If I could give more stars, I would! Our first experience with Skilled Maids was phenomenal -- thorough deep clean (after a house renovation) and friendly service. I don't think our house has been this clean since we bought it three years ago! Will definitely be a returning customer!

I have had the Skilled Maids clean our new home twice and prior to that, they have cleaned our rental home once for a move-in cleaning. They did a wonderful job all three times and I am a tough critic. I have had a couple bad experiences with other cleaning companies. However, I was very impressed with the Skilled Maids team. They clean areas that are hard to reach- under the couch, air conditioning vents, ceiling fan blades, on top of the refrigerator, etc. They are very professional and responsive. They send coupons and cards to their loyal customers. They are the best!!!

I am not usually a cleaning service type of person. However, my house desperately needed a deep cleaning and I haven't had the time to take to complete it. The team did a phenomenal job with the top to bottom cleaning, exceeding all my expectations. There was not a dust bunny to be found. The floors looked the best they ever have. Even stains and paint splatters that were on surfaces when we moved in (and I have tried to remove more than once) were gone! I arrived home just after the team finished. The lead member asked me to check the house to see if there was anything that needed to be revisited. I was impressed they waited the extra 10 min to make sure I was happy with the service. 100% worth the expense and plan on scheduling a deep clean annually.

So bad. We have had Skilled Maids as our cleaning service for several months now and they have let us down now twice. I had requested they come today for a deep cleaning as opposed to our standard cleaning. They "cleaned" the kitchen then headed upstairs. The door knobs, switch plates, cabinets doors and floors were still dirty nevermind the fact that they didn't clean the oven, fridge or sink. The upstairs bathroom was left a mess, the floors weren't cleaned aside from vacuuming, and they didn't take out the trash in the only bedroom that had trash to be taken out. Needless to say they will not be given another chance and I will not pay for this invoice until called by the owner to rectify. I will not pay for a service I did not receive.

unreliable, mediocre service performed. When called in to complain about the job, customer service representative unfriendly and refuse to issue compensation or redo any part of job. Don't use this cleaner. I recommend The Cleaning Authority as an alternative.

Well Done! Very Professional. Great Value. I found Skilled Maids on Angie's List when I signed up for a Deep Cleaning Big Deal. I paid $250 ($500 value) for a 9 hour in depth cleaning of: Upper Level - Master bedroom/Master bath/Guest room/Full bath. Main Level - Living room/Dining room/Family room/Kitchen/Powder room. About 1950sf. I left two smaller rooms off of the list that did not require regular cleaning. (a cluttered office and a hopeless cat room). I also did not include my basement. Homes over (approx) 2500sf will cost more. Three Skilled Maids arrived on time and worked efficiently and nonstop for three hours. They brought their own supplies and vacuums- asking for paper towels and trash bags to be supplied by me. Communication was clear between us. Everything sparkled and smelled clean when they were done. My beds were nicely remade. The appliances were cleaned inside and out. The blinds were dusted and my windows washed. Dirty fingerprints on walls/doors were removed. Wallboard was dusted. Even the crumbs were out of the toaster. They also cleaned up my washer/dryer area and emptied the lint. All trash was taken to my garage receptacles, including emptying the recycle bins. I have only good things to report. Now, you must prepare your home so all areas can be reached. Put your clothes away, your kid's toys, remove clutter. Put your dishes in the dishwasher. They will be happy to put them in for you - they do not wash dishes. They will change your linens if asked. The service will contact you via email to set things up. State your expectations clearly. After the deep clean, I have setup a monthly regular cleaning schedule for $160 per. I feel this is fair. I tip all of the maids each time, but this is up to you. The quality work continues.

My husband and I just recently inherited two homes, one being overwhelming disgusting, and our realtor suggested Skilled Maids to do a final cleaning once we finally got the tenants booted out. 3 young ladies showed up in a very nice car, were very pleasant, and I reviewed what I wanted done. The house was disgusting, especially the kitchen and floors throughout. I was scheduled for an allotted time, and Ms. Virginia did call to say they did need one more hour, which was fine. I was truly amazed on what a wonderful job they did (and with what they had to work with-this is really saying a lot). Worth every penny. I have never used a maid service before, if I need someone again, or they need a referral, they will get it from me. Great job.

Simply incredible! For prices in the area they are VERY reasonable and they always do a very thorough and wonderful job! They are great about responding to specific requests as well (please don't change the sheets, the shower needs special attention, whatever). They are easy to reach via email and you can send them a text at ANY TIME and they always respond and are SUPER flexible when it comes to rescheduling!! This past Monday my cleaning was cancelled because of the snow. I had company coming on Thursday and texted to ask if there was any way they could reschedule me for Tuesday/Wednesday and they came the next day!! HIGHLY recommend them!!

Horrible. Maids spent 4 hours (2 hrs each) cleaning upper level 3 bedrooms and two bathroom. Lower level- living room, kitchen, sunroom, guest room and dining room were not even touched forget about the laundry room and basement. Don't fall for this cleaning service.

We had a terrible experience with this company cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment last week. A team of 3 people came and stayed for one hour and fifteen minutes doing very superficial work. Cutting corners and dust in the bathroom, shelves and leaving crumbs under the table after apparently the job was done. This was Tuesday evening, I emailed the company the day after and I did not get any response until Thursday were they offered to do a re clean and I asked to be partially refund as the job was not completed. Not heard from them anymore. Mediocre-low cleaning service and bad customer service.

In my forties, I decided I wanted to create a flow of passive income so I bought a duplex for my first rental property. I soon learned that not many people care for a home when it isn't theirs. They sometimes treat a rental property like a vandal. Not everybody, but I had enough people who left such a mess that their security deposit wouldn't tough it. I tried clean the mess up by myself but I was buying so much cleaning equipment that took me so long to use until I called a cleaning service. I used 2 or 3 before I settled on Skilled Maids. They are not perfect but a lot better that then doing it myself or the others that I was paying for. I recommend them!

They always confirm their appointments which is helpful b/c I schedule many in advance and appreciate the reminder to pick up prior to their visit.
