I have used SET Cleaning for over three years. We have two "codes" for cleaning. One is the regular areas (living room, den, dining room, sun room, breakfast room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second is "company is coming" which adds the guest room(s) and bathrooms to the list. They are very punctual, careful with my belongings, respectful of my home, and eager to please. They bring all their own supplies and equipment, but if you have a product you want used, they are willing to use your product according to your wishes. I highly recommend SET Cleaning!!

With this business the customer is always wrong. The problems with my cleaning experience are due to "miscommunication between my husband and myself", apparently. This is despite the fact that I left a prioritized list of what needed to be done for the cleaning team directly. I'm not sure what could have been more clear for them. SET cleaning operates under the assumption that if you don't specifically cap them they can rack up an unlimited number of hours cleaning things that are already clean and saving what is "on the list" till the end of their day. Because they were not working on the list after 4.5 hours my husband asked them to leave - so, again, this is our fault as according to SET they "would have finished." My question is would it have taken 6 hours, 8 hours, how many hours till you get to the things you acknowledge that I asked for from the beginning????? I've asked to speak to the owner 3 times and have not gotten a response. The assistant continues to tell me this is my fault and that she left two voicemails (I suppose I'll have to call verizon to see where they went, because they're not there...). So now I have $320 worth of cleaning fees and $0 value. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mary & Tiffany, Team #4, did a full house cleaning for me for the 1st time last week and they did any amazing job! They truly cleaned and wiped down everything from top to bottom! They did an exceptional job on the baseboards which were looking pretty bad before they came. It's the small things though that made me really smile; they folded the toilet paper and paper towels into a little point like you would find at a hotel! I highly recommend SET Cleaning.
