I did not have a favorable experience with the company in general. I'm hoping to resolve the issues. If the company follows through with their side I would be more than happy to revise my post. Evaluation of the job was NOT preformed correctly. And billing was NOT what I agreed to. They charged my card before providing the agreed upon paperwork to determine the cost, and resulted in overdraft fees.

The girls are always pleasant and they do a good job of cleaning. Also, when I advise them of an area or something to work on they're response is positive and its taken care of. What's important to me is the basic cleaning is done but also things are moved and not cleaned around and when done with an area a seconds taken to look up, down and around to be sure something wasn't missed. I also like each visit certain areas are given a little more elbow grease. I'm very happy with merry maids Waukesha and would and do talk about them positively.

The ladies are polite, considerate, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. When something extra needs to be done, they'll try to fit it into their schedule.
