We had a plumbing issue in our first floor bathroom sink, and the water leaked out on that level and into the basement. Cody came over, took thorough measurements, and answered all our questions. When he came back to deliver the detailed estimate, he measured again to see how our efforts were coming along. Top-notch organization! Cody is fantastic! I would like to give Servpro of Appleton an outstanding review. Our school had water damage in March of 2019. We had to move our kindergarten students out of their room and combine our 4th grade classes. Their team was amazing to work with. They listened, they worked quickly and efficiently. Luke, the project manager was asked to teach a quick math lesson on AREA which he knocked out of the park. Overall, we would recommend this team to anyone who needs restoration services. They are true professionals. They have the tools to get the job done!! Their service was great!!

Our basement and house was destroyed by a boiler leak and the most foul-smelling anti-freeze and black water. Servpro needed to come out twice after a second leak. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend if you have any damage to your home from fire, water, smoke or anything else major.

The crew that responded to our basement flood was less than professional. During the initial lookover, the crew manager said that they would definitely need to drill holes in the bottom of the walls since they were so wet and would need to be able to dry out. I was upstairs when I heard one of the crew members swear, and then tell the manager that they didnt have any charges batteries for the drill in order to drill the relief holes. Rather than find a solution, the manager told the crew member to just skip it. At no point did any of the members attempt to mention this to me or come back to fix their mistake. I ended up being charged for services that were never completed. The service provided and lack of morals by the responding crew was less than expected.

we had storm damge and lost our roof...later mold issues. Servpro came to evaluate and later the clean up and removal of the spores. We had Luke, Rhonda, Eddie, and Ino on our team. I found them all to be very courteous, helpful and informative. always checking with me to see if I had any questions or letting me know where they were in the process. Luke wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible and didnt spend more then we needed. the whole team was very respectful of our house and our things. Which in my experience isnt the norm for hired work in the house. they showed up on time and were very efficient. had no issues at all.
