I had water damage in my home. Brady, Hunter and thier team were onsite within an hour of my call. They assessed the situation and went straight to work in removing the damaged floor drywall etc. Beady always made sure they contacted me daily so I was aware of the status of the job. They were always very professional and left the job site clean. I appreciate the services I received and would highly recommend them.

After a supply line to a toilet burst and flooded all 3 floors of our home, Serv Pro (Brady) was here in less than 2 hours- on a weekend! Brady was excellent to work with and always kept us informed. He was here every day for over a week and was always polite and professional. Wyatt was here all week as well and was so courteous and informative. These guys made an otherwise awful situation something we were able to come out on the other side of with a great experience. I would highly recommend Serv Pro of Harrisonburg. After having a fire and waterline break at my home on Feb 1st the insurance company contacted SERVPRO and they were there the next day working to clean up the water and dehumidifying my home. The guys were great and kept me informed of everything they were doing and worked over the next couple of days to fix everything. Would recommend them for water/fire damage to others.

Mike and Wanda are wonderful to work with! I am a local Property Manager. They answered my late night call on a holiday and had a crew here for a water leak within 30 minutes. We recently hired Servpro to remove heavy smoke odor from an apartment and they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

These are the absolute WORST people to deal with that I've experienced for a while! Good luck getting them to do anything including calling you back! I called them THREE times just to get an ESTIMATE on tenant smoke damage. They took all of my info, stating they would send me an estimate. Three weeks & three phone calls later, NOTHING! Just excuses. Too busy, didn't know who took my info, owner would have to call me, etc, etc. Just for a written estimate! They had already told me what it would cost!!!! Absolutely deplorable customer service!!! Never again! Moving on to someone who actually WANTS my business!!!
