I have nothing but great things to say about this company. When I left a voicemail message, my call was returned within the hour (whereas other companies couldn't be bothered to return my call). The appointment was set up so that the service could be done soon. The technician who cleaned our carpeting was so nice--he was great with our three cats. I felt at ease having him work in our house. The final job was phenomenal. This guy worked really hard and was so thorough. I felt like we got a good value for the service provided. I highly recommend this company!

I had Nature's Way Chem-Dry out to clean some carpeting that had pet stains. The staff was professional and took the time to explain the process of detecting and removing pet urine stains. They treated the affected areas removing the urine crystals not just covering them with a deodorant and then cleaned the rest of the entire carpet. The pricing was fair and we didn't have to replace the carpet. I would definitely use them again.

The serviceman (Chris) was courteous and professional. He took his time and did a thorough job. I thought I was going to have to replace our carpeting but Chris made it look and smell new. I have dogs that leave hair in the carpet and with the ChemDry special cleaner it pulled the hair out of the carpet so it looked fluffy again. Great job! I will call them again.

Have used them for 3 years.. always professional and very thorough.. carpets always look great. Had issues with pet urine his time in one area and they took care of it perfectly. They even helped me check with a black light to be sure here weren’t other areas I didn’t know about . This time I had a question/concern 2 days after they were here. I called on Friday afternoon and they came by that evening to check it out and resolve my concern. Great customer service -they truly do want to be sure you are happy with their work . Highly recommend!

Nature's Way Chem-Dry came out to our house last week and cleaned all of our carpets. Chris worked all day and did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier. Carpets look brand new. I would recommend them to anyone. He also cleaned our recliners, which look like new also. Chris was very professional and friendly. We even felt comfortable enough to leave for awhile and to get some breakfast.

I am so impressed by the level of care and compassion the Chem Dry team has shown in making sure my carpets are clean. My son who is in ths NICU will be coming home on a trach/vent so it's very important to have a very clean home. However having 4 cats that make having a clean home very difficult. I was shocked with how many pet stains we had when they showed us with the black. It was nice to see the multiple step process to make sure we have super clean carpets. On top of that they made a follow up to call to see how everything is going. I can tell this is a family oriented company. Please use this company to clean your floors, you won't be disappointed.
