We tried using this company three times and each time the cleaning quality was below average. This last time in particular, the cleaners were supposed to be at our house between 12 and 2 pm. They arrived at 3:30, which is fine, except then the job was super rushed so they can leave by five. I have a three week old newborn and have found myself having to re-clean most of the house due to poorly wiped tables, mini blinds still covered with dust and dirty floors. If you ever had a newborn, you know that’s hard to do. Perhaps the most disappointing was very poor customer attentiveness. When they left, they didn’t even say goodbye. They just disappeared. One cleaner even had the audacity to tell me that I am making them get behind on one occasion. No one bothered asking me if everything looks good or if anything else is needed even though they repeatedly miss the items on their checklist. Each time we had different cleaners and even though they attempted to follow a company checklist, there was no quality standard present. I would not recommend this company due subpar quality standards, lack of consistency and poor customer service.

There is an adorning garage to this building where they keep their cleaning supplies and a big table and every morning, the girl employees will get there early and sit around the table and watch as the other workers arrive and gossip. I worked there for awhile and was teamed up with this heavy girl who had a very pretty face, but every morning the other girls would make fun of her and any other girl who was different and who would not get there early enough to join their petty gossip. Other maid services will not allow this. They have a different environment, not a gaggle of women who wear spandex shorts or pants to impress the boss. These people here need to grow up and stop stinking up the world with their attitudes. It's petty and unprofessional.

My husband and I are so very grateful, that we have finally found someone to clean our home. After trying a few other companies (none of whom were invited back the second time), our second cleaning was just done, and the house just shines, and smells sooooo good. Kim, Ida, and Sarah (they had three this time because of the holiday), did an absolutely fantastic job. I am an admitted clean freak, so I know I am hard to please when it comes to cleaning. They did great. I am looking forward to having Kim and her team cleaning my house for a very long time. You could not ask for better. They were fast, efficient, and nice to boot. They even send an inspector, which is a bit of a wow. So glad I called the Cleaning Authority of West Chester. My best decision of the year.

We have used this company for about a year after having a private lady for 13 years. There have been times I’ve had to call because of some of the cleanings but they have always sent someone out immediately to take care of the issues. Today I had Deanna and Kayla come out and clean. I received a gift card for $200 for this company. Was very excited to try it and possibly use them permanently for cleaning my home. They cleaned 3 and a half bathrooms in my home and the kitchen. They cleaned for 2 hours, and I was sadly disappointed. They did not clean the floors. I assumed if they didn’t get to the floors, they did a more deep clean on other areas, but that does not appear to be the case because two bathrooms had spots in the sinks and they didn’t look very clean. I called and Tammy stated it was due to the size of my home. I would understand that if they cleaned my home, but they only cleaned 3 and a half bathrooms and the kitchen. I was disappointed because after reading the reviews I expected to use them permanently. I’m not sure if it was because I had a gift card, they didn’t do as much, or if this is just how it is. Either was I was let down and will not use them ongoing

Sam, Glinda, and Kristy have done a great job, as have others on the team who have serviced our home. Have just switched over to this company from a private/stand alone cleaner. So far, the difference has been huge! Trudy and Melissa did the first deep clean, and my house is sparkling. You figure, when paying to have your house cleaned, instead of doing it yourself, it should be done better than if doing it yourself. Well they did just that! They worked hard and really hustled. I didn't feel like they were rushing and my house shows their efforts! Great job ladies thank you for your hard work. UPDATE - 10 months later - my crew has changed hands a few times, but with the methodology that cleaning authority uses for cleaning, you can expect the same top notch service every time! Britt has been overseeing the efforts here for the last several months and she leaves me with sparkling clean home every time! She doesn't rush, but certainly works hard and keeps her team on task!
