Randall, owner of Chem-Dry Oshkosh, did an amazing job!! Older carpet + new dogs = dingy areas that wouldn't release dirt and pet stains. Thought seriously of replacing carpet but decided to have it cleaned instead. Thanks to Chem-Dry the stains gone and our carpet looks young and plush once again. Would absolutely use Chem-Dry again and recommend to others.
