Servpro was professional and quick. We had a water leak that looked to be small, but ended up being a bigger job. Servpro came to our home the same day and got to work making sure our needs were met while ensuring our home was safely taken care of. They took all the necessary steps to dry out and remove the damage and kept us informed and answered all of our questions. They left equipment in our home and came back every morning to check on the progress. They were easy to reach when I had additional questions and always made me feel reassured that the job was being done correctly. Everyone was kind, polite and professional - beyond what was expected.

I went downstairs this morning and found a disaster - a flooded basement that smelled horrible. Since we've had numerous pinholes in our water pipes, my first thought was another leaking pipe. Unfortunately, it was much much worse - our septic system had backed up, spreading raw sewage through much of the basement. I called ServPro and crew chief Jackie Scheiwe was able to stop by within the hour. She assessed the situation and called for reinforcements. Within another hour we had FIVE ServPro trucks parked out front. The troops arrived around 2 pm and worked straight through until 11pm,. They didn't leave until all the sewage was cleaned up, ruined carpets, cabinets & drywall were ripped out, and cement floors & all items that were exposed to the black water were cleaned & sanitized. All salvageable items (piano, bookcases, sofa, electronic gear, etc. were carefully moved to safer ground. Small items like books & movies were boxed up and moved. We now have about 15 jumbo fans running to get everything dried out. I'm totally impressed with the care and concern Jackie and her crew showed for our home and possessions. They didn't just quit at the usual 5pm "quitting time" - they kept working until the job was done. I highly recommend Jackie and ServePro of Dane County West (Verona) to anyone needing help dealing with a stressful situation like ours.

It smelled awful so I turned to Heather at Servpro in Verona. She was able to get the smell out after using her ozone chamber. So thankful for her efforts and unbelievable customer service. My experience with SERVPRO of Dane County West was outstanding. Imagine coming home on a Saturday to the most horrific sewer smell coming from my basement only to discover that the septic had backed up into our home. The SERVPRO owners sent 2 professionals over and had everything cleaned up in a matter of hours. They worked extremely hard and efficiently in some disgusting conditions and in addition to all of that they were polite and showed concern for our home. I happily would have paid double for the service they provided. In addition they left some equipment to finish the job after they left and I received a call from the office indicating what day and time they were planning to pick up the equipment. Seems like a small thing, but with a busy schedule and kids the attention to detail made all the difference. When we received our bill it had a hand written note from the franchise owner. Needless to say I was impressed with the entire experience and would most definitely recommend SERVPRO of Dane County.

They deployed many dryers and removed many old, damaged layers of flooring in my kitchen. When they left, the job site (my precious kitchen!) was very clean. The owner was onsite supervising and was very helpful and knowledgeable coordinating with my insurance company. I love that the owners are involved in the community and local chambers.
