. They also took care of the paperwork, and worked directly with the insurance company, eliminating the headache and guesswork! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in over their head (literal or otherwise) with water damage in their basement or home.

We had SERVPRO come clean a sewer damage at our home and they were very helpful during this stressful time. They gave us a thorough explanation of the process and what was to be expected. Everyone that came to my house and those that we spoke to in the office were kind, courteous and professional. I would definitely refer them to anyone who may need their service and I would use them again if I needed to.

My brother in law took his life in his home and his wife would not go back to the house until it was clean and asked me to so I did. They demanded a signature so I signed it stating on behalf of my sister in law. It was a horrible day. She fell financial hardship after the incident and could not pay the bill. The owner took her and I to court. I ended up paying him $2000.00 in an conference at court if he would remove my name and I would get my money back. This was over 5 years ago and I never got a dime back. Honesty and Integrity is not his best suit. To sue someone that didn't own the home or for that was done for him because I signed on behalf of my distraught sister in law. Sad.

Very late with my review, but about 18 months ago, our septic pump failed, and backed up into downstairs area. Called ServPro, and their initial responders were fast, and professional. Helped identify the cause, advised on resolution and did an initial cleanup. ServPro also served as our general contractors and dealt directly with our insurance, and sub-contracted all necessary repairs. They were attentive and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with ServPro and will call them again if we ever need them.
