No matter which team comes to clean, the job is consistently excellent, thorough, and prompt. Definitely worth the price, it's like magic fairies coming every two weeks.

They always do a great job, which gets even better when an inspector follows up on their work. The crew is aware an inspector will follow up, so they are very careful on such a visit. The inspectors have been awesome in their thoroughness.

What is wrong with the management? I contracted them to clean much of my home, the first two cleanings were priced high (but, that's okay as they had to clean everything fully). However, after the cleaning, I had to call them back to re-clean. Even the owner/management (Karen Chandler) came to my home. It was explained to me that they don't clean anything over their head-height (they are not allowed to step on a small ladder or step-stool) They did a below-average job. After they returned, the supervisors were involved and things went much better for several weeks. Afterwards, the price normalized unless I added rooms (I'm fine with that too). Everything was going well for several cleanings, then I got a call from the owner/management. She advised me that my home was underpriced and she needed to raise the prices. Not just a little, it went from $125 to $180 per cleaning. About a 30% raise in price. Karen advised she was not making any money on my house. Even thought her assistant manager and she had been at my home weeks before. I asked Karen who was her supervisor and she responded that she does not report to anyone. No where to go with further complaints. They praise their position as "Satisfaction Guaranteed" . I think not. The staff themselves are fine, supervisors were great. Management, a total joke to this company. I am a firm believer of "If you don't take care of your customers... someone else will" I will never recommend them, and I believe you should not use them either. I don't trust them as a business. I'm really really disappointed with that business. I called them first time on June 3rd and asked them for cleaning services on June 12th or 13th (I have a party on 14th). A lady talked to me and took all the info about me and my house and told me that her manager will call me and setup an appointment. I didn't receive that MENEGER's call so I called them on 5th, again the lady said that her MENEGER will call me and setup an appointment. No call, so I called them again on 8th, again same thing that MENEGER thing. No call. Then I called 3 times on 11th, same thing. I got so angered and told them that if I don't receive their MENEGEWRS call I will write a review and that won't be nice. Today It's 4 o'clock and haven't received that stupid MENEGER's call yet. What should I do now I have a party in 2 days. All of you who praised them please let me know if that’s happen with you?

My husband Blaine and I started using The Cleaning Authority recently. We were skeptical, as we had tried a different house cleaning in the past and didn't feel like the cleaners did as good of a job as we do. Our first detailed cleaning was ok, nothing exceptionally wonderful, nothing horrible either. I figured it was because it was the first one and there was some extra elbow grease needed. I figured it would get easier and better over time. The detailed cleaning list says they will clean the ceiling fans. Ours were missed (note our ceilings are not that high so a wand type device could have reached them without having to get on a step stool). Not a big deal, just something that happened. Our second detailed cleaning we had a different team come, and everything changed! We politely asked if the ceiling fans were capable of being cleaned they said of course. Team #15 Maribel and Veronica do an amazing job when they come to clean our home. I feel like the clean it like they would their own home and it more than just a job for them. I get a big smile every time I come home and see their team number and names on my cleaning note because I know my house is cleaned wonderfully and to my high standards. We are very picky and love having Maribel and Veronica clean our home. Thank you to Maribel and Veronica for putting the level of effort into cleaning our home that you do! Oh, and they are ok with the dogs not being crated while they clean so that makes it easier too!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for several years now and they were my 4th cleaning company. I have been very pleased with the level of cleaning they do for me. In addition to their normal procedures, they have incorporated my quirks (special products I prefer, or turning a rug around so it fits the opening) into their routine. There have been a small amount of breakage but they always tell me and offer reparations. I couldn't be happier with the Cleaning Authority!

My daughter was sick and had to get an x ray to see if she had pneumonia and I called into work to tell them I’d have a note and I explained how sorry I was that I was going to miss a day and Karen fired me off the back. they don’t care about anything that has to do with your life outside of the cleaning authority and the other manager Dereka is drama filled and rude. Don't apply to work here. They will lie to you through their teeth and then cut you off! I only called them a few times to follow up with the results of the background check, which took almost 2 weeks for them to get back, and if they could possibly provide me a start date. The manager got nasty with me saying, well we didn't offer you a job and that we are moving in a "different direction". Well they basically lied to me and it's not my problem since they want to renege on me like that. It's totally their lost.

cleaning authority kendall. is a company that does much to say to your name led by gisela and fiorella is the worst that can exist in this work environment having salaries 11.25 x hours you get off without saying anything at 10.75 $ xh. You mistreat the employee they do not pay you for any excuse. When you say that you do not want to pay your check, we have had to threaten you if you do not pay our checks. We call the police. It is the only way they give you your last salary. to a supervisor who is there to be a gossipy girl and tell lies to the two owners. for any reason they meet you and yell at you as if we were spoiled or newborn girls. Just read this or think about going to work there, they exploit you with 4 to 5 houses and then they want us to support other work teams, they do not wash their cloths. materials all they do not serve flee not apply to that work we tell them in good faith. they are useless, the owners are bad

Ironically we placed the stolen items from where they were in plain sight to our drawers assuming they would be safer.
